We love going here not just for the drinks but for the comfortable, easy atmosphere. Its a great place to meet up with a friend to chat, or hang out on open mic night.

A nice quaint little shop. Has great atmosphere, employees r super friendly, and have a wide variety of drinks for everyone. My favorite drink here is the Hot Chocolate. Ur able to drink it right away cause its not scalding hot. Has the perfect amount of chocolate and cream in it. I highly recommend this place.

Been going here for a while. Its where I had one of my first mochas and my first date with my girlfriend. I especially enjoy the annual piano recitals Mr. Smith has, though it does get a little crowded whenever that happens. They sell some paintings, too.

By far the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I got an ice americano it’s not that difficult of a drink it’s espresso and water. It was basically just water and the cookie I got i’m pretty sure is just left over from Christmas. I like to support small coffee shops but they usually remind me why I go to Starbucks so much.

This coffee shop is interesting and not really what youd expect from a cafe.The shop is essentially one big room and filled with restaurant tables which doesnt exactly invoke the cozy atmosphere that Ive come to expect and love from local coffee shops. Now, I will say that this place was intended to be more than just a coffee shop. They offer smoothies, food and have some space for live music. So Im willing to look past some atmospheric issues here.However, I cant say that I was very impressed with the staff. The young man who took our order was curt (not rude by any means) and just kind of felt like he didnt really want to be where he was at the time.The house coffee was okay. I paid a couple of bucks for a small cup, so I wasnt expecting anything that was going to blow my socks off and thats certainly not what I got. It just tasted like house coffee that has been sitting in a carafe for a little while.Overall, I cant say this place was awful, but it was nothing to write home about. Its interesting and plenty of people go in and out, so it must be enjoyed by the community. Im just not sold on it myself.

Fun Friendly Environment With Tasty Drinks and TreatsThis is a fun and relaxing place to come too. The Friday Night Open Mic, before the Covid shut down, was really cool and always had such talented musicians. The art works featured are always interesting.The ladies working the counter are always nice and down to earth. Even when someone forgetful like me makes a fool of myself.Best yet, are the variety of drinks they offer. So many tasty options including almond milk, hot, cold, or iced customizations.

Coffee Amici is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in Findlay. The coffee is delicious, and the staff are phenomenal. Sometimes the line can be long, but that just shows that the coffee is good. The WiFi is free, and the atmosphere is light and friendly, with lots of open windows and a great view of downtown Findlay.

I have traveled a lot and most of my reviews tend to be positive. But I had an absolutely awful experience here when I was out of town. I walked in and was not greeted. I stood there for about 5 to 10 minutes then the cashier said rudely I could order whenever I was ready but they were in the middle of having a conversation with another lady so I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt and start interjecting my order. After ordering I still gave him a tip and was polite. However when I received the drinks they weren’t even remotely what I ordered. I ordered an espresso drink and I didn’t see them pull one shot of espresso to make it. It tasted like water and cream with flavor in it. It was so awful I had to throw both of the drinks that I purchased out. Now during a pandemic I would hate to give a place of low star but being that I spent a lot of money tipped him and was polite and still had my drinks messed up to the point where I couldn’t drink them is wasteful and right now I can’t afford to throw money out. The only reason I didn’t go back in and complain was because they seemed rude and that they didn’t really want to be bothered by me to begin with so I didn’t want to cause more trouble. I ended up throwing them out and having to go purchase some where else and spend another $12 for myself and my partner. I should also note that I work at a coffee shop and I know how to serve customers and create connections. Not only was the coffee horrendous and I’ve never had to throw out a cup even when I’ve gotten messed up orders before, but the way they talked to me/ignored me was not even respectful. I would never go back there.

Ive been coming to this coffee shop for years. I remember when they first opened almost 2 decades ago! Now I only stop by when I am in town to visit my dad, and I have to say I think this place has gone downhill. The coffee is still pretty good, but what used to be a welcoming atmosphere has turned into a rather uninviting experience. The last few times I have been there the staff has been pretty rude, not so much as a hello and acted like they were annoyed that I even walked in! The last lady who waited on me just looked at me and said What do you want? It wasnt the same person each time, ALL of the staff has treated me pretty much the same way, as if my patronage is an inconvenience to them. I would like to continue to support Coffee Amici, but if they dont get some friendlier people in there Ill take my business elsewhere. This comes from a service-industry professional with over 20 years of experience, so I know there is no excuse!

First time visit and ordered a frozen butterscotch royale. All i can say is WOW! Taste this once and Tim Hortons and Starbucks is trash. Keep up the great work. New repeat customer.

The coffee is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of flavors and the atmosphere is great! Perfect place to work on your laptop or meet with friends for a cup of coffee. The price is also very reasonable. I would recommend stopping here. If I lived closer I would also like to attend their open mic Fridays.

I went for live music night and got a mango peach smoothie. Im pretty sure it was a mango smoothie with peach coffee flavoring. It was horrible, and I threw it out. Should I have just asked for a different drink? Maybe. But Im definitely not going back here.

Their espresso is robust, full of flavor, and smooth. Wish the floor plan was not such an open concept so people could work or meet semi-privately. I would definitely work from here and drink a ton of their great coffee if the seating was different.

Ive been here for a quick coffee, passing through. The owners seemed very friendly and helpful. the single espresso was good. I noticed that there were some guys sitting down to study, it seems like a great place, like feeling at home.

