I updated my phone and it wouldn’t sync to 5G. After being on the phone for three hours with customer service, they recommended I go to a store. When I went into the store, Angel helped me within 2 minutes! He was so kind and knowledgeable! He even found out that I am an RN and helped me with a discounted phone. I can’t speak highly enough about him!

For one the gentleman that assisted me he had a very beautiful aura about him and the way he went about his work and I appreciate all the help that he helped me with putting the screen protector on and then his trainer or the manager or the girl came in and helped assisted me with setting up the account on the line which I was running into trouble with and she was phenomenal with the customer service and I think that they are not noticed and put forth more effort than most and they understand the good enough is not enough

I have visited this AT&T store at 104th & Federal Blvd twice now, once to replace an old phone & once to get help with a problem. Both visits were stellar; this will be my store from now on. First its not super busy so the wait was short. Second the stuff who assisted - Angel & Jonathan - are AWESOME. Super knowledgeable & personable.

Stephen Garcia was extremely helpful catering to all of my needs (2-8-21). Excellent employee and very knowledgeable. He said he was the only rep at the store, but did a fantastic job of handling customer workload. It would be nice to see a great asset like himself get some help on location, however, so he isnt running the store by himself!!

TERRIBLE customer service. It was my first time ever going into a AT&T store. I recently switched over from another carrier. Having been employed in the mobile service industry before, Im aware of the process of when a customer comes in with a concern or issue. I came into the store as a last resort. I needed help with enrolling into an AT&T app, and before I could finish telling them my trouble, they cut me off and right away directed me to tech support. Without even ONE attempt to try and troubleshoot. Not to mention, one of the sales rep was extremely rude and unprofessional. His name was Angel. He also gave me major attitude. Definitely will benefit from some mindfulness training. I hope AT&Ts customer service is not all like that.

Where can I start with Angel, after enduring a stressful weekend, my son in a near death accident, loosing phone and trying to get back to norm, I jumped around AT&T locations, because I was limited in funds I found myself back for a second time to Federal Heights location and Angel after hearing my story, he took the time to listen to me. I have a lot of anxiety somehow he dealt with me. Angel I will for sure be sending my family and friends to your location, I wish all 4 other locations I went to would take lessons from Angel in regards to Customer Service. Angel, your the best!!

I was so excited because I wanted my iphone 12 I went to Verizon and they treated me badly that they didnt even look at my Mexican ID I went to the At&t store and they gave me my iphone with excellent payment plan the store workers were so kind and respectful, one of them looked at himself with so much experience that everything I asked him answered in detail. thanks

Went in to look at phones. Only 1 person working. She was on the phone with someone that obviously wasn’t a customer. Didn’t even acknowledge that I was in the store. Could’ve at least said she’d be with me as soon as she was done. Tried to get her attention and she looked at me like I was an inconvenience and then went back to her personal call without saying a word. Was going to purchase an expensive phone but she couldn’t be bothered. Been with att for years. Now thinking about switching because of this.

I started out at another store however they were not very helpful. I came into this store and Duane was very helpful. he was able to get me the best deals he could and always answered my questions no matter how difficult they came across. I recommend this store to everyone. And since it is a newer store there is hardly ever a wait!

I have literally not been into a wireless provider store for my own needs in almost 5 years. Unfortunately, today my phone would not charge and I had to go to the Federal Heights AT&T. Duane was amazing and literally solved all my problems, potentially even future ones. He did all of this while understanding I was not in the market to spend a small fortune. He is knowledgeable and simply wants to help. Customer service like this is hard to find!

I visited the store October 7th 2019. I entered the store and was not greeted by anyone. So I found a seat. There were four people sitting at a table out in the middle of the area. And after sitting there for 12 minutes I walked up and asked if anybody worked there. One of the people responded Yes I work here and Im in the middle of doing an upgrade. And then glared at me. So I went sat down again. This issue would have been solved by simply greeting me when I came in and saying Im the only one here Ill be with you when Im available. I believe this store could use em increase in their weekend staff numbers and some customer service training would go a long way.

