Just went in for exam and to purchase glasses and contacts, the workers were all very friendly and helpful. I had my 2 year old son and they had frozen on which helped a ton! My wait wasnt long and was in and out in less than an hour. Would recommend everyone go and check them out.

The whole family Have been going for many years and we love the savings. When my daughter decided to go with contacts, they took the time to show her how to use them and put them in.

My husband and I had our vision exams and ordered our new glasses here at the Festus Wal-Mart today 12/01/18. The doctor and associates made us feel very comfortable and were all very helpful. A big thank you to the Festus Wal-Mart Vision Staff.

Ive never been impressed with the staff of this center, I have never had any problems with the Dr. tho so since I only really have to deal with appt. annually to get my contact lens I have continued to use the center. Last week I made an appt at this vision center. Due to an critical family matter I was unable to make it. I called the center to reschedule, the new time they had avail was not the best for my situation but since I had to wait days for the first avail. I told them that I may not be able to make it and she said that she would hold it tentative. When I called the office to ask for a later time that it was not going to be able to work she refused to schedule me another appointment, said that because I was a no show I was walk in only and may not be able to be seen. She blamed this all on the DR.I have never had good customer service at this location. The receptionists always act like you are disturbing them from standing around and doing nothing. They are rude, and generally unpleasant. If you add the fact that they move at a snails pace to the list really there is no convenience to using them.Im done with them.

The worst customer service. I was told that the doctor wont talk to you unless you pay for an exam. I already paid for an exam 6 months ago. Not a friendly place.

Charged me $60 for a “contact fit fee” or something like that. Never heard of such a thing. Got me to take my contacts out and then tried to charge me for extra things. Felt very pressured into everything. Poor customer service.
