Upscale, fancy grocery store. Qualities are very good, however few items are a bit pricy. The place looks so good and the environment is so nice that I love to stop by, even if I don’t need anything to buy. In house foods are too good. I loved their tortilla and hummus. They have live salad bar, coffee and a lot of bakery items. I just love their tea, chips, and chocolate section. The soaps and hand washes are very unique too. I would recommend to give the place a try. They have many interesting stuff.
What a wonderful experience! This store has a great selection of natural foods. It’s much like Whole Foods, but they have many things from local producers. Their outdoors seating are is cool! They’ve got porch swings where you can sit and sip there local craft beers while watching the traffic cruise by.
They have turned into a health food dictatorship. So disappointed. Went today only to see the mask and fine sign. They had better change their welcome sign as all are not welcome. It used to be a great place in the past. I will not shop in any store that has these mandates.
This isnt shopping for groceries, its a food buying experience. Take your time and have lunch as well. The patio with the rockers and porch swings is the perfect spot in good weather.
So disappointed this is not the first or even the fifth time I have gone for lunch meat or sliced cheese for them to not have it available. Today they tried to cut some for me which is really sweet to find out someone had not cleaned the cutter so now I am asked to come at two. Maybe they should cut more when they are cutting meat in the morning. The only suggestion they gave me was call ahead. I really love this store but they need to step up they deli section . I hope the manager reads this!!!!
Great selection, I can have a cup of coffee while eating lunch while my wife is plant shopping. Really need one of these in Bentonville. Really love the organic selections, coffee and teas.
Wonderful locally owned grocery. I hadnt been since before the pandemic and the new location is great. Happy to find theyre still cooking all my favorite snacks in the new bakery and concession. Grocery seems s little smaller than the old location but the space is used well. The new gardening depot has plants you wont find anywhere else and local favorites too.
Staff is very friendly and the products are phenomenal. I especially liked the coffee and the sweets.
If you enjoy good food, this is the place to go to stock your fridge. Prepared foods also available to enjoy on a gorgeous outdoor patio area, with a nice craft cider. Wish we had yall back at home in my neighborhood in South Carolina.
The COOP can be a local chill or contemplative space for 1hr, (parking is 1hr ; minimal power outlets inside for laptop work, some outside) with tasty To-Go foods and opportunities for contribution to local business, farms, and charities.Or it can be a place you go to because you havent found another with the item you like - for me, its the Dirty Apron sourdough loaf and To-Go chicken salad. My out of town parents always ask me to bring them the Dirty Apron sourdough loaves too.I often go as well when Im getting my car serviced in Fayetteville - out of town for me now - and have a wait.Location:The space is unique, with a touch of the first Whole Foods in Austin, TX. Inside and outside there are spaces for quietish meetups, working, breaks between work, or chill solo time - swings and hammock hookups included!To-go food and drink:Options are really tasty and priced as if you went to a chic cafe but didnt get served.Home and Garden:The Homestead area with plants and animal care products has incredibly helpful and thoughtful staff. They often share insights if you ask questions and try to be very informed.Customer Service:Supplements and Homestead sections excluded -there isnt a kind spirit of service or warmth generally. Its almost as if theres a snobbery and angst. The staff replacing produce often prioritize that over you having access for shopping, for example. You arent greeted anywhere and check out is still awkward, even though theyve gotten better at holding back resentment if you arent an owner.I always feel in the clear when Im an owner - like Whew! I dodged that bullet!Policies:I sense a strictness in policies thats maybe related to that cold customer service spirit - mask wearing, for example was required of the shoppers longer than at other food and retail establishments.Dogs:Ive only brought my pup in briefly (circumstantial), it wasnt a dog friendly space. *There is a water bowl outside, however*I was quickly approached by a woman who said sternly and brusquely that service animals are not allowed inside, except for at the Homestead. When I turned around to check out quickly, 10 ft from where I was before, a different woman, just as brusquely told me that service animals arent allowed in the COOP. It was like walking into a hornet nest. They each said it was the Arkansas State Law that they cant be around food. *Which I understand to be not true. Though, perhaps the COOP doesnt permit them generally.*It was an uncomfy encounter with mismatching legal details and seeming anger at my questioning about it.The difference would be that, I imagine, the employees at Natural Grocers would probably ask if my pup just laid down by one of them at the register or something helpful. In contrast, for years, the staff at Natural Grocers, a competitor, have nearly all been very warm, kind, and personable.