Duane is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have a screen protector from them that has a warranty and I need it replaced. He helped walk me through the steps to get a new screen protector through the website. He went above and beyond for me and made my day! If you need phone things this is your place.

First store I went to was not helpful at all and told me my issue was an apple issue. Duane and Daisy went the extra mile to get my phone checked out. They confirmed it was in fact a hardware issue, but still went through the troubleshooting steps to give me piece of mind. Rare to come by that level of customer service from a phone store.

I will never shop here again I spent almost $300 to up grade my phone, I went in the very next day because I had an issue with an accessory I bought for the new phone and they pretty much told me to go pound sand. So I went to a different location and they were more than happy to assist me with my issue. They dont deserve any stars DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY JUST WANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Good customer service is hard to find and after a full day of people sort of wanting to help us we met Duane at the 104th and Federal location. He was phenomenal! Listened to what we needed and walked us thru how to get everything transferred and set up correctly. We highly recommend this store!

Negligent sales tactics. My company signed up for new lines at this store, we were promised a free tablet with free 1 gig service for free as long as we keep our lines. We were told the tablet would arrive in 4 business days, the tablet never arrived . 3 weeks later I went Into the store to find no tablet was ordered the promotion ended and the store gave us the tablet but only a credit for 12 months dats service after which my company will pick up a monthly line fee instead of being free with the package . Sales reps are commissioned and will make promises they cannot keep to get paid, its a major conflict of interest beware businesses and consumers.

Poor Service. We went in to get an inexpensive phone as a replacement for another phone that was busted. As soon as we walked into the store, all of the workers on the store floor, except for a woman, scattered like cockroaches in a hurry to the back to hide. The woman was attempting to upsale and finance us for a brand new expensive phone. When we told her we wanted the inexpensive phone that was on display, she went into the back of the store for less than a minute and came back and told us there were no phones available in the cheap price range and that she could mail one to us. She acted as though she was no longer interested in dealing with us because we werent going to help her make any type of commission. Unprofessional.

Taylor and Drew were really great to work with. Taylor spent a lot of time with us and helped us set up a bundle that really works. We did run into a problem with number ports which we had to work through with both the store and AT&T Customer Service. It took time to resolve the issue but they tried to compensate us for the mix up. All in all we were satisfied with the service.

I have to say the new team at this location is really great. The new Manager, Duane, is unbelievably detailed and accurate in explaining everything and took the time to show me some of the new phone features. He and the team are really knowledgable on DirecTV so if you have it or are looking to save money, Id recommend seeing this store, they can answer all your questions and are not pushy at all. Theyll sell you what you want and explain other promotions. They have a buy one, get one phone free right now but that didnt make sense for me, and they didnt try to push it. Thanks guys.

Horrible customer service. The manager Amy was horrible and yelled at me and argued loudly making the other customers in the store nervous. I think she might not be meant for customer service. Ernesto ended up helping us and did a great job. I feel sorry for him that he has to work with this woman.

I went in to this AT&T store with my Fiance to upgrade my phone. People have told me to never go to an authorized retailer and now I fully understand why.First, it took over 20 minutes before ourpresence was even acknowledged.Then, the girl went through our phone plan and decided, without our authorization, to upgrade it to increase our data, provide 4GLTE, and give us free hotspot capabilities. We told her not to change it because we dont need any of those features and it sounds like it will cost more. She said it wont really cost anything. We asked her how much more we will pay each month and she said not much. We asked for an exact number and she said it can vary depending on where you live because of taxes. We told her that she has our address so can you please provide an estimate. She said Its not much more. She absolutely refused to even give us an idea of how much more it will cost.We decided to listen to this liar and now our modest phone bill went up $50!Lastly, they refused to transfer my contacts from my old iPhone to my new GS4. She said that sometimes the machine doesnt work so just download an app and it will transfer all of your contacts... it didnt. I had to transfer over most of my contacts by hand.Dont go here. Theyre worse than used car salesmen. Dont ever go to an Authorized Retail AT&T store. If you see Authorized Retailer on their shirt, RUN! Any 5 star review listed on this site is a LIE!
