I went here for the first time yesterday. I had no idea it was a made to order donut shop. Omg was I in for a surprise. We ordered a dozen. The kids had a ball picking from all the flavors. Then the made them for us. They were hot and fresh and tasted amazing. We all were probably in a sugar coma the whole way home but it was soooooooo worth it.

I ordered because of the good reviews and the nice way the donuts looked online. Sadly when we went to pick up, what we got was half of the donuts with the icing melted at the bottom of the box and they didnt looked a little bit like the pictures online. Come on i didnt want perfect, but all least decent when you pay $12 for half a dozen of donuts. I know they are made to order and warm, but i like my donuts with the icing on top of them, not having to scrape it from the bottom of the box. They should let them cool down at least a bit before glazing.

Interesting place. Their twist on donuts are pretty good. Really liked the Smores variation

The peach pie donut is great! Their coffee drinks are better than some of the coffee available down the road.

Love this place. We are so happy we can have these wonderful donuts other than at the beach. This location is almost as good as the one in Duck NC but only because they arent the original store.

Duck donuts are delicious. It’s a cake donut so it’s already sweet before the icing. Ramsey st particular location is filthy. They don’t change out the containers for the icing, they don’t change gloves. I notice the workers are fairly young (teens) that can explain the uncleanliness and long wait times. The icing itself taste like pure sugar (can’t taste the flavour). Love ducks but again this location is garbage!

Good warm donuts BUT there was a dead roach just laying on the counter. I quietly informed one of the employees, as the roach was on the counter where they sale the Minnie ducks at. As I was leaving, all three employees were behind the counter, giggling and laughing about the dead roach. Didn’t even make an attempt to get the roach or sanitize the counter. Too bad because the donuts are good, but the place is nasty. I probably won’t be returning.

Dounut are good. First experience was good but the second time I came in I waited at least 25 minutes for my donuts. They said they didn’t see my order (they kept making online orders and just apologized. Didn’t offer anything free for next time. Kinda disappointed.

I just wait 1 hour for my donuts. Donuts were not made with correct toppings unfortunately. I didnt complain because I was tired of waiting I was understanding at first because there was only 2 workers at the same time at some point the lady behind the register should have stopped Taking orders and helped the guy making orders you could tell he was Newland this was my first time here as well.

Well all I can say is AWESOME!!! The staff (Samantha and Kerry) were very polite and helpful in ordering... and the donut making caught my sons eyes off the bat! All in all... 2nd runner up to Krispy Kreme.

If you are looking for donuts that are more like cupcakes, you should come here. You can put icing and sprinkles on your donut. Not my style. These taste like pastries versus donuts. If you are looking for something more traditional like an apple fritter or Boston cream I didn’t see anything like that on the menu. The service was fine, but it feels more like a frozen yogurt joint than a donut shop. I’m a crusty old man.

Milk shakes are delicious 😋 There was a man on side of the road holding a sign and we changed lanes and went there for the first time. Friday around 12:30 pm. I believe it was his smiling when I yelled out the window and said is it any good? Dude shook his head and smiled. We were very happy with the strawberry shake with sprinkles, and the maple bacon milkshake. We will be going back again. Thank you for the advertisement poster outside.

I went here today and saw a sign on their door saying Duck Donuts of Ramsey is going to temporarily close. After I read the sign, I went inside. Now I know why they are temporarily closing. They have TERRIBLE service. They had about 4 people in there with 3 workers and they couldn’t even take my order. I waited for 15 mins then I left because they hadn’t even taken my order. Do NOT go here. The one on Skibo Rd is much better.

Only gave two stars because the donuts are so delicious but I’m currently sitting in the parking lot at the Ramsey at in Fayetteville my location. Waiting for my order to be finished... (going on about 20/25 minutes and I’m one of 3 customers that have been here the whole time, they’ve gotten their orders and left already) and I normally don’t leave reviews, but the young man that I have had to call Over inspire of obviously seeing me twice now has had the worst attitude. Impatient, unhelpful, and rude. As if I’m bothering him by patronizing the business that employees him by expecting him to do the job he’s hired to do. I won’t say I will not come back, but I’ll avidly avoid this location. And that employee from now on.

Awesome staff and great tasting food. Let’s see how long it lasts though. Coffee is burnt though so don’t come here for the coffee. Get it somewhere else.

After sitting on a soccer field and looking for a quick morning treat, Duck Donuts fit the need. The donuts were warm and who can complain about maple frosting and bacon? TASTY!

Their donuts changed my whole outlook on life. Come and try it out yourself for that life altering experience...If I only could live off of these, I would.

Disappointed, use to have a Duck Donuts near me so was excited to go. The shop had been open for an hour already and I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to order. They knew I was standing there and still didnt say give us a moment or we will be right with you. They didnt care I was standing there, only one in the store, until I decided to leave and go else where did they say oh well help you now.

This place gets 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. My shake was the worst I had ever had. I walked back in and requested my money back after only a few sips.My daughter was throwing up in less the 30 min from the few sips she took from the same shake. The team leader wasnt plesent at all. This place should be on kitchen nightmares just from the horrible food

Only tried this location 1x ... The 2nd time I tried to order via door dash. My order was supposed to arrive at 7:45 pm. At 8:30 I received a call stating their machine was down and they could not make my order. Poor service on their part to use this delivery company and not notify until 1 hour after order!

I came for the first time a month ago. I come from ATLANTA to see my daughter at college. These are some of the best donuts I have ever had. This week we walked in the door 5min before closing, they still served us. It seemed like the donut tasted even better then last time. Not mention they have a great crew working in this location.

