Do not order pick up from this location! First issue was that my milk was busted and leaked in my trunk. Called the store and was able to exchange it. Second issue is that I ordered seedless grapes and was given grapes with seeds which I didnt realize right away because I was dealing with the milk. Picking up the order was a weird experience that had me call the store a couple of times.Just shop in store at this location and order pick-up elsewhere. In store shopping is generally a good experience, which is why I gave 3 stars.

I dont like that this walmart is self-checkout only while 6 employees in yellow vest standing watching you and only help if you have a problem.

Store is never stocked with anything. Customer service is barely open and when they are open the people that work there are rude and unprofessional. When you check out(self check out) your watched like a hawk. If they have time to sit there and watch us like we are stealing then they should ring up our items. We dont get paid for this. We have to spend our money there, ring up and bag our own groceries. Walmart is going downhill.

They have replaced all of the friendly cashiers with machines. I mean it doesnt make any sense, what about the elderly men and women who truly need help with scanning their items. There is no way that they can do it themselves. Its such a shame to see the stores coming to this all because they dont want to pay reliable people who truly need work. Just my opinion.

We had a major issue with my daughters prescription and Scott, a pharmacist went above and beyond to fix the issue. Its a controlled substance, so there were a lot of unnecessary government regulation, but Scott was able to work with us and her prescriber to fix the situation. He really saved her a lot of grief and his efforts were really appreciated. First rate professionalism. Thanks Scott

Excellent, clean, fully stocked and easy in/out. Highly recommend this location. This location is better managed than the Seabo Super Wal-Mart location.

Was just in customer service trying to get money sent to me and was standing behind someone, mind you I was standing 6 feet apart, there were 4 people, there was one person helping the person in front of me. i was not acknowledged whatsoever, then the lady helping someone in front of me tells me the line starts further back, like I had just gotten there when Id been standing there for about 5-10 minutes and there was a lady behind me, she was pointing at her saying the line started back there. I left. Never returning. Train your employees to help other people there. Theres was more than one person behind that counter. Sick of this.

This store is a rip off. Part of paying for items is paying for the transport of those items to include scanning and bagging. All they do is transport it to the shelf. All self check outs with not one cashier option and only 1 cashier available to help all of those registers. There is frequently a long line at the registers.Went on Saturday and bought some spoiled fruit. They are telling me there is nothing they can do about it without a receipt. . . . seriously who keeps a grocery receipt? The label on the pre-cut package clearly says walmart and clearly says August 1st. I guess I should have opened it and smelled it first. . . .

Service is good, a lot of what I need & want is usually there. Very disappointed not to be able to find can Jack fruit, which they say they dont carry it, or vegan cream cheese & vegan sour cream. Come on Walmart help a wanna be vegan chick out😁

Walmarts really need to crack down on people coming in without masks. I have watched some of them that go through the store and it seems like some of them are just doing it just for the hell of it. They have big signs posted. I know people who have stopped shopping there, yet I know as long as lots of people do; for the most part management is not going to do anything. They really need to crack down however and also they need to make sure that the people wearing the masks do so properly and cover their noses as well.

I dont usually leave terrible reviews but I want to let others know. Do NOT order pick up through this store. I thought it was a one time thing, but it has now happened twice where Ive been missing items that were in my order and had to return back to the store to pick them up. This last time I was missing items, and most of my items were mishandled which resulted in broken items.

So how about this is the best Walmart Ive been to in over a year that Ive become a new resident! Very fresh food, and soooo much variety! I love the Neighborhood Market! Not over crowded and I highly recommend it! I was able to find many products that the Walmart on Skibo road continues to have out of stock. I will not go anywhere else but here! So convenient I absolutely love it!

They have a ridiculously friendly staff that always greet you no matter what part of the store you are in. Their customer service is second to none their departments are very knowledgeable about what is in their departments the food during lunch time is fresh and well prepared.as always I highly recommend coming to this Walmart because it has short lines and a lot of self checkout for those quick in-and-out trips for q-tips etc.

