I am very upset the way the delivery guys did my 80 year old father. We purchased mattress and box spring and had it delivered. The problem I have is they did not take the old ones away as well as the trash the mattress and box spring came in. My father is 80 years old and they expect him to get rid of the trash. I am so pist. I will never shop ABC warehouse again if thats the best service we can get. Shame on you delivery guys for expecting an old man to take care of this trash you are supposed to take care of.

We love shopping here! Bobby is very friendly and always helps us find what we need! They have a good selection and weve bought so many different things here. Most recently weve gotten a refrigerator and a home theater sound system! The delivery service was the best I think weve ever had! Love shopping here and will be back!

Everyone who we have had the pleasure of dealing with was very helpful. We told them our needs and what we wanted. Showed us all the models that had what we wanted and helped us decided between models. The employees never once tried to push us toward the more expensive model! I would recommend this place to anyone, when I decide it is time for new furniture I will return!

Audio Service Dept - had to replace the radio CD player Bluetooth unit from my 2012 Nissan. The service department scheduled an appointment to check out the field radio, and replace it. The service man, Darrell, was very patient with me and helped me select a good replacement radio.

Warranty department is the best. I needed their help and they went out of their way to provide what I needed.Unfortunately you can not depend on their promises. If they say deliver Friday figure at least another week to 10 days.

Took me a while to get there but the prices and service was nice.

Purchased a car stereo for my daughters car. Price was good with “free” installation.Was told that it would be quicker to order the required installation kit and adapter my self. Ordered exactly what was recommended. When I was also told $12 to add the extra blue tooth mic and another $20 for an antenna adapter so the radio would work no big deal but I feel like that should have come up at purchase. Drop the car off and Then I got a call that the parts I had to install were incorrect. Now I’m out the shipping charge and return shipping charge because they screwed up. I feel every time I have purchased something here it is just shady business. Next time I will stick to Best Buy.

If I could give a zero stars I would!The sales guy was great, it was the manager that lost a 300.00 dollar sale from me!I needed to test a 2,000 watt radio system but the audio connection needed a 2 way splitter which they had one so I asked if I bought it to try out and see if it would work with my phone, if it didnt, could I return it? 3.99 plus tax. My wife and I went into ABC Warehouse to buy a larger TV (82+ inch), Paul a long time sales man greeted us, BTW we left with an 85 inch Samsung for a great price, that being said I commend the service and my sales person,, A+++ for this experience.

We just bought a queen Sealy mattress and box spring..the salesman was awesome but the men who delivered it was rude as heck .. they woke us upearly just to be late . I said good morning and all the guy did was grumble under his breath.he was no help at all..not friendly.very grumpy

I have never had a bad experience here. I particularly like their warranty department. We have bought multiple appliances from here and every time something goes wrong they fix it. It only takes one to two business days and my stuff was looked at by a certified professional they provide. If they can’t fix it, they replace it! My experiences are with a washer, dryer, fridge and stove not including multiple car radios and DVD players. Great products and unbeatable prices.

Wasnt totally bad, just sales where slightly...rushed? Not pushy, just try to hard. And I explained I was just shopping around, did not intend to purchase that day, and the sales person disappeared. No one there to answer questions. I understand it was busy, but Im trying to save a few bucks, by shopping smart, and I had questions.

We previously ordered a fridge from home depot and after several attempts were made we ended up with no fridge....ABC warehouse was the place to go! The purchase was easy peasy and less money and delivery was wonderful and professional!! Im so happy with the whole experience and my new fridge!!!

The Findlay, Ohio store is a great place to buy appliances, audio, video / television, bedding, and other household items at a good price. Plenty of brand names to choose from. In store warranty program is good and provides extra protection and peace of mind. They always beat their competition on price and great service. Bobby is an awesome manager and will see that you get taken care of.

ABC Warehouse is awesome!! Our salesperson Vinita was so helpful. She met us at the door and asked how she could help us. She directed us to the proper area of the store and answered all of our questions about the dishwasher we had researched and wanted to purchase. She then pointed out that they would be able to get the same dishwasher cheaper than another stores advertised Black Friday sale and have it ready for pick up three days sooner than the other store. ABC is our go to store for appliances!!!

Great place to buy appliances. Very knowledgeable and friendly sales people. Unlike the lumber stores that sell appliances the sales people at ABC Warehouse know their products and arent always pushing the more expensive products. This is the 3rd large item we have bought from ABC in Findlay and next time we need an appliance we will come here.

Went to the store and I wanted to pick up a few things for Christmas. They didnt have one of the items that I wanted and the staff at the counter not only looked up what I wanted and possibly where I could pick it up but even called around to see if there were other stores around the area that I could purchase the item from. Hows that for service? Great people who wanted to help out a customer rather than only make a sale. Highly recommended.

Called on the phone to see if they had a stereo installation kit, he found that but when I asked for the harness kit he said I’d have to talk to his installer whenever I come to the store and then promptly hung up the phone without any notice. Horrible customer service

I was looking for a loud portable stereo speaker for work. The salesman showed me a couple. I was about to leave because the one I liked was out of my price range. He said let me see if I can get you a sale price. He came back offering $20 off plus a free 2 year replacement warranty.

