Per the mask mandate in Cumberland county North Carolina I was just turned away at the door for not having a mask, the mandate in Cumberland county North Carolina specifically States that you are not required to wear a mask if health or behavioral purposes deem necessary..... when I told this to the people inside the store they told me that they didnt care and that if I did not have a mask I could not come in the store congratulations yall just lost out on a $300 sale because of a piece of fiber wasnt over my face that does nothing to prevent the spread of covid in the first place I will never shop at any of your stores ever again

Visit the eastern blvd location and prepare to be profiled and targeted as a shoplifter. Management has very little professionalism and discretion and will dispatch security to your location to watch you while you shop under intense scrutiny. However Aaron, a store employee with great management qualities, behaves himself like a true gentleman and will assist anyone he can with a smile and thank you.

I love this place because it is a family friendly atmosphere and employees try so hard to please their customers. The employees work together in a pleasing manner. They also deal with their customers in a professional way.

The front staff was great the back person should stay in the back with the door closed, Ive never been in the store in the first place so I was walking around checking everything out yes they do have a great selection with great prices minding my business walking around I walked past the doors to the stock room a women yelled out, Do I want some pork chops! Im Muslim I was hot but I kept walking that was the last time I was in the store walk right out kept it moving

I love to shop at Roses, but the one in the Cape Fear plaza need to clean their bathrooms.

This is a general store that sells clothing, snack foods, convenience foods, bath and kitchen products, basic electronics, movies, etc. Nothing fancy here. Its for people on a very tight budget. You can find some very cheap tee shirts and jeans here, and leave with a lot of clothing for very little money spent. The only problem I noticed here is that the pants sizes on the racks are out of order. That could really upset a lot of people. Staff seems to be nice.

Everything from the Sunday dress and hat to peppermints and tissues to have and share in the pew... Roses is the last of the affordable and discounted variety stores that still honors Seniors with a discount on Wednesdays. Thanks

I had a TV on layaway; when I went to pick it up, they assisted me with unboxing it and placing it in the vehicle for transport. When I got home, I found out that there was a different brand remote than what was supposed to come with the TV.
