If you are a professional driver or need to use your phone for any professional reason -- STAY AWAY FROM CRICKET. The network only works in 3 places and even barely there. By far the worst coverage I have ever used.

Francisco is a Customer Service MASTER. I am still amazed at how perfect my experience was today. He far exceeded my expectations.

I needed a copy of my bill for proof of service, which I was trying to get in the mail that day. I was frustrated, since I found my local store was closed, which was not indicated on the Cricket website. I drove to this location, grateful there were no other customers at the time. Alan helped me right away. He asked me for my pin #, and when I gave him a blank look, he expertly led me through the process of setting one up (he knew all the screens without looking). There was another piece of info I thought I needed, and he was willing to go the extra mile to have it added for me. He was super courteous and knowledgeable. And I got to the post office right at 5:30!

The 2 ladies there where very helpful and understanding with a problem I had of my service, even though the people for customer service where not being better at researching my issue and right away jumping the gun And not being professional I will give these 2 ladies 5 star for trying to make sense of it.

Zero customer service. I walked in the 2 workers at the counter didnt even stop what they were doing just kept on talking...I waited and then told them I what I needed. Response was exactly yeah we will help you in a minute. So I looked around while I waited. Long story short that was the only thing they ever said to me the whole time I was there. Never helped me or nothing, another couple walked in...I walked out. I will do my business elsewhere.Update I was the only customer in the store they were not helping other customers. So owner did not even check correct interaction. There were 2 ladies at the counter and 1 male in back no other customers...I dont have to check tapes I was standing right there. I was not greeted in any fashion in fact I had to ask for help. I was not impatient or rude at all. I have been in many stores (other cricket stores even) and never been the only customer and ignored. Had employees been helping other customer I would not be writing this review.

I had an awful experience with the store located on 72nd & Federal, I thought I was switching to another phone carrier due to their poor service (Been with Cricket for almost 9 years) BUT the folks over this store DID AN AMAZING JOB. They took their time, helped me with my phone appointments (very important for my JOB), directed me to the right direction, presented solutions for my issues; then I made my decisions, paid and I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED AGAIN!!!THANKS guys!!!

This is an excellent store with exceptional employees that know what customer service is and how to properly assist them. There are 3 other Cricket stores closer to where I live but going to this location is always the better option.

She was rude and not helpful. She acted like I was interrupting her with her conversation with a co-worker. I would not shop there.

Avoid all digitech cricket stores if you want a fair safe transaction ... they will charge you hidden fees .. make up 3 or 4 dollar fees every time you go in to deal with em ... they are scandalous crooks be Aware .. dont let them suck your money out of you ... there service is terrible they will tell you different and lie about it to make a sale !!
