I use this place frequently. I use them to return Amazon packages with no problems. However, when I used their mailing services, they did not know how to process my request, going so far as to tell me this is the only option. When I went in today to track, they told I did it wrong and there was no tracking. So, I have $20,000 worth of checks floating around out there somewhere. Thanks for your professional attitude. I should have known better when you yelled at your clerk for helping me.
Just stopped by at 6:26PM EST to drop off a return. The doors are locked already and three employees inside looked up when we tried to open the door. They all just went back to what they were doing and ignored us instead of helping customers before their actual close time (sign posted by the door says 6:30 and no signs up saying they were closed early.)

This is the AWESOME place to drop off packages and do your shipping needs. I was there today and the line was out the door. They had enough of help that I was there 5 mins. If I would have been at the post office, well who knows how long I would have been there. The employees there were so friendly and you knew that they wanted to take care of you promptly! I am SO IMPRESSED! You just dont see this kind of service any more. UPS on Ramsey Street ROCK!!!!!!

I just left this store and Im very, very disappointed with the service I received. I stood at the counter waiting while two employees were behind the counter cutting something and one was doing something on the printer. I understood they were doing something but no said (someone will be with you), no hi, nothing. As I stood there the young employee (he was nice) finished what he was doing and proceeded to walk pass me, I said excuse me is anyone working here (the register) the older Grandpa with the glasses,seepy Eye proceed to say dont you see us doing something? I told him you can still acknowledge Im here. This man procided to go back and forth with me. He has poor Customer service. He shouldnt work dealing with the public. This could have been a better experience if he just acknowledged ne standing there.
I return my Amazon packages at this location. My only complaint was an office employee was talking about her political views with several people waiting in line. I know I didn’t appreciate it.

Very irritated with this location. Today, I made an appointment online for notary services on the website for this store location. I am working so I had to utilize my lunch break to do this. I also received a confirmation email with a confirmation code to reference for my appt. I arrived at my scheduled time and went inside. Employees were busy with customers but there was no line. I stood at the marked box (social distancing) by the counter. Another lady came in after me and stood at the spot marked after me. A male employe (mgr?) came from the back and was trying to help someone with a printing issue and seem flustered. He immediately asked the lady BEHIND me if he could help her. I patiently waited even though I was in a hurry. When he came to me next, I stated I was here for my appt. for notary services. He then began to tell me that that store didnt make appts and that it was first come first served (even though I made the appt online and received a confirmation.) He then told me I would have to go the back of the line to get service. By this time several people had came in and were waiting. He seem to have a bit of an attitude towards me. I immediately stated that I was here first and had came in and waited before the lady he had just helped. It was only then he began to assist me with my notary request. It s good thing I had the forethought to make extra copies (in case I screwed up my signature) because he completely tried to rush through his part of signing and messed it all up. I was able to present the extra copy to get this done. I always try to be empathetic when someone might be having a bad day, but I pretty much stopped that with him when he tried to treat me like I was an idiot while waiting. I doubt I will use this stores services again.
I go there rather than go to the post office and get high charged I go there to send stuff to my family and friends

This store has helped me with everything from printing to typing up reports, Lenora is a wonderful and soft spoken woman, she is always nice to customers and me. The staff at this store is knowledgeable and professional I will always use this store. I recommend this UPS to anyone looking for printing all the way up to mailing!
I know many UPS stores are privately owned but man PLEASE someone from Corporate tell angry grandpa(owner, white fellow with glasses) to stop yelling and cursing the employees in front of the costumers.Completely non ethical and lack of professionalism here. I feel sorry for the nice and welcoming employees that deal with this guy 12 hours every single day.
Super busy during the holidays. These guys are working extremely hard to keep the lines down. Come prepared and you can just walk in and drop off. Don’t get upset at them because they are “moving slow.” They can only go as fast as the customer allows them.
Lenora and the staff at the UPS Store are AWESOME! They are always very professional and helpful. They always have a smile on their face, even when the customer doesnt. It is my choice for all of my companys shipping and copying needs.
Showed up at 1530 and the door was closed. Although the person in the store saw me trying to get in, they still let the gate down without given any explanation for why they closed early. This is not good customer service 😒
These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected. Came looking to print an image and walked out with a mounted 13x19 foam board gift that I just may keep for myself 😊💪🏼🚀!Reggie, the store manager, even gave me his personal call number to make sure the job got done. Customer satisfaction 💯

