I ordered an appliance from Hayden ( the findlay store associate) and had delivery set up, and I was lied to about delivery person (Omar) who said that no one was home when he came to deliver, but there were 4 people here,and they never came! So I had to wait another week for another delivery! bottom line is that lying to your customers is very bad for business!
