We have been trying out our new Parcel Guard for the last month or so. Its really cool. It takes a bit to train the delivery people to put things into it, but we have been pretty successful. Also used the app feature to have a friend drop off some yummy Buckeye candy while I was gone one day. She called me and I opened the door from the app for her to leave them in the bottom for us. I would recommend putting some kind of sign on your window and the actual box. I found one on Amazon and just ended up printing it on my printer, laminating it and putting it on the ParcelGuard side and on my front window. It has the logos for USPS, FedEx and UPS to try to get their attention and tells them to put packages in the box. Very nice item!

I loaded refrigerators here for a contractor to get loaded was a 2 hour deal i guess because it was lunch time.

They always seem to get me unloaded relatively quick when I take a load to them.

Appt was for 1300 @ precisely 1301 they started loading after their lunch! Stayed on it till done! THANKS DANBYfor the quick load, I needed the timeNice store! Like the brand/ mini refrigerator without small freezer is nice! Wasn’t able to get anything this time, but I’m probably going to get a mini fridge for the truck soon. Also, if you’ve broken your microwave glass they have them here for cheap!

Fairly big store with a huge selection of apartment sized appliances from refrigerators and freezers to dish and clothes washers. We bought a freezer microwave and dish washer and they all work great. Not for full sized homes though. But they do have a lot of nice cook ware and utincles that is for every home

Stumbled across this, interesting items for sale. Friendly employee very knowledgeable about the products.

Went to their big sale. Many items were very noticably beat up and quite a few seemed overpriced. They were often priced about 2-4 times what I would have expected or paid at what was supposed to be a big sale at an outlet.

I always forget about the Danby Outlet. They had what I was looking for at a great price!

When I deliver Im treated nice and service was fast.

Delivery appointment at 9am, arrived at 815, gave paperwork, assigned dock at 830, unloaded 22 pallets and done and leaving art 924....friendly and quick.. great job

3 Months later and NO RESOLVE!!!!Horrible Customer service, was told I had to remove warranty sticker and send them pictures. I sent several times to 3 different emails each time they told me they had not received. Then once one picture was received I was told I needed to cut the cord and send them a picture. I stated they had never mentioned this before. They stated that I needed to do such in order to be reimbursed. I refused as I need my microwave to run the Animal Hospital and was told by the person on the phone to go and buy a different microwave. Literally told to buy a different product and wait for my cheque. This is 3 months later. This was a supervisor. Product has broken door. WILL NOT REPLACE OR REPAIR!!! Only reimburse and good luck getting your money. Originally spoke to them on 10/04/14 and still no cheque its 24/07/14.

Friendly staff offered some pots pans and gadgets but there were no full size appliances except for wine and mini fridges.

Overnight parking in middle of parking lot and truck stops with in 10 miles of area and up the street. Appointment only however the brokers will tell you appointment at 7am and they actually dont come in until 8am! The staff was friendly and only took 20 mins to unload.

Leads yell at people all the time... I got yelled at for trying to get a drink of water