Google please allow the option to give places like this negative stars, one star is way too high for such poor customer service. Eva Riedinger was extremely condescending. If she is too tired to offer decent customer service, then please hire people who will. She measured my box and it was literally one tick mark over 18 therefore she wants to claim that my box is 19 tall. I understand she needs to round up but one tick mark placed the box in a different bracket where it would cost an additional $30 which I would have paid because I will be reimbursed for this. However, her vicious and disrespectful attitude completely ruined the transaction, When I calmly asked for a manager, she expressed she was the owner in the most discourteous manner. Eva also claimed my box weighed 34 lbs. I weight it ahead of time and it weighed 25 lbs 6 oz where in the world is she getting the additional weight? are their scales rigged? Overall this UPS store will not get my business, I took the box to FEDEX where it weighed 25 lbs and it measured 18X18X16 which are the correct dimensions. I will be contacting corporate, hoping there are some franchise rules they must follow in order to be decent human beings.

40 mins to get in and out of the store.....6 employees walking around and one employee laughing and bragging it took her over 40mins to help with one person! A line outside waiting. Its ridiculous! Poor management!!!
I was very happy go lucky today, I went into the UPS with a big smile and Karen proceeded to pelt me with the stamps, then a young man with Shan Tip on his name tag powerbombed me through a table!! Then some witch looking lady with a jigsaw mask proceeded to beat me with my own mail. Very unprofessional.
Had a quick and simple experience here! The associate, Courtney, was pretty straight to the point and sweet about the whole process. I came in for a Pack and Ship and she made it very easy for me. The store, however, seemed pretty packed when I went but I don’t know if people were just waiting around or in the process of things.
Ive been going to this UPS Store for more than 15 years. I went in to ship two large boxes and was treated very poorly by Lenora. She was rude and acted like I was bothering her by being there to do business. Every opportunity she had to be rude to me she took. I finally said something and she argued with me that I was the problem. Then walked away talking about me. The owner did nothing to stop her behavior. I will never do business here again.**Edited to respond to the owners comments. Lenora was rude, abrasive and frankly ignorant. She treated your husband just as poorly as she treated me. Im certain if I am not the first one to be treated poorly then I will certainly not be the last. Also, you were not there. Your account was second hand from both your husband and your employee. But if that is the stance you want to take, go for it.You just lost a 15 YEAR + customer. who recommended your store whenever anyone would ask me. I used to come there when your son was just out of high school and you still had basset hound pictures on the walls. A simple Im sorry would have brought me back. But Ill never do business here now. The customer service is sub par at best! I have been twice but the second time was slightly better. The store is organized and I did not wait in line long. However the employees were more interested in talking to each other than trying to help customers. I was excited to get in and out and if I need these services itll definitely be FedEx!!!

There is no organized flow for the lines to checkout; the store is cramped and amount of items “on the floor” for use are not efficiently spaced. There were six associates working at the time of my experience here, and the rate of assisting customers was very slow. As a customer, I assisted an older couple with scanning and printing due to staff not initiating assistance.
When a customer asks for proof and documentation of why. Instead of being lazy and offensive provide the documentation instead of refusing the service. I’ll continue giving this store 1 stars until they stop being lazy about proving the proper documentation.
Location on Ramsey Street by Dunkin donuts which can be easily missed. But the experience was wonderful. The young lady was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and very sweet. If I could give more stars I would. I live on Reilly rd but will travel to Ramsey St again and again if I have to. Keep up the good work, its hard to find business out here who truly appreciates their customers.

Came at 3:20pm, guy was closing up even though theyre supposed to close at 5pm. Wouldnt let me drop a package off.The reply below may or may not be true. I didnt see any sign about 1-3pm, so I think thats a lie. Either way, I went out of my way specifically because this place was supposed to be open. My packages had labels, I showed up well before closing, and I wouldnt have cared if they just set them inside and scanned them Monday. But no help was offered.
Extremely rude . The man in Red jacket the way he was talking down to others very condescending to his employees and customers . This soldier and his wife came in and she said I need to use computer to print. He jumped up out of chair and said we dont let people like you all use computer time anymore. How would they have known??? I am a CEO and I was hurt and appalled and embarrassed for them to be treated that way. The employees looked upset and on edge. Soldier said it was their first time there and last.
VERY unprofessional. Employee was rude as hell. Asked to speak to manager MANAGER WAS RUDE. Said her employee had an attitude because she didn’t understand what I wanted. That’s no excuse. I will be calling the head of her because they both need to lose their job. Also cursed at me.

