I shop here very often. Very nice and clean store. A bit on the pricey side, but it is family owned. They re-stock very quickly which is nice. And its the only grocery store open till midnight. They just added self check out stands too which is nice and fast. Friendly staff!

Great selection and friendly service. The deli is amazing with several great choices. My go to after a long day when I want a great meal and just don’t have the time or energy to make it from scratch. The Parmesan chicken is fabulous and the piccata chicken is also superb. Another fave is the cheesy broccoli and rice. Fresh sandwiches such as Ruben’s and California chicken are served with either chips or a salad. Regardless of your entree choice, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. And all of them are at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

It seams like every time I got home thing expire the next day. I went a few days ago and got ice cream that was 5 months past its expiration date.ExpensiveExpired goods50/50 as far as workers go.Idk Id I would even say its better than Walmart. . . .

Amazing selection. Prices you need to look out for. Make sure you hit customer service and get the Haggen card. It will save you alot and you can register your phone number to it so you dont have to carry a card with you all the time. And again the selection is amazing

Im new to the area so I have been shopping around for a new store. Staff were pleasant, friendly & helpful. Store layout was easy to navigate, prices were reasonable, sale items I wanted were good. The foods I purchased were worth what I paid. Enjoyed the visit & I will return

Make sure you check the expiration dates. Or if you forget, make sure to keep your receipts. There has been quite a few times that Ive come home with expired food, and Im talking months. Or sometimes my produce will go bad within a day or two. So make sure you double check the quality.But their donuts are super good. : )

I might be biased but I love the employees here! The bakers starting at midnight to ensure you have the delicious donuts ready at 5am. The bakers making sure your Cinnamon Bread is made just right, from scratch! The actual butchers that will cut your steak just so. The foodservice coming in early or staying late to make sure your salads and meals are the freshest. The produce team that inspects and rotates the produce everyday to make sure you get the best. The hard-working night crew who ensure the products are on the shelves. The cheerful checkers who make sure your groceries are handled with care. There are so many hardworking individuals behind the scenes working to ensure your groceries are on the shelves. I applaud each and everyone of them for their hardwork and dedication!

I would give this store a higher score but the haggen Asian hot food is just so very bad. The fried rice almost always tastes like nothing but pepper and sometimes the other foods tastes like nothing but pepper. It must be very expensive to spice the food with the amount of pepper they use.The rest of the store is fine. Expensive but good quality. I like to buy my meat and produce here.Just dont buy the pepper monstrosities.

This is one of my favorite high-end grocery stores. I purchased some King Salmon at the Seafood counter and some fried chicken at the deli shop (Its to die for!).

Went to Haggens Pharmacy to get CBD Ointment, (4) people behind counter but only one register open. The lady at the register sent me over to another lady and she got the ointment and made me get back in line behind 4 more people when I had just waited 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. NOW...here I am back in line for another 30 minutes. They need a new system and new workers on the weekend with better personalities . They service the public and their attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Shame on all of you! I would highly recommend going to Walgreens or RiteAid Pharmacy much better Service and Very kind people there.

I just purchased a chicken breast from the deli and it was like watching Clark Grizwald cutting into the turkey when I attempted to eat it. it was so dry most of the meat had lost moisture and was almost gone. what a disappointment! the corn dog was less than great as well.

Absolutely love the people that work there. Wouldnt go anywhere else. And the pharmacy is Wonderful and the people there are above anything and anyone else.

The price is unbeatable and my bouquet was absolutely beautiful. They even incorporated my grandmothers necklace into my bouquet, so it was like having her with me. My bouquet was $45 and my bridesmaids bouquets were $20 each. They were easy to work with. Rachel even gave me her phone number so I could text her photos of bouquet styles I liked. Dinora did the designing.

The best selection of specialty treats and beer and wine! If you are making a meal and need that little extra something, this place will have it and the staff are so nice. They are also very knowledgeable about their departments! The deli is delicious and the handmade sandwiches are very well priced for the quality!

Well stocked grocery store with quality items priced competitively with larger chains. The produce here is very good, and there is an excellent selection within each department to choose from. Service is friendly and helpful. Its a great place to stop by to pick up essentials when you are vacationing in the area, or simply passing through.

It was very nice I was in the vison center of the store was helped by everyone including Sara everyone was really helpful and very friendly.

I love Haggen! This store is always orderly, clean, and inviting. I come here to buy the variety of root beers they have and I love the Butterscotch one.

Easy to find the things Im looking for and if I cant find what Im looking for. The haggens employees have been more then help full. Even double bagging my groceries due to having to use a cane, theyve help make my life a little bit easier when I shop there

Always helpful... one of few places I still can find quality produce and meats... with good guarantee ... nonproblem returning berries that are yucky within24-48 hours of purchase.. price is a bit higher, but, consistant quality is valued by me.

