I can’t imagine why anyone would rate this place less than 5 stars. My husband and I found this little ice cream shop about 5 or 6 months ago, and what keeps us coming back is 1. The amazing ice cream flavors and 2. The outstanding customer service. We try to visit weekly, and every time we come in, there’s a new flavor to try. I love that they’ve introduced us to so many unique ice cream flavors. I’d never had Queso flavored ice cream until coming here, and I’ll honestly say that that is my new all time favorite ice cream flavor. The prices are great, the shop is cutely decorated with an Alice in Wonderland theme, and it’s homemade ice cream! You can’t ask for anything better. Definitely our favorite small business in Fayetteville!!

This is my new favorite ice cream parlor. Each time Ive been everything was fresh and great!! The downside is the location and parking but the ice cream is worth it!!

Amazing little shop! Unique and fun flavors and combination of flavors that the kids will enjoy.Staff is incredibly friendly! If you are the only one in there they will make small talk so it’s not awkward. Has that small ma and pa shop feel which is really nice.Oh and the prices are better than most the “big” ice cream shops!

Stopped through here coming home from a day on the farm in Fayetteville. SO glad we did. The Alice in Wonderland theme is portrayed in decoration and ice cream flavor names. Many flavors to choose from and the man working was SO wonderful. He went through each flavor and everything in it. The double scoop cone made my son’s day. Lol. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back!

Great customer service is always a plus. This family is very friendly and I love their homemade ice cream especially the coffee flavored yummy!!! They also have the best mangonada in town so give it a try

I had a wonderful experience at Mad Hatters. They have a large menu full of exciting flavors and I was able to sample a few flavors before committing. The price compared to size is unbeatable. I will return very soon!

The shop is definitely unique. The customer service is top notch. Great place to gran some ice cream on an afternoon with the family. The flavor names are whimsical and they have a lot of options for the most basic ice cream consumer to the riskiest. Worth the try at least once and you can treat the whole family without breaking the bank. Their prices are just the cherry on top!

Words can’t explain how amazing this place is. For starters it is SUPER clean, in between customers they clean their utensils very well. They also have AMAZING flavors. It is ran by one hard working and friendly young man. Will definitely be coming back and HIGHLY recommend this place. Will be going here from now on for ice cream.

Great little ice cream shop. The service was great and flavors were amazing. Chocolate abuelita tasted exactly like the drink. The pica fresa tasted just like the Mexican candy. We were absolutely over the moon with these flavors. Highly recommend.

Great local ice cream parlor. We tried their Queen of Hearts (strawberry shortcake), Rum Raisin and Pumpkin ice cream on a waffle cone, and LOVED it. The place is cozy and the owner and her son are very personable. They have an array of very interesting and tasty flavors, and they are more than happy to let you sample as many as you like to help you find what you like. The three of us loved the first flavor we tasted, so that was not a problem. My kids initially wanted to go to Dairy Queen, but after I convinced them to try something new, they were very happy we did and did not regret it at all. Well definitely be back soon. Support local business,.it is so worth it!

Had the Jabberwocky caramel ice cream, which was delicious. The theme of the store is Mad Hatter and the place is meticulously decorated to fit the theme. Overall, it was a great experience, this is a gem of a ice cream parlor, which I’d highly recommend visiting.

Been here about 5 times. They have a great selection of unuque flavors, all of which taste good. The price is very reasonable. kid sizes (which are served in a cute, colorful plastic bowl that my kids love) are our go to. The owners son is very coirteous.

Their ice-cream is so soft and delicious.

The items in which this good-looking establishment sold exceeded my expectations, and I found the visit more than satisfying. Definitely something I would recommend to my family. especially the music choice, its nice to hear a store with 96.5 instead of 98.1.

They have some items marked gluten free, but they cross contaminate them.
