Absolutely terrible customer service. Called the phone number provided by Google maps to try and ask if this location had what I needed before coming in. Phone just rang and rang without being answered. When I arrived, the woman at the desk was quite rude about what I needed being unavailable. When I mentioned that I couldve saved myself a trip had the phone been answered, her flippant and dismissive response was to state that their phone never rang.

Love going here definitely recommend going to this one. Always leave happy and satisfied.

It was a really good place to deal with before I was just told I cant return a new phone because I dont like its performance I would rather have another its too late to return it because its a week old so Ill be switching contracts with somebody else come the end of the month real drag as well because the girl that work there is great and this is not her choice. ridiculous!! Ive been there three years. And you can purchase something for a week and not be able to take it back and get an upgrade I dont think anyone would put up with it

My mom came here and the staff were not willing to assist her the way they were supposed to. They sold my mom a new phone for $130 and it didn’t work right. My mom asked if the staff could transfer info from her old phone to the new one and they said no. They charged her 15$ to swap a SIM card which I can do at home for free. I work in customer service and I know personally what it takes to provide decent service to people asking for assistance. I recommend if you are a Metro PCS customer to go to another location for help and not this one.

If I could give no stars I would. The girls are EXTREMELY RUDE. No customer service whatsoever. I try to avoid going to this location, but I had to go recently since it is the closest to home. One of the girls (glasses and golden hair) was super rude to a customer and was almost yelling at him. Clearly the older man had no idea how to work his phone and the girl kept yelling at him, was very short, and was even ignoring the customer because she was texting on her phone. Clearly metro needs to offer more training for their employees on how to treat customers with respect. Absolutely awful.

They made a fake email, fake pin code, added extra services to my account i didnt request, and even made fake answers to my security questions. An indian man on the customer care actually said he wad embarresed and fixed it all for me. In what world does the customer care line do a better job than in-store? Only at this one. I will delete this review upon confirmstion that this company terminated the girls helping me.

Very rude to customers. Store manager was rude to a customer. Customer was not able to speek spanish and Luis the store owner and the store manager was talking about her in spanish right in front of her. Very bad customer service and they dont know the store policy.

It was the worst experience ever . I was buying a phone n cashier was doing the paper work I seen another phone I liked better . Told ms. Herarra I was no longe r interested in first phone . She looked at me and said but I all ready did the paper work come back tomorrow lmfao. . All I have to say is it was so pathetic I didnt even get mad.