Donuts anyway you can create them! Stopped here to check them out and got 6 different kinds. Everyone of them was good, but the maple bacon is absolutely amazing! Next visit we will be trying the donut sundae! Definitely recommend if youre looking for a good sweet snack or dessert!

Fast fresh donuts! Lots of flavors. I always get one with sprinkles. The location was clean and new. The layout inside is similar to other locations. But now Ramsey street has one.

Went to the one in Spring Lake and the donuts were cold. I love Duck Donuts but my donuts had never been cold. Duck Donuts are not very good cold. The toppings were warm but i also want warm Donuts Spring Lake. Then i asked for glazed donuts and they gave me dry, cold donuts with only the thick icing on them. Can Skybo come and tell them how to fix Duck donuts.

I absolutely love these donuts! Even though I love many of the flavors, powered sugar is my favorite. it is like a funnel cake and incredibly good. my daughter has a collection ducks and loves to find new ones whenever she goes to the store. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. if you havent visited a Duck Donut yet, you are missing out.

Second time visiting. Unimpressed again. The girl sat the counter repeatedly had to ask what our order was. Maybe if the radio that they had on wasnt blasting they could hear is. Once she confirmed our order they still got it wrong.

Donuts for fresh and tasty but way overpriced

Donuts were on point and I enjoyed the ordering experience. Watching them make them was quite nice. The register said Shawna but Im not sure if thats who helped us. It was a white girl with tats, she could not have been more helpful and patient!

First time trying the Duck Donuts Sundae. My son and I got a classic without peanuts to share. The staff was very helpful and telling me all the toppings that came with the ice cream sundae. The doughnut was warm and the ice cream was cold and the sprinkles were just enough for my little guy. I really enjoyed myself and around this time 6 p.m. it was relatively slow. It felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves and the staff was very efficient and serving us fresh food and good service. I will definitely be going back to this location!

Just drove in the parking lot where you can clearly see the back of the building and saw a lady smoking a cigarette with the door wide open in the doorway! Completely inappropriate and Im sure its against food safety regulations. Will not visit this location again and probably not the other one if this is acceptable for the owners

I came in with my family yesterday on the last day of a mini trip from FL to NC, needing heavy caffeine and a bit of sugar to prep for the drive back down and for the first time ever at a Duck Donuts. I left kicking myself wondering WHY HAVE I WAITED SO LONG?! Cris took my order - once I realized the customization options I went a little overboard and had a fairly complicated order for 6 fancy donuts and 3 fancy drinks. Cris handled the order like a pro, guided me through the process and helped answer my questions, then let the kids watch the donuts being customized. Skyler made my drinks and there was a little mixup miscommunication on whether we wanted hot, iced or frozen, so we had to have a hot drink remade to frozen and one iced didnt taste like I hoped and they happily remade it to make sure I was happy. I felt so bad there was a little fluster over the situation but they went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we loved. My only disappointment was that we waited til the last day of our trip to try this place and now we have to wait for the next trip. 😢 But we WILL be back! Much love to this crew of Duck Donuts! ❤❤❤

I made an order online a little over a month ago and was not able to pick up due to ordering in the wrong store. The manager held my receipt and let me pick up whenever worked for me. There was no confusion when I went to pick up my order. Skyler and Keisha was very friendly when I went to pick up my order. Great customer service!!

Awesome place but our first time here was overwhelming. Erica greeted my wife and I at the register and was patient and explained how to order. Donuts were as great as the customer service. We cant wait to come back.

My first time at a Duck Donuts and it was great! The donuts were delicious and Erica, the cashier made us amaaaaaaaazzzzzzzing caramel lattes.

When we do go here, the place has great donuts but we also frequent Verizon and every single Verizon visit we’ve ever made, we hear them screaming through the walls and cussing. This one guy is constantly screaming and singing and after he gets done singing he lets out a banshee scream that lasts 3 minutes and even kept screaming about his balls and skeeting over and over one time. I understand goofing off on break, but don’t disturb customers in surrounding stores who are trying to make purchases. It’s also bad for business because it will make people not wanna go to your establishment. I normally give 1 star for bad reviews but I will give 2 because the donuts are good.

I have came here when in town on several occasions. BUT Sunday 05-03-2020 was the worst experience i have ever had. Customer service was very ugly and the look of my donuts 🍩 was unforgettable devastating. I always try not make a ruckus. But I will never come to this establishment on Ramsey ever again.

I really commend the young lady that made donuts all by herself and had a huge crowd. When there was a guy standing around and not helping one bit! 11 am Sunday April 28. She bust through all those orders without a problem. Although it took the longest I have ever had to wait on donuts EVER!.. I wasn’t even mad cause she worked alone!. Thank you for providing top quality service! Today is my daughter’s birthday and she went to her favorite place, Duck Doughnuts on Ramsey St, for breakfast. As soon as the employees found out it was my daughter’s 4th birthday, they stopped their new-hire training, made her favorite Elsa doughnuts and sang her Happy Birthday! They even hand wrote happy birthday on the inside of the box lid in chocolate and sprinkles! It made her day! She is telling everyone about how awesome it was! Thank you for showing my little girl just how special she is.

Best donut place around!!! Both locations in Fayetteville are amazing! The employees are wonderful and fun! They do amazing with big orders and mass amounts of people too! My daughter asked for duck donuts as a birthday cake to share with our family! When I went in and asked if they did anything special or could give me some ideas on types of donuts to put together for it. They offered to write happy birthday on the lid of a box and suggested a birthday donught of 3 different drizzles. It was amazing and made my sweet girl super happy and feel special! I love how helpful everyone here is! The work they do is wonderful and both shops are always so clean!!