Only the bakery!!!!!! It was my sister’s birthday yesterday picked up a cake from the bakery and I saw birds flew in the kitchen! I never seen an animal in a kitchen in any of Stores before except maybe the zoo she was like yeah we have birds in the kitchen they ain’t wanna leave doors open I was so discussed bought the cake but just threw it away because in food business an animal involved just won’t make up dude

They have the best bakery items for any grocery store that I have been to. The deli can be expensive if you arent careful. They have a nice selection of premade meals for quick dinners.

ALWAYS A GOOD PLACE FOR CHINESE FOOD

I’m going to keep this nice and short:The kid with the greasy mullet, not sure of his position, doesn’t matter. However my problem is that I asked where I could find baked beans and he completely ignored me, shrugged me off and walked away as if I didn’t exist. Not only did he not help me but, a few minutes later he also walked into me and instead of apologizing, he spit on my shoes and elbowed me in the gut, then walked away and said “how’s that for baked beans”.Everything else about this Haggen location I like.

I went to get my first Covid-19 shot and was served within 15 minutes if my arrival. Store was bright and clean and well staffed.

The overnight manager (the overweight one with all the unprofessional wild and yukky looking facial hair) is a horrible problem solver and provides conflict instead of a pleasurable shopping experience.

Pretty expensive, but I chose to shop here. Next time Ill go down the road to the grocery outlet and pay like half what I did here.

This store reminds me of a Safeway. For all of the Canadians reading this thats what this equates to, just with American brands. The store os super clean, well lit, and the isles are large without anything dropped in them making them smaller. This place basically has everything from Pharmacy to flowers, hot to go meals to everyday shopping needs. Id never been on one before but I was pleasantly surprised and would return if only to pick up almost 2 pounds of Sour Patch Kids (See picture)

This is my all time favorite store and grocer. five stars.

FERNDALE HAGGENS HAS THE BEST SUSHI... hands down. You need to give that man a raise!!!!! I come here regularly to pick some up.. You need to recognize that he is a true master at his craft!!!

Definitely has some high prices for some grocery items, but has the best bakery items, sushi, sandwiches, pasta salads etc.

Great store, slightly more expensive than most places in town. My only gripe is that with COVID they being a 24-7 store. I used to do my shopping early morning at around 2-3am, now I have to go when Id like to be sleeping and it is even more packed than usual. COVID-wise, it would be safer to go at 2am when the place is quieter.

This grocery store consistently has the best deli/in-store made items of all the major grocery chains. Fantastic bakery as well. Decent prices, too.

Their pharmacy is messing up bad. Tells you a med is ready but its no where to be found or doesnt tell you and one is there. Theyve been great in the past. How about we blame covid😄😄

Great gourmet grocery store. Friendly staff and great deli, bakery and meat department. It’s overpriced for what it is so don’t plan on doing your main shopping here....best for specialty items and goodies.

I like Haggens. It has a good variety of products. The staff is very friendly and good at their jobs. May be a little spendy but they support local farms the best they can.

Love the spicy coleslaw when they make it. Cajun crab dip is awesome!

During covid its been horrible and they arent consistent with cleaning/space rules in lines, etc. Worst part? They are horrible to work for and treated many an employee unfairly, especially during covid. Not impressed with their pharmacy behaviors and have had to ask them to clean and adhere to their OWN store policies. Go elsewhere.

9 times out of 10 I end up having to go to another store because haggens doesnt have what I need. Quality has really gone down in bakery and produce. Not the store it was with original owners so sad

Truly the best place to get your groceries. The staff is always kind, the shelves are always fully stocked, and the store overall has a great, positive vibe. To top everything off everything there is always very fresh and tastes amazing!

Always the best meats and seafood. If you want a good steak, go to Safeway or Fred Myers. If you want a great steak go to Haggens. Good selection of bakery and items you wont find anywhere else.

So much easier to just grab few items and checout quickly with the new self checkout stations!

I frequently shop at Haggens and although yes, it is significantly higher priced than other grocery stores, the overall atmosphere of this specific location is really quite nice! Its rarely overwhelmingly busy (like the ones in Bellingham can get), and its always clean and quiet. The staff is always super friendly. Also, the Haggens store brand is GREAT! Store brands are really hit or miss, in my opinion, but Ive never been disappointed by any of the Haggens store brand products. And their bakery and deli is amazing!

Crowded. People not wearing masks should not be allowed in the store. Step up Haggen management.
