I just want to say how amazing your staff is. Devon was so nice and wonderful the second I walked in and helped me in getting a new phone, explaining everything with such precise instructions and directions and showing me exactly what to do. His salesmanship is absolutely phenomenal. I would also like to say that Sean was also a lot of help and explaining how awesome the air buds are and all the other accessories you are very lucky to have such a wonderful and friendly staff take care of them and keep up the good work
I have had an account with at&t since 2000.This is the worst experience I have ever had.I went in to simple add a line. Kevin signed me up for a very expensive plan and stuck me with a large bill. When I went to straighten it out the manager Nick lied to me. I have spent weeks with customers service trying to fix this mess. They assured me that Nick would get in touch with me but all he did was call me for my pass code and said he would call me back later. That was a week ago. Im still waiting.These people are liars and now I am paying for it!
Devon helped me two different times this year and both experiences were great! He is extremely professional and got me in and out of the store quickly. I will definitely be back because of their awesome service.
This the best At&t location. After a not so pleasant experience at a different location, this store and its exceptional employees went above and beyond! Your employee Caleb helped resolve my issue that I had on my account which was preventing me from adding more lines. He took his time and was so gracious and kind. Dylan and Devon have very exceptional customer service skills, and I feel they deserve a shout out. Corey and Casey were great! Corey got me and my girlfriend set up with brand new iPhones and the elite monthly service and explained things very throughly. Casey is very friendly and has great customer service skills! We are both happy to have switched to at&t.

The Festus, MO staff is wonderful. We have an AT&T store less than 2 miles from our home, but choose to drive the extra miles to Festus because the staff consistently provides a high level of service and for us, that is priceless!!

So mad been a customer for years and Kate sold us a iPhone 12 pro Max and sold us a camera attachment that was for the I phone 11. One of the ipods doesnt work and were being told that we out of luck and sorry. Im so angry at this Kate girl I will never go back to that location because of her. Im now stuck paying for 2 items I cant even use.Angry customer

Kudos to Jenna D at the Crystal City store for taking the time & patience to figure out why my voicemail had stopped working on my cell phone. It was complicated & unusual, but instead of just trying to sell me a new phone, she stayed with it & fixed the problem. I really appreciate her customer care & service!
We had a great experience. Devon sold my wife a new iPhone and answered all our questions. I’m big on costumer service and this guy went above and beyond for us. We left there feeling good about our purchase and we are now thinking about trading our daughters in. Devon is an example of what great customer service is And will be back because of it.
ATT isnt providing this store with phones or tablets. Theyve been out for almost 2 weeks. The employee I spoke to assured me the phone I wanted was in stock (6 of them) and hed hold on to it for me. When I arrived, 30 minutes later, I was told they didnt have any and that all 6 must have been sold. That was my third trip there after being told it would be there, but it never was. Very frustrating to say the least. Also, they werent able to order them and ship to me...some additional ATT issue.....
Had a good experience with Kate but some things werent fully explained and our bill went sky high, customer service was able to delete a line we didnt need or understand. Service is good.
Cait assisted us w porting our numbers over and starting a new account w att. She made the process seamless and enjoyable . She worked hard to find us the best deals and promotions that would work best for our family ! She even went out of her way after her shift to make a home visit to assist w additional questions that we had . Would highly suggest her and this store for all wireless needs .

Best place if you enjoy being lied to and conned, to be 100% fair the store manager did try with account credits and then flipped the script saying that he couldn’t honor the deal and I was mistaken on the amount, nor could I return the phones because now I’m out of the grace period, phone bill is 70/month higher and I’m paying 2-3 x more a month for the phones then promisedIf you’re getting a promotion make sure they write it down and sign it!Oh and good luck if you try to take anything up with corporate they won’t help you, they say the store is independent