Its a smaller grocery store and the prices are on the high end. The salad bar was great, bakery items looked yummy. The staff are friendly. Outdoor dining area is nice. Memberships are only $10 a year. I will for sure go here for salads and bakery items.
This is now coop instead of Ozark naturals but it was our first visit and we talky liked it. The prices are on par with other health food stores. Some sales brought certain things down to better pricing. They Akari have a great pet and plant section in the front of the store. We really enjoyed that with many unique pet treats and herbal options.
The Coop is amazing and I think Organic Food should be made accessible for everyone.
First visit just to see what this place is. Found Coconut Bliss frozen dessert I havent found anywhere else in Arkansas. And a fabulous loaf of Spelt Bread with directions on how to heat and enjoy it. Yummm. I will be back to actually shop and compare prices. Much closer to me than WF and NG. 😇
10/10 would recommend if you have the budget to shop higher end grocery stores. Lots of great local food, fresh food and amazing fresh pizzas. They also have a bulk section which is really nice. Employees are super friendly, and they reliably have baskets, which is one of the most important things to me.
The new location is fantastic. They have really made a great space, with lots of options in the bulk foods area especially. I appreciate that I can bring my own containers to use in the bulk section. Theyve also expanded their packaged food and homestead areas - its always an interesting adventure to see what new things I will find!
I had my first visit since they changed location today. I have to say that I was a little disappointed. Its less like a grocery store now and more like a food stop for pre-prepared food. I was shocked at how tiny the produce section has become. Ill check back later. Maybe things will improve.
It is now coop. The quality is great, many, many healthy products. Coffee and snacks were great too. A great place to go if you are a vegan.
Best place to buy organic food. I specially like the wide variety of their bulk section where you have the option to buy just a few ounces at the same price rate of larger quantity.
This place just keeps getting better. Great food, great vitamin selection, great service. I love the patio. Highly recommend!
This was a fun stop for sushi and sitting out on their patio. The lady at the main desk near the check out area was really nice and helpful.
Always like the vitamins, holistic oils and one day I am going to make it into the area where you can buy plants.
Always a very good experience. Each clerk Ive encountered has been helpful, courteous, & willing to help. I asked for a certain shower gel not in store & received it within a weeks time. The store is always clean & orderly plus the salad bar & outside seating area with swings & chairs provides an extra added attraction!! We recently relocated to Arkansas & I amSo glad I found this natural food to shop at!!
Best place in town for hard-to-find kitchen ingredients and houseplants. The membership discounts / sales are great, particularly if youre looking for more pots and plants for your home.
It was a frustrating trip. I called to ask if they had organic candies and was told yes. When I arrived to look, all their candies had chemicals and natural flavors. So, I left with nothing after wasting my time to go there.
I always try to give ONF a chance because I prefer shopping locally, but they always seem to not have the main things I need. I needed some dried chiles and all they had were these really small packages that were quite expensive. For the same price I got 2 lbs of the same kind of peppers at Harps. Also the employees here seem to be a bit snobby, but maybe Im just reading too much into things.I havent renewed my Owner membership in the last few years, and probably wont, going forward.
High quality groceries, mostly locally sourced and sustainable. My go to place for bulk and obscure spices.
They have a wide variety and are convenient to the area. I am not a regular since getting to it from West Fayetteville is a bit of a pain but I always enjoy my trips and find something new to try.
Lots of natural foods and supplements. Found some Cacao, and thats what I was looking for. Also, picked up some Sushi, and it looks really good. We are definitely glad to see anybody can shop here, even though it is a Coop. Look forward to our next trip.
One of the few examples in the world of a great buy when they pitch a membership. Its just such a great place on so many levels. If the words gut health, gluten, lactose or nutrition mean much to you, go here.
Helpful staff, clean, and well organized. I appreciate their selection of natural products very much!
This is a really cool place... This is a great healthy food choices. With a unique selection of beer and wines. I love the swings outside.
Great chill spot and get some good vegan food
Not impressed with the mandatory masking sign with threat of $100-500 fine and the hypocritical Everyone Welcome signage on building.
