It was a great experience. I’ve worn glasses for at least 25+ years and don’t think I’ve ever had a Dr explain or take as much time with me as Kesler. Also because I’ve got really bad eyesight my glasses can run $300-$400 with cheap frames and never had a Dr told me to hold off on replacing mine unless they are bothering me. Kudos to putting your patient first!

I just bought a pair of glasses from them which were very comparable to Walmart prices. I was scared to buy glasses there thinking it was going to be outrageous being at the eye doctor’s office. I feel the utmost patience and care was taken in having me look through different lens in determining the prescription for glasses. And I appreciate Dr. Naucke taking time each exam to check my eyes for deeper issues and stability of each eye itself.

Dr. Karacal & the staff were very thorough, took their time with administering the tests carefully & without discomfort, very complete explanations of the tests & potential procedures. Sadly, my insurance does not cover the surgery center that was proposed.

I started to have flashes of light & floaters in my vision, which scared me because I have read that flashes resembling lightning can be a sign of detached retina. My usual ophthalmologist was working at a different office, too far for me to get there. The office manager at my usual location said if I could get there, one of the other doctors would fit me in. The doctor & all of the people in the office were very helpful. The doctor checked out the inside of my eye & was able to verify that I didnt have a detached retina; I just have the less serious detached vitreous.

Dr Nacke is amazing. He is nice, down to earth, and understanding. He was thorough with my pre op appointments, surgery, and post op appointments.The office staff is definitely below average. I think most of the staff is new but still have no idea what is going on. I had lasik and no one spoke to me about payment prior to my procedure. I received a call the day after asking for payment over the phone because they forgot to take it. No payment plan was discussed. Luckily I have been saving for this for awhile and had the money to pay for it. If I would of not answered my phone I could of had a free lasik surgery. The office staff is not friendly. No one smiles or greets you.I will say the nurse who roomed me and took care of me (other than the dr) was pretty amazing too. She knew her stuff and took pride in her job.All in all I think the office has a ton of good qualities. I hope the office staff can be energized.

This may sound silly but yesterday morning was a fun day for me at your site. All the personnel were friendly happy love to hear him giggle they were very helpful to get me warm blankets and discuss the procedures of course I would come back if I have to do the left eye which is probably for certain I really love the attention your staff your facility. Most of all having Dr. KARACAL do the procedure for meShe is such a dear lady!

Very pleasant staff and Dr. Kessler is womderful. I can’t remember the person’s name who did my initial exam before the doctor came in but she was very pleasant and we had a great conversation. Tammy helped me pick out a great pair of frames. I knew there were people waiting to see her and almost picked the first pair I tried on, but she told me to take my time. 😊 She even gave me a Thank You card when I picked up my glasses. My daughter has an appointment next month and I’m sure her experience will be great as well.

Very professional, great providers and staff, excellent care

I was experiencing blood in my eye. I had never been there before and they were able to get me in to see the doctor the same day. There was a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected, as I am sure they fit me in. The exam was very thorough and I was treated very well . Dr. Karacal was very nice and explained my results so I understood everything. Would definitely reccomend.