Excellent coffee drinks and smoothies and a great atmosphere. This is one of the best locations to visit in Findlay on a Friday night for their popular open mic night. The level of local talent always impresses me. This place is what got me into performing live music and I will always be thankful for that.

On the underside of your refrigerator there is a switch. Reach under there and feel for it. Dont mind the dust clumps and the roaches. Youll know it when you feel it, its a hard metal tab sticking out of a slot in the plastic underside. I will be set on the righthand side (when youre facing the fridge). If you switch it to the left, nothing will happen. Your appliances will continue to run, the floor wont open into a swirling vortex that leads directly into the deepest circle of hell. You wont even hear a hitch in the hum of the refrigerator. You will get up and brush off and go about your business, you may move out of your apartment and leave the refrigerator behind, switch set to the left like it doesnt even matter.When you die, five years later, the fingers, toes, and eyes of an unidentified person will be found in your stomach.

Coffee was delicious and I appreciate the vegan snack options too. Nice environment of friendly folks. Its not an intimate coffee house if thats what you are looking for you might try George House, but theres nothing wrong with what Coffee Amici does.Id go back any time.

I live in Cincinnati but am frequently in Findlay to pick up, drop off and visit with my children. Coffee Amici is a regular stop. It is literally my favorite coffee shop along I-75. Ive driven most of that 1,786 mile stretch of highway, from Canada through Florida, and Coffee Amici is still my favorite. The staff, the ambiance and of course the coffee are spectacular!Coffee is always hot and fresh! My children love it because the staff is always willing to cater to them. They like to think of something that they think the barista cant make and no matter who is working, my children are always pleasantly surprised with the tasty results.

Best coffee shop in town. So glad to have found this place when we started living here. I really appreciate Lynne and John and their story of the shop. Theyve truly created a staple here in Findlay. The baristas are great too. Danielle remembers my style of coffee even better than I do sometimes. Its fun coming in, playing boardgames, and listening to the weekend music events. I hope this place continues running strong for years to come.

Service is phenomenal and its a great atmosphere. All of their products are top notch and they have live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Prices are a bit high but not much more than something like Starbucks (and much better in my opinion). I highly recommend the frozen Sticky Toffee Caramel Cream

Ordered a Carmel breve, and sat down at a table close to the counter where a couple local newspapers were thrown on a table. Had my choice of tables since there was only 1 other patron. 10 minutes later, in a short manner a woman behind the counter asked if I still wanted my drink. I replied that I didnt realize it was prepared and she responded, its been here for 10 minutes. I was practically the only client. Why didnt they tell me? And, if they yelled Carmel breve and I didnt respond, I was 10 feet from the counter. Bring the drink to me or yell again. The drink was surprisingly hot, not like a 10 minutes old drink. I left confused.

The coffee is very good but not a good experience and atmosphere . but I’ve had nothing but bad customer service in here the many times I’ve been. It’s been the same employees each time and they are not helpful. Not even friendly to the customers. The young man doesn’t seem to care about the customers.Update, after many visits I’m still very disappointed in the customer service and experience, won’t be returning.

David was working the register when I came in and was very rude towards me and my friend wouldn’t even look at us. Had no manners what’s so ever didn’t say thank you & acted like he didn’t even wanna be there & disinterested in conversing with the customers. Not going back if he’s working there.

A completely different vibe than I have been used to from this place. Its been over a year since my last visit. Today, the young man at the counter just seemed extremely uncomfortable dealing with people. Not the kind of personality Id expect from a shop that used to pride itself not only on good coffee, but good friends.

20 minute wait for coffee, not a specialty coffee, but the pre-brewed coffee sitting in the carafe. I ordered, waited 10 minutes as many specialty coffees came out. I politely requested my coffee. 10 minutes later I had to ask again. The coffee was good, but why make someone wait when the coffee was ready?

The drinks were good. One barista was incredibly nice, but one of them had a major attitude- getting snotty when taking my daughters order (having to explain the difference between dry and wet cappuccino to a teenager who has never had it), and when I went up to order a to go drink she was making it, and when finished just slammed it down on the counter and stormed off. No reason for that, there was nobody else in line and was not busy. Clean atmosphere though, and one rude employee will not deter me from returning.

Coffee and tea is very good, but the few times that I’ve gone, I was greeted with rude customer service. That may have changed since I’ve gone last, but just going off of my few visits that were the same.

This place is adorable and a big part of life in Findlay. They have a really great atmosphere and their hot drinks are good.However, word to the wise, dont order any iced coffees here. The barista doesnt seem to understand how to mix the iced coffee lattes, which require much more work to dissolve caramel or other flavorings. My drink ended up with chunks of flavoring unevenly distributed through the beverage. This means one sip would be a hunk of caramel, and the next would be coffee, never the twain would meet.

The coffee is really good, but the service I received was horrible. The man that took my order and made my coffee was very rude. My friend and I ordered straight off the menu, nothing complicated, but he was visibly irritated with us just being there. I figured he was just having a bad day, so I smiled and gave him a tip to try and cheer him up, but he rolled his eyes and gave me a very unpleasant tone when I asked him which drink was mine and which was my friends. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Ill probably go back again at some point as the coffee was good, but with any luck I wont have the same barista. 🤞

I have been in a few times over the past few years and always feel unwelcomed. Ive been in the coffee business for many years and have been to hundreds of roasters and cafes across the county and I just dont get what it is about some Findlay businesses but it seems like if you are not a local they dont want you around.
