Bought 4 mew tires. Oil change. Disposal of old tires. Dropped over $550.We told cashier theres something wro g with driver window so please dont roll it downA mechanic was up front at the same time and with the worst attitude i have ever experienced at a store he said that sure the hell is something you should tell us before we write the order up.I watched him co.e out from the bqck multie.times while we sat here, for 4 hours and each time he had an attitude ebetytime he talked to anyone.He shouldnt be talking to co workers that way or customers. Or talking that way in front of customers. We wont use walmart for service at this location again. Very unprofessional and very rude.mechanics name was Byron.

Do Not Order from Wal-Mart. Com, We ordered tires and Fed Ex left the tires sit in Perrysburg, Ohio for a week without delivering them . We live 50 mikes south of Perrysburg. We Cancelled The Order. FED Ex did NOT do their Job .

Been coming to Walmart for my oil changes for yrs. and for my tires as well. I shall say they do a good job what they do. There are some days they are slow. But hey I get that when you are busy and all no complaints. What I am getting at they actually go over there work to make sure done right

Ordered 4 tires from Walmart.com that said they would fit my truck. I scheduled the appointment to replace tires as well as an oil change for 11am. I arrived 10 minutes early and they didnt have any record at first of the tires being delivered. On the sheet that tells them what was scheduled it was for an oil change and ONE tire replacement. After I assured the lady there were 4 tires ordered she finally found all 4. I was told the wait would be about 1.5 hours. There is no where to sit so I walked around walmart for an hour only to be told the tires walmart.com said would fit my truck would not. My truck they said takes a special tire and of course they didnt have any in stock. They asked if I still wanted my oil changed and I said yes considering theyd had my vehicle for an hour at this point. Another hour later it was done. What was supposed to be a 44$ oil change turned into a 64$ oil change. When I asked why I was told I needed 2 additional quarts of oil. So 20 extra dollars for 2 quarts of oil. The one lady Judy was either new or just lost in that department because she couldnt do anything without getting help and the other lady Tammy was extremely rude. Getting off the phone with a customer she said God I didnt think hed ever shut up.I would not recommend this place at all for any service, not even a car wash if they provided it.

This is my first time buying trailer tires from walmart.com and I used my local Walmart service center to install those tires. I purchased 4 trailer tires and I had the local Walmart Service Center take off the old tires and mount the new tires, most trailer tires are set to run at max air pressure which in this case was 50 pounds as stated on the tires, when I brought the tires home and installed them on my boat trailer I decided to check the air pressure and I’m glad I did one tire was at 31 pounds another tire at 38 pounds another tire at 41 pounds and the last tire was at 55 pounds. It only takes a few minutes to do it right….

Horrible oil change. They did my oil then I drive off and start smelling oil burning coming thru my vents. Pop my hood, my oil cap wasnt put back on. Sprayed oil all over my motor and smelled oil burning oil for awhile. Go back in and asked and just looked at it and that was it. Like really? Yea trashy idiots not knowing what there doing

Iv showed up several times for oil changes or for tire replacement and every time iv gotten an employee with an attitude telling me we cant fit you in our schedule horrible service and not professional by any standards

Made an appointment for 1 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early. Associates were all friendly. Took them 2.5 hours to mount 4 tires! No place to sit due to covid. When I got home I found a huge scratch on my hood. Will never get tires there again.

The clerk was very rude and dismissive. She did not speak to my husband at all politely. No don’t need you to do that. No don’t. I need to test it anyway.She did a test which I’m fine with. She said they wouldn’t do a patch. Hey, fine, if that’s the policy that’s fine. But don’t be a raging B—— about it.There was zero customer service or respect for someone who knows what he is doing.

Ive never really had a problem with anyone here, theyve been pretty friendly and helpful and offer up advice whenever I ask. But I usually know what Im looking for before I go in, and give them specific details to help them help me. Theyre not mind readers and you should always do a little research when it comes to finding the right product for your vehicle.

Slow - Slow - Slow! Dont waste your time. As other reviews have said, if you like watching youre car sit on a lift while no one works on it, then this is the place for you. The technician started mounting and balancing four tires on my car only to leave and go to break in the middle of the work. The entire process takes only takes about 30 minutes. The manager Melissa seemed to not care. I get the impression they get chewed regularly for their lack luster performance, as I wasnt the only person to voice my displeasure while there. Never again!

Went at 8:30am to get all new tires put on and 3 hours later still waiting. My car has been in the bay but noone has touched it.I finally had to go and tell them if its not done soon I was leaving.I WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUISNESS HERE.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Hands down the worst customer service you will ever experience. Prepare to invest a minimum of 2.5 hours even if you are there at opening time

Dont go there unless u plain on waiting for hours if you call to see if they can fix one Tire dont count on it because they will tell you we locking our doors sorry this is why i dont go there rud be on rud

These people are awesome that work at the tire center they do everything they can to make sure you have the proper tires for your car

I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Auto Care center. I was traveling from Michigan to West Virginia when I ran over a drill bit on I-75 and punctured one of my tires. I stopped at Walmart to have them plug the tire so I could continue my trip. They told me they were to busy to help me! They suggested another tire store down the road. I went there, but they were closed. I found a Midas shop on Tiffan Ave who got me right in. Walmart needs to take a lesson from Midas on customer service!

I was the third person waiting outside in the cold for the walmart tle to open its doors at 8am, the doors open we all get in line. I wanted 5 new tires 4 on my car and one on my gitlfriends. I was shuffled between the two lines while people were being checked out in front of me and my spot in line was being pushed further and further back. By the time I was first in line the lady behind the counter disappeared and I was now #8 with a 2 hour wait time to be brought into the garage. At this point its almost 8:45 And I still have not been helped, I took the tire quote I was given and wrote that the service I had received was a joke and promptly left the building never to return again. WALMART MAKE THIS RIGHT!!

Dont have a common size tire in stock, told me wrong tire size, I waited twice for over an hour to still not get tires. Worker had me go online to walmart.com and order them there ship to store.

Went in to get just two tires put on and left with two broken bushings that hold my exhaust pipe up, it now drags and they made it seem like we didnt know what we were talking about.

I do not like the service, you have to make an appointment and being empty always one but for tires a nut I do not recommend them.