This place has changed it name on collage av . In Fayetteville Arkansas 380 north college Ave great place all natural foods an has a couple of restaurant in it I recommend it to see
So impressed.. loved the store
Love the food choices and the friendly staff. The patio is a good place to meet up with friends.
Awesome place love their Zuma soaps and Tibetan cents
Not as easy to shop there as it used to be. There are very few disabled parking spots. It would be great if they made all the spots up front by the doors and carts disabled parking, for mobility and accessibility.
Love this store! They have a fantastic bulk section and a great variety of products. The produce is phenomenal and from what I could tell its also primarily locally sourced. Go at lunch and get one of their ready-to-eat pot pies. DELICIOUS!!
This was my first time visiting their new location, as I do not live in Fayetteville ...nicely stocked, neat, however the employees did not seem all that helpful. In fact, I found it very interesting how the guy at the register asked me if I wanted to pass on the renewal of my membership, after we discovered that my membership had expired, as compared to the usual response of asking if the customer would like to renew.
Friendly staff and very nice products
Highest quality product, however way too expensive!
Wonderful selection of organic foods with coffee and baked goods in the morning.
Love the new location. Particularly their select your quantity flours, nuts, coffee, grains, spices, and other. My eyesight is poor so I will take my flashlight with me to see everything next time (store lighting is fine, I just need more concentrated light). Staff was friendly, and the store was easy to navigate.
Great little market. everyone was super nice.
Very good fresh cooked food if you want lunch. I bought a few garden plants that they seem to be taken care of well, so I bough a few.
A true Fayetteville staple. Tons of locally grown and produced food and items to choose from. Keep it local and please round up your change to help the farmers keep you fed!
Clean and neat, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent bulk section! Good selection of local coffee beans. Nice prepared food section. Cheeses and wines are interesting, but relatively small selections.
Love the vibe and friendliness of the staff. A lot of great offerings throughout the store.
Great place great people to help u with anything and very respectful and nice I will always go there
I left my groceries in the basket and had to back track to get my things. When I got back, they knew who I was and had my things ready for me. They even had put my frozen items back and went and retrieved them for me. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I appreciate having this resource available in my community.
Give this place priority over big chain stores. You wont regret it. The parking lot might need help considering how popular this place is getting.
Cute girls work there
Love this place!! A local food co-op with every possible benefit available to its members and community. Modern, wonderful service, excellent product selection, great coffee/wine/beer bar, tasty fresh eats and a gorgeous covered patio complete with furnishings, swings, and a hammock. What more could you ask for?
We started shopping a bit ago and we got a membership and we absolutely love the selection of healthy organic foods and the customer service is wonderful! We both came in on electric carts today and the employees brought the electric carts to us and helped us put the groceries in the car! We are very thankful for that and look forward to coming back in the future.
This place is awesome. Some items are a bit pricey but quality is there. Their prepared foods are delicious. You save if you buy into the co-op.
This place has all the natural and organic products I would look for. Great produce and bulk sections. I can refill my water, pick up something prepared in the kitchen, order a coffee drink and lounge on the patio at a social distance from other customers.
A go to for bulk grains and spices. Student discounts Tuesday & Saturday are an added bonus!
Love the environment here its clean and organized. Very helpful and nice staff
Neat store great outside atmosphere for sipping coffee or getting a bite lots of variety
Love the outside! Easy to social distance and enjoy some freshly made espresso from the coffee bar inside. They even offer masks at the entrance for those that didnt bring one.
I am an owner who gets her vitamins here. Friendly service!
Great interior, inventory and super cleanAnd clerks were helpful .
I like their food selections in their hospitality is excellent
Great place to shop nice staff professional and helpful
Our cashier, Rae, was so informative and sweet!!
Ozark natural foods has always given me great customer service and has an amazing selection of diverse helpful items. But I wanted to write this review especially for a young man by the name of Trent who helped me with my supplements. I live on the Buffalo River and I had fallen the week before and came to a specialist in Fayrtteville. I called in advance to see if they had the supplements that were suggested for me and spoke with Trent and he confirmed they were in stock. When I arrived he recognized that I needed help. After helping me to a handicap cart he helped me with my supplements. Then he went far above his duty and helping me to my car and returning the car to the store. My injury was such that I’m not sure that I would’ve been able to carry my items into the car with me. So I wanted to give a big shout out to Ozark natural foods for being a great place and especially to Trent! Thank you for providing a wonderful caring atmosphere!