Easier to get the food you need without all those extra isles at the superstores. But I do not like those new self check outs. There is no personal touches and the elderly get embarrassed for not knowing how to do it.

Store was clean and everything was in its place. The Employees could be a bit more helpful but it was not bad at all.

Great, very quick visit. Store was designed and laid out good. Selection was plentiful and full. The checkout areas was being cleaned often, and was not super crowded

I hope that not all Walmart Neighborhood Markets are going to self checkout service! Nothing but patrons trying to figure out how to run the checkout machine, feel bad for our senior citizens that have to do there own checkouts. Good look with this concept. The check out restructuring is totally and 100 per cent disaster. A set up to charge people with not checking out and or paying do all your items. But why are employees stand around and watching. Whom ever drempt this up is a Looney person.

They always have great produce and their staff is friendlier than most Wal-Mart people. Its a great place to look for avocados that are ripe today and a few that will be ready in a few days all in one trip! It is very clean and well lit. Whenever I am having issues finding something the employees there are always happy to go the extra mile to help me find it there or locate it at another store. Ive yet to have a bad experience here as I have a some of the superstores. They have a great variety of food here from your run-of-the-mill hamburger to more exotic and high end foods as well. Their fish selection is a little thin in volume but if you want Wild Caught or Farm Raised Salmon, they usually have both (hint, wild caught is much better for you in regards to the Omega 3 but does have a little mercury where the farm raised has bad Omega 6 and more antibiotics, but little to no mercury). I wish they had Wild Caught Tuna Steaks more often. The kids and I love to eat them raw. They even have grass fed / grass finished ground beef as well as Bison for those of you looking for healthier fats in your meat.

Always a great experiece and clean. No lines mostly.

Good store. Much better stocked than the supercenters are. I dont like that 100% of check out is done by the customer as many elderly and disabled shop at walmart. When this is addressed in store my rating will improve.

The self check out is for the birds. The bags dont open very easy matter of fact there just hard to open. Im not shopping here if I have alot of groceries I prefer to go to Food Lion where they dont mind bagging your groceries.

How can Walmart let McDonalds workers run their business. Only go shop there for your basic grocery needs anything else you will not be help with the service desk is always down because the workers are too lazy or dont have enough intelligence to work it. It feels like McDonalds all over again take every other element out of that Walmart and just leave self-checkout. If youre going to hire people with two IQ then just shut the business down

Has a good variety. Dont get gas here...may as well fill up your car with the garden hose. I filled up $50 in diesel and got 225 miles to empty. Fuel is watered down.

Its pretty much like this whenever I go there. I talked to management and they say theres nothing they can do about getting more registers open. That basically I would have to call corporate or somebody. One of the wealthiest corporations in the country and cant even afford to have more than one register open.

The shelves in some of the Isles were empty need to restock

I have not been and try my best not to go to Walmart because of the self-check conversion which I feel took away jobs reducing employment. But, I was at the intersection and had forgotten my detergent,so I went into the store. And just as I knew would happen with this change, there were people needing a lot of assistance and it just reinforced why I had decided to stop going in the first place. They need to go back to cashiers so you can choose.

Lines were very short, and staff was helpful. Being my first time in this location, I must have had a look on my face, and an employee stopped to make sure I could find what I needed. Helpful staff, and once acclimated, it is easy to find everything here.

Their selection was limited today, so didn’t find everything but they are usually my go to store and have whatever I need

Half the women that work their have the worse attitudes and the other half are extremely helpful and uplifting! The men though that work their, are absolutely awesome. Such gentlemen!! This is by far the friendliest grocery store in Fayetteville. You are always greeted when you get and there are employees readily available to help with anything. I am usually offered help or checked on at least 2 times on every visit. I do my weekly grocery shopping here and they have everything I need.
