I drive an hour to get the help I need from the manager William! One of the best stores around. He is very helpful with any question I have. I will spend the extra time driving to get the quality customer service I wish all stores had. Again, Thanks William for your patience and your team also very helpful! My #1 store.

They dont have inventory. Two times I have ended up ordering off Amazon and I hate Amazon

I WAS GREETED BY ELLEN AND WHILE LOOKING AROUND THE STORE, I WAS ASKED, TWICE, IF I NEEDED HELP IN LOCATING SOMETHING.I SAW A GOOD SELECTION OF ITEMS THAT A FLORIDA FISHERMAN-BOATER MIGHT NEED.WHILE MY NORTH GEORGIA HOME STORE TOLD ME THE ITEM THEY DID NOT HAVE AND CRYSTAL RIVER STORE DID COULD BE MAILED WAS NOT TRUE SO I WENT TO THE LOCATION. WHILE AT THE FLORIDA STORE I DID LOCATE SOME ITEMS THE NORTH GEORGIA STORE DID NOT HAVE, SO OTHER THAN DRIVING ABOUT 190 MILES ROUND TRIP FROM STEINHATCHEE FL., I HAD A VERY GOOD VISIT AT THE CRYSTAL RIVER LOCATION AND THE FOLKS WERE VERY FRIENDLY EVEN ON A BUSY SUNDAY.SO KEEP IT UP CRYSTAL RIVER, YOU HAVE DONE WEST MARINE PROUD.

They are expensive but they will price match leading competitors. Have all the fishing and boating gear you could need and if they dont they will order it. No hassle returns and VERY knowledgeable staff, whom helped us pick our baits and fishing hardware for a successful night of fishing. Will most definately return when on the island.

Bought a kayak from them online. Reduced price for damages in shipping. Decided I didnt like it and returned it a week later with no problems. Friendly and Helpful. Large selection of items for boating and fishing.

Store is poorly stocked compared to other West Marines Ive visited... I was very disappointed. Ive been in this store 3 times and never once asked if Ive been helped.

There were no prices displayed on the items the location of the restroom wasnt clearly marked and when you ask how much the price of something is, the prices are really high. On a good note the staff is pleasant.

They were efficient and took my return from another store.

I had to put one star just so I could leave a review not because they earned it! Arrogant service. Walked in and was going to buy two kayaks. 5 second of service and I knew I was at the wrong place.

Very rude!! If you want any kind of marine products do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I will never step foot in there showroom again, I wouldnt want to inconvenience them with my business!