This place speaks for itself. The staff are very welcoming and informed. The hot bar serves great food. The bar serves $5 organic mimosas! Also a great place to study.
Once upon a time, ONF (now The CO-OP) was great. Slowly over the years, and now more quickly, it has decided to be a happening cafe with some groceries on the side. Ill stay a member and try to patronize, but as the selection deteriorates, bulk items diminish, and direction goes elsewhere, its a matter of time before I give up.
The coffee shop has delicious coffee options at reasonable prices. Ozark Natural Foods has both indoor as well as outdoor seating available to enjoy the space.
Great products, fresh local sustainable produce, friendly service, and environmentally forward. Bulk grains and nuts bins are an absolute life saver.
Not much in the way of bulk food. Most of what I was able to see was organic. But very expensive
Great staff, great food, good prices!
Never disappointed when I go. Bulk flours, rice, spices, everything I need.
They always have just what I am looking for.
Two words: yellow tomatoes.I have an extremely rare medical condition that puts harsh limits on what I can eat. Believe it or not, I cant have red, green, or purple tomatoes, but I can get away with yellow ones. Havent found them in any significant quantity anywhere else. Also, theyre so helpful and friendly! Love that they support local farmers and have products that I can actually eat!
ONF is a beloved favorite among the organic and granola types in Fayetteville, but I think is (or at least was) overlooked by others. The new space has certainly helped them attract more customers, which is fortunate, because theyre a great establishment!ONF has a wonderful selection of produce, meat, dairy, snacks, grains - I mean, its a grocery store, you get the picture. But they also carry brands of certain goods that you otherwise wouldnt find anywhere else (think niche brands of chips/snacks and sparkling water, or whatever). The new space has done nothing but good for them as well, and is an awesome experience. They have delicious fresh, deli-style counters and pre-packaged options you can buy and take to-go, and they have a huge patio/outdoor seating area along College Avenue that, when I last visited Fayetteville, appears to be the new hot spot to hang out for students and citizens alike.
Nice and clean, but didnt buy anything this 1st time. A lot of organic and grass fed foods. Great selection of wines.
They have some unique meats &other products clean store
Love coming here to get my local goodies!
More hoity-toity than Whole Foods.
Its very clean and although it can feel like a bit of a maze, items are stocked very neatly. I like the new location. So much more room, which is especially good for social distancing. Ive been a member for many years and continue to shop there. I prefer to shop at ONF, as opposed to WF, when I can. And they carry Soy Curls!
Great Co-Op with a lot of locally grown produce. Highly recommend
Best scones in NWA
We spend a ton of $$ at the CoOp! Deli meat and cheese is our go to..but every time we go, there is no grilled chicken packaged.. we always have to ask for it and someone goes back to package it. However, there are many times that the person behind the counter refuses to package it for us!?! Whats up with that?!? Fresh Kalona dairy cream and local eggs.. its a little pricey, but worth the peace of mind, knowing where our food comes from🎯 clean, friendly shopping experience.
This place has some really cool items. Its a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. They offer many CBD products, some nice house plants, good food options, and much more.
Fine store but terrible parking lot
I like the very large selection of quality organic produce.
Good place for the health food purist.
I greater fee is a bit much just because I’m not a member. I checked the price of the product I bought, was less at another store. Love the presence of ONF but fee’s are too much.
The new location has just the best vibes. Theres a great selection of local products, healthy food, and gluten free and vegan options. The price point doesnt differ much from whole foods, so theres no reason not to shop local!
Great selection and helpful staff.
Fantastic store the staff was very helpful Shannon that works in the plant Department was a sweetheart and the best customer service person Ive ever dealt with
A great little place that Im excited to say is getting bigger! Great coffee, dessert options, food bar and all kinds of vegetarian and vegan delights! Great fresh local vegetables and fruits. I must say I was taken back when I was told at the coffee bar that they were out of half and half 😳 Not sure how their system works for getting more, but it was a bit rude. On the flip side, I went in late one night and the coffee was a little on the cool side and the young man offered to steam it for me to heat it up 😁 Customer service is a must!! (I have spent many years in retail, I know)