Purchased nice appliances but it was a rush. Had to take delivery in two days that was a difficult task. Salesman did not take enough time. Pushed. Had to go back to the store for a conversion kit. It is 20 miles away.

I was in there to have my speakers replaced and to see if they would install a new antenna for my radio. I have a 1994 Camaro parts are not made for it anymore. The antenna I got they wouldnt install and they didnt have one. The sales man we had was trying to be helpful at the time. We picked 4 speakers and set a day to install. I paid for the speakers and installation and left. I came back to have them installed and ended up paying another $175.05 because it had to be rewired. I started out paying $266.84 that included speakers and installation. All told I paid $441.89. That to me was over priced and ridiculous for 4 speakers. I was a long time customer till now I wont be back poor service didnt even tell us the car was done we seen it in the parking lot.

Darrell McGee did a marginal job. I was hoping to have a great Pioneer stereo placed into my car, unfortunately the services that I asked for was not added and the head unit was overrated. It doesnt play vidoes as advertised which was the selling point for me. Darrell also damaged my dashboard. He gave me a 35 dollar discount for the damage though.

Josh, the manager, was awesome! He was friendly, patient and very willing to work with us on the price. We will continue to buy stuff for here and let people know how great our experience was!!

Drove an HR and 45 minutes to find a broken loveseat! I wouldnt recommend unless you plan on fixing your new furniture.

I purchased a washer/dryer, but then bought a condo which already had these appliances. I needed to return the ones that I purchased (not delivered yet). The process was very simple. Less than 10 minutes and I was on my way.

I was hoping my first experience with ABC Warehouse would be a positive one but I was sorely mistaken as I found out the hard way. I bought a T.V. from the Findlay store and before the 1 year manufacturer warranty expired, I told someone at the store that it needed service. They referred me to the ABC Warehouse service website, where I need to fill out the form for a service request.I did accordingly and no one contacted me. Tried again and still nothing. Finally, I did it again for the third time and still nothing. I called the 800 number for service and was put on hold for an hour before talking to someone. I explained my situation only to find out my warranty had ran out. I told them about the ABC Warehouse service website and they tried to find my request form but they found nothing. They told me that if I heard nothing from someone, I should have called instead. I asked them what was the point for the service request website then if they said I should have called instead of submitting a service request through their website.They said that the service website was more of a short cut and calling was the preferred method. Had I knew this, I would have called prior to my warranty getting expired but someone from the Findlay store told me that I HAVE TO go through the service request website. Sufficient to say, they are not honoring my warranty even though I submitted a service request three times prior to my warranty expiring, and they claim they have no proof of me doing that and I have to call the manufacturer to see if they will do repairs under warranty but I highly doubt they will.Thanks ABC Warehouse for an excellent first-time experience! I had high hopes you would be better than the evil corporation with the Blue Box, Yellow Price Tag outside but guess youre just the same as them. I will not go there ever again and I will recommend against going there, to my friends and family.

So far have refused to take care of a lemon. Ive had to invest over $300 in extra warranties for a Cabrio washing machine that breaks down every few months. Ive asked for them to either take it back or replace it with a similar item of a different brand. So far they have refused. Bad business. BBB will be contacted next.

They have a fairly decent selection of items the only thing I dont care for are the commissioned sales people that jump on you as soon as you walk in the door and hover around you while youre trying to shop. If I wanted to bring a friend along while shopping I would have.

Had a helpful salesperson that wasnt pushy. Found the dryer I wanted and was out in less than 15 minutes. Im used most places trying to up sell you for bigger commissions and it was a relief that that wasnt the case today.

Bought an OLED TV from ABC and found the staff very knowledgeable. These have a lot of technology so anytime I have questions they seem to have an answer. Will be back for a new washer when the old one dies.

We recently purchased a new washer from ABC Warehouse. We were very pleased to see Vinta when we walked in. She has helped us with the selection of other items from ABC Warehouse in the past. Not only is she friendly, a ray of sunshine, she has answered all our questions. She asked us questions to help figure exactly what we needed and then directed us to the items that met our needs and our budget. We like shopping at ABC Warehouse because we can trust the products, the price is right, and we know Vinta will find us exactly what we need.

Be careful of what you do here. Pay close attention to the work done in the automotive install area as they dont accept responsibility for anything they damage. Had a remote start installed on my wifes car yesterday and when informed they immediately denied the damage without ever looking to see what damage was done to the car. Lets see about 4 months ago I bought a complete kitchen 4 pieces and a washer and dryer from here. That will be the last business I ever give to this business and I warn all others to stay away because this is not a place they take responsibility for the damage they cause. Go to sears or Best Buy they price match so you wont loose anything. Seriously disappointed with the management of this store.

Sales people constantly trying to pressure you into buying something so they can make comission. They have a couch there for 3,000$ that you can get the exact same one at Big Lots for 700$ plus an ottoman. Ridiculous prices and rude employeea.

Well I got a 10 year warranty on my washer an dryer we had them one year an nine months the dryer needs serviced the warranty people will not call us we call three times we when to abc wearhouse an spoke to a manager an he is suppose to find an we r suppose to call them back tomorrow so we will see what they say its been two weeks and I my dryer still doesnt work I always liked getting my appliances there I may not go there anymore if I cant my dryer running property again
