Id give more than 5 stars but thats a high as I can go...Excellent Customer service. My mothers portable oxygen concentrator stopped working this morning. I called customer service to explain the problem & a replacement was delivered within a few hours of the phone call. Special thanks to Kevin and Rich!!!
I called today 9/8/2020 regarding my mother’s oxygen. A woman answers the phone and she was nasty from the start! My parents are in their 60’s, both are sick! How dare you scream and tell them they aren’t listening to you and try to accuse them of stealing oxygen tanks? With everything going on in the world you would think that the staff would have for compassion and patience!
Everybody at the center on Cumberland Rd.does their best to try to assist you and solve any problems that you might have. I think the problem people are having is when they call billing which seems to be outsourced. The local center service you just fine!
This group is phenomenal! They work hard to keep patients happy and always answer questions, going above and beyond! If you are looking for a DME company, start at Apria!
Have tried contacting the local offices several time and I am always sent to some call center where its hard to understand half the people you talk to. Have been waiting and getting the run around trying to get someone out here to service her machine and was told we would be contacted today about someone coming over to work on it. After no call, I call them and I am told they have nothing on the books about someone coming out to our house. This is ridiculous, I should not have to go thru this much just get a rep out here. These are peoples lives and they think its acceptable to delay.
The facility on Cumberland Rd in Fayetteville NC has the absolute worst facility employees. Not only are they rude, they have no understanding of what insulin pump supply timely delivery means, or human compassion for people who are looking to find durable medical equipment. I was told Your durable medical supplies are not MY problem!!This experience has changed my view of the whole Apria care community. Ive used them in the past; never again. This facility does not even deserve one star!!
This company is horrible!!!!! Im on oxygen at night and with exertion. I very active, Ive been trying for over a year to get a portable concentrator. These people have came up with every excuse is to why I cant have one.as soon as I can I done with this company. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone.
Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY from Apria Healthcare!!!! You can thank me later. Just like someone else posted, this place does not seem to know whats going on or how to bill to insurance companies. I kept getting a bill from them because they couldnt get the paperwork correct. I am active duty military and should not have been getting an outrageous bill, let alone, a bill at all. It was supposed to go directly to my insurance. They would call me almost everyday threatening me about this bill. Finally, when Tricare called and put the heat on them, they finally stopped harassing me. Wish I would have never got involved with them. Never again.
The people that work at this location are as helpful as possible within the limitations placed on them by their corporate headquarters. Id give the corporation 1 star.
Complete incompetence and buffoonery. This is one of the worst companies Ive dealt with in a very long time. Took two weeks to overnight my supplies to me. Shipment was incomplete.Totally frustrated. This is what is wrong with healthcare in America. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
I try to be a POSITIVE woman in this day & time, but Apria has kept me so ANGRY lately!! I am on Oxygen 24-7 and can NOT get them to send me a bag for my tank so I can leave my home! I have ordered new tubes several times and ALWAYS get the wrong ones!! God help this company, they need you.
I will admit I really did not like this place until late the Mgr Mr Gary helped me and restored my faith in apria
This is the only place my moms insurance is accepted. Our fist experience with a wheel chair was horrible. The person that loaded it scratched my car - no apology - nothing. Now we have been trying to get a bpap machine since November - ( its now may ) Their corporate kept saying that the local office would contact us - never happened. When we would call the local office, they would tell us our prescription was invalid. This went on for 3 months. The doctors office had to call and we again got our call from their home office that we would be scheduled by the local office, NEVER HAPPENED. Went to the local office and scheduled an appointment - it was our understanding that the bpap would be delivered and set up for mask fitting. Well apparently the delivery information was incorrect and thank goodness we called because we have to be at the local office in less than an hour. I do not have anything positive to say about apria.
Ive been getting all the medical supplies that my Mom needs for the last 5 yrs. from Apria (oxygen masks, tanks, bed, wheelchair, etc. and never once have had a negative experience, obviously, thats why we go back to them.
Was told via telephone that they *would not* download my CPAP data because I was not an existing customer.
If I could give no stars I would. They are the worst company ever. Their billing is crazy. Always send wrong supplies & then charges for the wrong supplies.
Doesnt even deserve one star

Received my shipment today...its was missing the headgear (Though it was on the invoice) which made everything else in the shipment unusable.