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The sales associate we worked with lied about pricing of our plan and lied/left out VERY important information about promotions on our new phones! When I went in to correct our bill and get more information I was told that it would correct itself in a few months, and to chill out and go have a margarita! This was totally unprofessional. Once receiving my bill, I went in to address that we were lied to about pricing, and was once again told that it would self correct and that I should just contact customer service. After speaking to customer service they too agreed that I was lied to and attempted to make better, but failed. In frustration I called the store to inform that I was upset about what is taking place, and was AGAIN given attitude. Today I am now left with a LARGE bill & a phone that I have to pay for because our sales consultant lied to us and no one else in store cared to actually give me the time of day to correct it! This store just wants your commission and will screw your over anyway they can do so. Wouldn’t recommend this store to a single person!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beyond unprofessional, liars, and don’t give a care in the world about their customers!

I was in the Festus store yesterday and was waited on by one of their employees. He was the friendliest and most helpful rep I have had yet! He looked at a text I had received about a simm card and HD service. Then helped me with finding a screen saver for my phone. He then put the screen saver on for me!! I cant give enough stars for the service I have had there. I have had many not so great experiences at the Farmington Mo store. The Festus store is like night and day compared to the other store. I will from here on out only go to Festus AT&T for everything. Thank You! You guys aew outstanding!
I ordered online and just picked my phone up so I didnt have much interaction other than an initial setup rundown of my phone. Which was fine, the person helping me was alright. Nothing special but no complaints. Definitely better than TMobiles terrible customer service.
Came to the store to start a new plan and pick up 2 new phones, showed up at 730 and nobody was there, sign on door says open until 9. Hours on google say open until 9. Just very frustrating
The rudest group of employees and supervisors i have encountered ever. I went there as advised by at&t online help. I was having issues with service and phone i purchased online a Samsung A11 i paid $170.00 for and a prepaid plan. Well thats when i totally was discriminated on and pushed to the side literally and proceeded to do myself what i had repeatedly asked them to do as instructed by theyre employer.The phone is junk and so is that store.

Helped my parents get a phone here. Sean was so patient with them and listened to what they wanted. Did not try to sell them but was super informative and knowledge. I would highly recommend going in and asking for Sean Dugan.They love their new phone and he even showed them how to use many of the features.
Selling is the name of the game at this store. Will dazzle you with promotions such as ghost lines to sell a service plan, at the end of the day you are stuck with a confusing, expensive plan. Customer service is lacking as well, as an example, went to the store to review a bill, the response was call AT&T billing so I called AT&T billing who sent me back to the store to get a one time password. After 20+ years, we moved to a competitor and couldnt be happier.
Although me and my family ended up waiting for 3 1/2 hours over technical difficulties, we walked out of the store with brand new phones and a good deal. The technical difficulties made the situation very frustrating but with the help of our AT&T representative Devin, he helped the time pass smoothly and I felt he did a very good job in going out of his way to make things easier for us! Nice store!
Will give you misinformation into what your billing charges will actually be. Your bill will always be extremely higher than quoted. Then all AT&T offers is for you to reduce your services.

We moved 5 lines from Sprint and added 2 new lines, and to be honest I was dreading doing it! I knew it would be a long time in the store, but everyone was friendly and actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They made great conversation, helped me with the phones and staying organized with what phone went to who! I offered to buy pizza for the staff they made it such a pleasant experience!
For the third time I have entered the store to pick up a screen protector, and they were yet again out of stock. When I questioned the sales associate to see what kind of screen protector I could buy in order for it to never be out of stock, he told me “chill out man “. He didn’t offer any suggestions he didn’t apologize after I told him not to tell me that. Awful customer service!

April Rhodes was fantastic! She helped me get my bill fixed, helped me with my insurance claim, and was so sweet! She did not mind my 6 month old being their and even interacted with her as well! She helped my husband when his SIM card stopped working and had helped us figure out the problem and fixed it and a really great amount of time! 10/10 would definitely go back to her!

Went into the store with a terrible experience over the phone. Already frustrated. I worked along with Sam and Kim who was able to solve my problem to a tee. They were informative and constructive. I would say this is by far my FAVORITE store to go in and will forever my service.
