So their bakery is awesome, always is and always has been. Even though they are currently not taking orders, or having a high selection because of the pandemic. Food prices are high, but you can get items on sale with 10% off if you use your prime code. Employees and customers usually don’t seem too friendly in general here. I asked an employee at the help/return desk for help today, because I needed to return a plant that was marked incorrectly, and she talked on her cellphone for 10 minutes without calling anyone to help me & it seemed very rude. I also just didn’t get the plant I wanted even though it said outside it was $3.99. Natural grocers is by far my favorite organic store except they don’t have fresh meat like Whole Foods has. Their meat counter and bakery = 4/5

This is one of my favorite places in NWA. I love going here. The staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful. I love the hot bar, salad bar, and prepared foods the most.I am not able to come in myself anymore, but have a shopper that goes for me. Since the food changes on a daily basis it’s hard to know what will be available on any given day.David in prepared foods has been a wonderful help to me. He will write down everything that is available and tell me over the phone so I know what to tell my shopper to buy. He will even hold some food items for me.Wanted to say thank you for all the help and keep up the good work!

My first time there and it was GREAT. The guys in the cheese department were great. The bakery people were friendly. But the best was our cashier, Jeremy. He was so nice and gave us so much information and ice for our bakery items. What a wonderful experience.

Made a return for Amazon, very simple process, grabbed some fair trade incense and a few succulents and other locally grown plants for our walkway.

Nice people, clean store. One of the only places I found glass spray bottles for natural essential oil to be used in. Hobby Lobby doesnt even have them. Just a tip.

I found a beautiful 4 inch Hydrangea plant for $16.49 including taxes. Several color options in the pink family ranging from pale punk to deep burgundy to my purplish blossoms I broyght home with me!

Their cashiers are rarely in a good mood.Unfortunately once in a blue moon you’ll get someone who is nice.

We love this place! Of course it’s pricey but they have a great selection of gluten free foods. It always feels as if I’m getting better foods when I buy here. I always love walking into this place! Seems fresh, organic, and has a positive upbeat vibe. If only we had more money in our monthly grocery budget- 😂😂

We had a great shopping experience at Whole Foods. The store was very clean, shelves were well stocked, and the displays were very attractive making them enticing to shop! I went in for Raos sauces and found a wonderful assortment. We continued shopping and of course found more items we had to have besides the Raos! Its a fun store to shop in, and you may find items here that you cant find elsewhere. Next time youre in Fayetteville, stop in and see for yourself how nice it is to shop here.

I shop here for the quality of their meat and seafood. Ive never been disappointed. Find some amazing produce here also.

Nice big store have never been to a healthy store like this. Brand names were all new to us.why does it cost so much more to eat healthy. Employee s were all very friendly and help full they didnt just tell you where the item was they took you there and found it for you. Well I guess I just answered my question . Service is very much worth the extra money so I up graded from 4 to 5 stars.

Well its just like they say it is. Lots of cool stuff, yummy fresh food that cost more. We live in a Whole Foods desert so we bought stuff to take 6 1/2 hours home.

First time at a Whole Foods Market. It was pretty impressive. 37 and never seen Limburger cheese but they had it LOL.

We like grilled Gulf oysters. We bought several from Whole Foods in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Today we bought 30 with a harvest date of March 25. We are picky and usually do not buy if harvest date is more than 7 days. These were 9 days. They were not very good. I was told they changed distributors and the oysters are not coming in as quick as the last people delivered. We really liked the last distributor because we were able to get 4 to 6 days from harvest date. We will not be buying any more as long as harvest dates are so long. You would think they would want fresher oysters but the seafood person says they sell them up to 14 days old. Not to me they dont!

I’ve had such great customer service continually from Kerrey. I have been shopping at this location for years for my private catering business and she always is so friendly, I feel at home!

I have been to about a dozen whole foods across the country mainly in the Midwest and this is my favorite! I love the layout. I love the amenities. Very good Whole Foods

During all those moments when I go to a grocery store, I always go to the spice department to see if they have new flavors, because adding spices to my food is my favorite part of each meal. And I also enjoyed the quality of the brownies from Whole Foods.

Nice staff, expensive but good quality products, and they let you bring your own tuperwares and bags to avoid waste. Good on you 🤗A few samples here and there as well, which is always nice. And theres a bar that Ive never been to but that seems pretty fun.

Pretty much your general Whole Foods store. Do like that as an Amazon Prime member you get additional discounts. To me it makes sense to check what’s on sale and profit from the additional 10% on top. The (coffee) bar is also nice.

When Im in Fayetteville I always make a trip to Whole Foods. Today I picked up shishito peppers, Japanese yams, rainbow carrots and fresh octopus. All for under $25! Perfect place to shop for gourmet products not found in the average grocery store. Also great for Whole 30 and Paleo. They have an excellent selection of fresh seafood, olive bar, cheeses & butcher counter and friendly knowledgeable staff.

A great variety of organic and natural products. Clean and well kept, with very friendly and helpful staff. Just remember, its nicknamed Whole Paycheck for a reason!

Store was clean and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the Amazon pickup counter was not manned and nobody was paying attention that their were multiple customers waiting there. I finally had to go to a checkout stand and ask for someone to be paged.

Fresh food organic..local all varieties some great deals with prime members

Very clean. A good selection of good food. Its a bit pricey but a lot of the things that other stores dont carry that I like Whole Foods has; Food and naturals. Also Its easier to find Food that you can eat on the whole 30 diet. As far as parking goes its reasonable and if you have an electric car they have stations for charging.

Another super dooper natural food store. Organic wines at a great price. Try the awesome 100% organic Live a Little Red my favorite wine.

Not a friendly place. I tried to smile at several employees, and they explained to me that smiles at whole foods, have been cancelled.

Best fresh seafood, meats, air chilled chicken and produce. Knowledgeable butchers are a plus.

The store is all right but could use self-checkout lanes.The cashiers can be mildly rude and cashiers/baggers pretty incompetent. Theyll stack heavy stuff on top of produce, rush customers through without offering a receipt, and act irritated that a shopper has to rebag any groceries.

Whole Foods is always solid! Great selection of products, and the staff is always very helpful! Always fun to visit and browse their goods.

Staff is very polite, especially at checkout. It always looks very clean in the store. Staff are also helpful in directing customers to what theyre looking for. Certain Amys dinners are usually sold out when I go, which in fairness is late in the day. WF is the only place I can find Beyond Meat crumbles. I wish they would start stocking Morningstar Farms Incogmeato vegan burgers, though. They are BETTER than the Impossible burger in my opinion, and Ive had years of vegetarian and vegan meat experience. Being open late is great. Thank you.

I really wanted to 5☆ the rating but, some of the produce was not up to par for a chain. They were also out of the mochi balls I specifically came for and did not carry raw sunflower seeds for me to cook with. The did have the Jarlsberg swiss I wanted. Also, all the associates were super nice. Seriously would have rated lower if there were not so many employees that were nice, helpful and apologetic for the mochi balls that they could not get in store from warehouse that they ordered from.

Not even going to get detailed...lets just say it was rotten enough my complaint is going straight to Corporate Monday. Unbelievable. I guess I forgot why I quit going more than a year ago...well, they reminded me in the first 10 minutes I was there. Left and went to Ozark Natural Foods instead, and I see no reason to ever go back. Nothing there I cant get at more deserving business.

Great products but horrible employees with zero decency. Rude, hateful, and condescending. Hard to say who is worse - the awful meat counter guys or the soulless robots that you are forced to check out with. A truly miserable shopping experience.
