An update on Metro. After speaking with someone from corporate,all of my issues were taking care of promptly. I was very impressed by the attitude and the work that was done for me. Thank you very much Jason and Jonathan
This store is absolutely the worst. My sister has been dealing with them since June. They lie they dont order the stuff like supposed to cant get anyone higher up to call you. He has even tried to get her to pay more money n start new plan. You call up there they say they will call back and dont. As soon as they know its myself or my sister they immediately dont want to deal with the problem. Most def need new ppl in there that will actually do their job. Giving them 1 star is to much.
Marissa was awesome in helping us switch providers. I liked the friendliness of her. Store is very clean.
The kid working the counter, had zero idea on what he was doing. So much so I walked out, because id rather deal with a half working phone the inside with him.
The store was clean. I was promptly greeted & informed I would be waiting a bit before I could be helped unless I was just there to pay a bill. Unfortunately they were out of the phones I was there to buy. Ill have to check back later. All in all a good experience.

AMAZING STAFF! Very knowledgeable, willing to help, and great attitudes ! it was a joy going into a store where the customer is appreciated, and actually treated like a friend not just a stranger. I have recommended this store to all my friends and family! I couldnt be more pleased!

The girl working was out in her car when we pulled up and only came into the store when she realized that we were coming inside. Then she was so rude and argumentative that rather than purchasing a new phone as we had planned because we were eligible for an upgrade, we left metro (weve been with them for 3 years) and switched to boost. (The representative at boost mentioned that in the last week alone theyd had 4 people come switch service to them because of complaints with the crystal city metro staff) The crystal city store really should re-evaluate the customer service training of their employees as this is the 3rd time Ive had a negative experience here.
Was just going to Metro to purchase a phone plan, but after reading the reviews and all the constant problems with their phones Ive decided not to waste my time and money at Metro PCS.Sorry Metro, fix your issues and employees!Update--I went to Metro anyway and got a phone, its been close to 2 months and Im really happy I did! The LG phone was free since I switched companies and I havent had any problems with the phone or service. Oh and the monthly bill is only a flat $30, no fees no hidden charges--just $30
I love the store with minus one thing. I went by there tonight before 7pm and on Google it says they are open til 8pm but when I went by there before 7pm they were already closed. If you are going to close early then change the time on Google. Im updating my review. I came back today and they open at 10 am. Right now it is 1105am and the store in Festus Mo is once again closed when it says they are opened. I have never had a problem out of this store until now. Twice within less then 24 hrs I went there to get new phones and was unable to get any service cause they were not open when they are suppose to be. Metro by t-mobile maybe you should check on the employees in that store cause they just cosy that store 3 new phones to a customer for over 2 yrs
I am not happy with Metro, I bought my phone in Nov and it has not worked property in the last 8 months. This is a second warranty exchange and this phone is worse than the first one. Im a senior citizen and I need a phone, for some reason they dont seem to care.
Metro PCS sucks. They tell you that you get service anywhere but thats a lie and when my phone malfunctioned they told me it was because of my phone case and thats a lie. So I do not recommend them at all.
Phones are very cut rate. Service is really poor.. but I guess you get what you pay for .. although they say a reliable network and 4g lte.. my ass!! We were shown a coverage area and assured good signal and service .. total fail! Then one of our phones a Samsung j7 prime has battery issues . The phone wont show over 20% charged and just shuts off for some ungodly known technical reason.. dealing with this location has been a terrible experience with employees posted up outside smoking, raunchy rap music playing inside the store and nothing but piss poor excuses from these employees regarding our warranty phone coming in 3-4 business days its been two weeks .. this whole experience has been less than poor.. only good thing about this store is Blake and he deserves better like Verizon or at&t 😎
This was the worst customer serivce we have ever seen if your looking for good service cricket is better word of someone that has left this store and metro PCs thier a rip off n festus Missouri stores manger is rude they give away the samung Galaxy j 7prime knowing it has issues and selling cases and such with the company no returns dont waste your money signing up for metro so not worth the time n money

They have no idea what theyre doing and Ive had to replace 3 different phones of theirs because my phone wont charge for no reason. Nothing happened to it.
Great Falls great service helped us out but one out of four phones doesnt work properly and its been really hard to get my phone replaced under warranty
