I would not recommend using this medical supply store. The lady working was very rude and not empathetic to the fact I had a newborn baby with me trying to get a breast pump.

I would not recommend this medical supply store. I have insurance that covers compression hose and they have a contract with my insurance. So I went there to get the compression hose that I need and they tell me that I have to pay for them out of pocket and the put in a claim with my insurance. They are not supposed to make me pay so that I have to then put in a claim when they have a contract with my insurance company, they are supposed to give me the hose and then bill my insurance company because they cover them 100% . The ladies go on to tell not only me but also the lady from my insurance that there are certain items that they choose not to bill the insurance for but that they make the patient pay up front and then the patient has to put in the claim. She told my insurance lady to take it up with corporate. They are taking advantage of their patients and the patients don,t even know it.

My son recently broke his leg and was in need of a wheel chair. I called Liberty medical specialties and was helped by Nadine from start to finish. She answered all my questions and was very patient. She did her absolute best to make sure my son had his wheel chair that day! She was very sweet and efficient Thankful for all her help!

My wife is looking to get her 90 yo mother a lift chair with a doctors prescription. Call Liberty and talked to Nadine. She acted like we were bothering her too much to help. Called again to check pricing and Nadine said she was too busy “having lunch” and would call my wife back. Still haven’t received that call. Taking our business to Family Medical. Extremely helpful. Suggest everyone else do the same.

I got my Spectra S1 breast pump covered through TriCare quickly and efficiently at Liberty Medical Specialties. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Bring your military ID and your prescription.

Called and spoke with Karla, she was very helpful I’m sorry you don’t have the adult forearm crutch I need but I will certainly utilize Liberty Medical for other needs as they arise. Thank you for your compassion and professionalism Karla you are a blessing!

Have the staff changed since these last reviews?? Not helpful when you lie about you contacted a childs doctor and the doctor said you didnt. My daughter need her supplies and they had the prescription since 1/25/19

Great staff, little outdated process, everything is written by hand and took a while, but she helped me load everything into the car!
