This service is a whole new meaning to CROOK.Even though we were no longer a patient they continued ti bill us monthly.While calling to ask why they tell us to not worry about it it will be taken care of.Here it is August and they are still billing us for service that should have been cut off in January.Again when called every month they say disgard the invoice.Its crazy.
After reading all the negative reviews I was a little skeptical to get my equipment here. I decided to try it anyway to avoid a longer delay in getting my medicalSupplies. Wow was I surprised when I walked in and met Kori the respiratory therapist. She was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. I got my supplies came home had some issues. Called first thing the next morning and spoke to Penny who reassured me everything was ok and a normal response and that if my mask continued to bother me to call back. Tried it again that night same issues. Called back spoke to Penny again she scheduled me to come in for another mask fitting. Went in yesterday explained to Kori what was going on. Explained how I was feeling and a little background history. She was very compassionate, kind, considerate and caring. She made a suggestion based off of my issues and let me say. I slept good last night with no issues. I am so thankful for Kori and Penny for their help and kindness. You ladies ROCK!!!!
This is an awful company to get oxygen from. They are always out of stock of oxygen tanks. This has happened three times now. They did not offer to even help me get any tanks. Now I am stuck in my house for a week because theyre not going to get any oxygen tanks until that long.
Horrible service. Not patient oriented. Makes rules up to suit their profit base. Make your doctor find a reliable provider. When you need oxygen, they will not deliver and claim they are out of stock. SAD.
Terrible company. Poor communication and no ownership of errors taken on behalf of the employees. I was misinformed many times by the billing department as to my balance, and was told months later that changes were made without my knowledge. Every time I spoke to someone there was a different story, a different amount due. Very frustrating and when I complained everyone blamed someone else. Would never do business with this company again. Recommend reading contract and staying on top of your information, Bill, and balance as much as possible. Don’t rely on the customer service to tell you anything.

Top notch customer service and knowledgeable employees! Every single time I am in their office, I have witnessed the employees deal with some not so easy to accommodate patients. No matter what is said or done to them, they always maintain their composure and professionalism. I have referred this office to all of my Soldiers and family members for their supplies. Shout out to Ms. Lauren for always going above and beyond manning the front line as well as the rest of the office and all that they do to support us Soldiers, Airman, and civilians! Appreciate you guys!
You would be better off using a air compressor for a CPAP machine or any thing you need then using this company. Customer Service is non existant. The so called Customer Service personal feel it is an honor for you to talk to them. Then they argue with you as they of course are always right. Plus the fact they down right lie to you when dealing with any issue.Find another company for all your needs.LET IT BE KNOWN YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. By me and all the other 1 star reviewers!
Top notch customer service! I was sent here by my doctor for a CPAP machine. I was very nervous over having to use a sleep machine. The front desk helped ease my fears and once I got in the room with the respiratory therapist she was very nice. They explained everything and were very courteous. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.
Always have issues when ordering supplies. I have never gotten a return phone call to order my cpap supplies. I use to have them then they started sending me supplies without calling to confirm. Then they started sending supplies to early and my insurance wouldnt cover them so Rotech would send me the bill. I finally had to cancel the service and start using a different company. I recently got a new machine and my Dr said she works closely with this company so I decided to give them a second chance. They scheduled to call me when my supplies were do but I have not heard anything. I called them and got an answering machine during business hours, left a message and 2 weeks later still have not heard anything. Trying to find a new supplier now.
I was so happy I received my equipment very quickly.
Needing a CPAC mask and machine, I called to get a high price range before going to Rotech. I was told the most expensive mask would be $402. My nurse had already told me that I would be fitted at Rotech and could choose the mask of my liking. Got to Rotech, did not get fitted, did not talk to anyone but was called to the desk by the receptionist and told that would be $402. When asked why I was being charged before choosing or being fitted, Rotechs rude receptionist said, this is how we do it. Needless to say, I did not get the mask. This place is a sham. Take your business elsewhere. I would give the place a ZERO if I could because they are not worthy of a !.
Terrible!! Do not get involved with this place. After a fiasco at this place I went to another that was so much better.
If I could give lower I would, worst place ever they could care less. Worst customer service ever not for for animals BEWARE!
