Cant give 0 stars. I am a homeowner working with an AC Contractor for some repairs. Have had no AC for 2 weeks. Contractor was to pick up a part on Monday that should have been in on Thursday. Part had not been ordered by United. They told the contractor they had dropped a lot of things lately because they were so busy. Went to google and got phone number for United. Jeanne at United refused to answer any questions or details. Claimed that it was a confidentiality violation to discuss anything with Me, could only talk with contractor. Demanded to know how I got the phone number or who told Me to call. Apparently Im too stupid to figure out that a United Warehouse in Fayetteville, NC would serve the Fayetteville, NC area. Very defensive and rude. Contractors should check status of all orders and be wary of this company. They dont care, but I guess they can afford that since theyre one of the largest wholesalers in the US. This will probably be deleted, but Ill post it anyhow.

Ralph was rude on the phone when I tried to ask a simple question about a part. Never got the answer and unprofessional phone etiquette.