Very very very misinformed. Called the “owner” and was rushed off phone and he was mad rude. My package is all wrong and needed Information and he could not tell me saying computers was down in a rude manner. For you to be a owner you SHOULD know something when a question is asked of you. When I get disrespect, I get 10x disrespectful! I absolutely 100% called ups corporate and I did talk with someone about the way things were handled! Hate to leave a review but love to handle what needs to be handled. Keep it professional or shut the whole business down because your using up space !
I have been there about 25 times over the years. And never had anything but super service. Christmas I had to wait but it was last minute One time the doors were locked and the gentlemen opened back up to process my three things before storm hit and to me that was extra special customer service

The young man with reddish hair made it seem like it was an major issue cover the label on the box I already had ready to go. The label was exposed and asked if could it be covered with clear tape to keep the lable intact. He said the store didnt have clear tape, luckily the manager pointed under the counter and said they did. The young man made it seem like it was so much work to help me. Im not entitled to anything but was asking for a basic necessity.

The worker Reggie was very rude, my services were rushed, his tone of voice was very hostile and he acted as if he didnt want to be at work. I understand we as people have our days, but he was very rude and didnt utilize any customer service skills. I know UPS is a very popular company, but workers like this give them a bad name; however, I utilize the store on a regular basis, and this was my first time ever experiencing this and seeing this employee. They may want to reconsider their hiring process.
The girl who works the register is sweet. The supervisor or manager; not sure what he is. Is terrible.You might as well save your money and your time and do yourself the favor of driving to a different location.The guy who works there comes off very rude and as a “ I know everything “ type. I went there because I didn’t feel like driving all the way to Skibo and low and behold there was a problem with the service I was requesting. EVERY TIME I go here there’s a problem with trying to send my husband his packages overseas.I pull out and go the next day to the one on Skibo to send my package and GUESS WHAT ?? There was no problem. && they tried to charge me $45 to send my package and when I went to the other location I paid $23.Big problems with this place 👎🏻

Tried to have papers notarized here. Young, skinny male-who appeared to be stoned- asked me to show him the documents. There were 8 pages, so I started with page 1. He again asked me to show him the pages, so I showed him page 2. He then said he was too busy with other customers to help me. There was one other customer in the store. AVOID this place. Rude staff!
For the love of sanity train your drivers to READ the labels...there are NAMES & ADDRESSES on them for a damn reason...if you CANNOT handle a string of letters and digits, maybe PACKAGE DELIVERY is NOT your forte!
I usually go to the one in Westwood shopping center but today since I was close by. I stopped in this location. I been to this location, once or twice. And never received the service I got today. So I bought two boxes in and was greeted by “Sandy”. Everything seemed okay. But then I started asking questions and Sandy started giving me one word answers. So I thought to myself, maybe I’m asking closed ended questions. So I asked him another question and it was the same answer. So I told him I was fine and was going to take my business somewhere else. But here is the surprise part, just before leaving he has the audacity to say the tape is .25 cent. I said fine, I’ll go to my car and get it. Sandy told me he was the manager. As a manager you should have great customer service and today he was terrible. Take your business to Fedex or Westwood.
I called the store to ask how to send a package to my son for pickup. The woman said you dont have to do anything special. I asked her if she wanted his name; she said she didnt need it. I sent the package to the UPS store via USPS and got a message that it had been rejected. When I called to find out why, some snotty woman said you didnt send it via UPS and you didnt call us with his name. Will NEVER use this store for anything.

Went to store on 26 May, advertised on door that they were open until 3 pm. Associate came to door, was very short and stated UPS instructed them close as soon as the mail came and that was 3 minutes ago, mind You, it was 1445 but nevertheless I got the door closed in my face. I will never use this location again and will advise anyone else to do the same.
