I had poor credit when I walked in the door here, being turned down by a couple of other places but they did their job well and helped me get into a nice, reliable car and the low weekly payments make it convenient for me. I also appreciate the friendly, weekly, reminder phone calls (although some may not) because sometimes life happens and we just forget. So Thank You for giving me a chance in helping me to repair my credit as well.

Great place to do business with very easy going

My sister has a car through them, she called and talked to Ruthann on a Friday and told her she will be in Saturday to make her carpayment and she said that was ok they closed at 4pm.. Well 9am Saturday morning I witness them repoing her car...MIND YOU...My sister just had a c section at 32 weeks. Her baby My nephew is in the NICU at Toledo hospital. He has a genetic disorder that is life threatening and she has to go to toledo everyday. Also I am financially supporting her right now with close to everything including her carpayment! She was in Toledo when she talked to Ruthann and she explained the situation to her. But she didnt care. She still repoed her car and she was made her have to come get her car and i had to pay the 50 dollar repo free when she isnt supposed to be driving because she just had a c section. Then when we went in there Ruthann had the audacity to Yell at her and say she was sympathetic. Absolutely unprofessional. Im disgusted!

Terrible service, tried to buy a car out right from here and they denied me with cash in hand said I’d have to buy from auction so 2 years later I find another vehicle I like but that’s there “ best “ vehicle said they would need at least $2,300 down payment so I did and then beat around the bush when it came down too it they wouldn’t sell me that one either because I needed a co signer. They are never happy. No wander there cars just sit there and rust. Same cars will be there next year don’t worry or rush the car I wanted has been sitting there for 5 months

Over priced cars. Have had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. Now stuck paying for a car that is junk. And god forbid you are late on 1 payment they will literally take the car the next morning without a notice or anything. Highly recommend staying clear or these crooks.

Horrible man who runs this place. Very rude. He sells cars with defective parts and doesnt tell anyone. Says if we would of noticed before we bought the vehicle then he would have given a discount knowing that the car had a defective key! Hes a Scam artist! Do not buy a car here!!! I warn you!

They are very unprofessional. They called us constantly hounding us. Telling us that car insurance was it full coverage on it which was a lie. Calling her neighbors if we were one minute late with the payment. No lie 1 minute and theyre calling everyone. I put a boot on a vehicle and the payment was only a few hours late. They sold me a lemon and we try to get them to cooperate with us and refuse to help us out. So now Im turning it over to the attorney general as well as Better Business Bureau I would highly recommend no one get a vehicle from them

This is the worst car purchase I have ever made so far. I have only had the car 7 months and just now finding out that there are not 1 but 5 major mechanical issues with the car.Also do not dare be so much a less than a day late on your payment because if you are, they will do whatever it takes to hunt you down, harass you and your contact references over a day later on your car payment. I was not even 25 hrs past due on my payment and here they come a knocking on my door harassing me demanding a payment or they were gonna repossess my car..I do not suggest anyone to make a auto purchase through this company. Stay away and beware. This company is the biggest RIP off that I have ever come across.I purchase the car for $13,000, as well as a finance charge of around $4,000 which took my total auto loan up to over $17,000. After I purchased the car I did some research and found out that the car wasnt even worth $5,000.

Had a horrible enocounter with an employee (younger male, dark brown hair, using a Bluetooth ear piece) from this company driving a white Ford Fusion with the dealer plates. I was in the drive thru at the local McDonalds with my wife and two young children, when this jerk nearly hit me to cut in front of me in line to get his food! The guy then proceed to yell at me as if I was in the wrong and was trying to fight. I caught all of this on my dash camera which I will be sure to post online to show how horrible this individual behaved.I am a grown man with my family just trying to get food and this fool turned that experience into an awful one. Because of this jerks inexcusable behavior, I would never recommend this dealrship that would employ such an immature individual.
