A huge shout out to Gage and Bradley at Verizon. They help me resolve a very difficult billing situation today by taking over the phone. They were tenacious with the reps who kept us there for an hour and a half and finally and hopefully got the issue resolved with a refund. I so appreciated their professionalism their tenacity and their good humor. Additional kudos go to Nikki who help me set up my account and then dismantle it all within two days. Sorry Verizon, you’re hotSpot could not pull in a signal where I live. She was very efficient and got my refund for the hotspot done immediately and closed my account.
