I would give them zero stars if I could. There was no one in line with 2 baristas working and I got ignored. I stood there waiting for 2 minutes and they even looked at me and ignored me I asked if they were open the sign said they were and they ignored me still. HORRIBLE

Abbi was awesome this morning! Excellent customer service and my drink was delicious. Abbi was the only employee working unfortunately from 5a-1p. She shouldn’t have to work that shift by herself at a busy location, I recommend a second barista for an ENTIRE morning shift.

Was there today 10/7/2021 at 6am and they were closed. App says they open at 6am.

Amazing customer service! The woman in line in front of me was extremely rude to the employees working and even told one of them to find a new job. The employee kept her cool and continued to do her job (very well). I will continue to come to this Starbucks and supporting these employees who are kind and do a great job.

Staff was super friendly. They were quick and efficient in preparing our order. The store was exceptionally clean, and the trendy decor makes it feel super cozy and inviting.

Paid for extra caramel, got an attitude when I asked about there not being any extra in my drink that I waited 15 minutes for. The lady had the worst attitude, if I pay for extra caramel and it’s not there I’m obviously going to ask for more. No need to be rude. They were busy, but where’s the customer service at?

Yum cinnamon dolce latte, service is usually good, but you cant use your stars here like a normal Starbucks.

Chi tea latte was excellent and pricey.

The kiosk at the Kroger store is under new leadership and working on making positive steps to better serve the customers, still have some flaws but working on correcting them.

This Starbucks has redeemed itself! Or I should say the staff has! Every time my son and I come in the staff is friendly and the service is fast.My son knows where to go get his free banana and get a seat to go color in the cafe.

They are never paying attention. Always out of something or not sure how to make a drink. Not sure they know how to order product correctly for it being the only starbucks in town. To much messing around and not enough working on drinks.

The employee that took my order, and appeared to be in charge, seemed incredibly irritated that I had came to order 4 drinks. There was no line, I was the only customer. A miserable attitude has no place in the customer service industry. Drinks were made well and in a timely fashion.

Literally the worst Starbucks ever. The employees are extremely slow and rude. No one is on the same page for how to make a drink (they always make them differently) and they always close early. Go somewhere else, it’s not worth it.

Just shut this place down already and build an actual Starbucks location. This is the worst managed Starbucks I have ever seen. They are either always out of something or understaffed to the point they have to close at 3pm!?

This is a decent Starbucks location. The staff was friendly and efficient. It can be a bit hit or miss in terms of how busy it is and it can get overwhelmed easily.

Ill just go to Speedway and get my Contigo filled up for 99¢.

Unwilling to do Blonde coffee poor-overs and they never have it brewed so you have to ask as they roll their eyes. Unfortunately, the least happy Starbucks Ive ever visited. This out of 6 visits. Im going to George house because they are so helpful and willing to make you happy.

My experience at this Starbucks was far greater than going to any other coffee shop! The staff was quick to take and make my order. Will continue to go to this Starbucks!

Very nice staff and great drinks. When they ran out of my favorite flavor they specially made a non-menu coffee to make up for it. Hours can be weird and there is one employee that can be rude, but overall its a great place to go!

Being the coffee advocate that I am, I was well pleased with not only the coffee but the service as well! The barista, Nick, did a great job at describing the drinks to me and was very polite! Will be back for sure!!

Ordered a grande skinny Vanilla Latte. Received a cup with 1/4 latte and 3/4 foam. How unsatisfying? Next trip to Findlay will be with a local cafe for sure.

Whenever I have visited this location...Barista always smiling, and makes matcha green tea latte exactly how I like it. No foam, no room :-)

This is the most ratchet starbucks Ive ever had to go to. They never have anything or they dont know how to make anything. It gives starbucks a bad name. Im okay with spending more at Starbucks because of the quality of service and drink. This makes me want to buy my own coffee and brew it home.

Slowest service. Ever. its Christmas Eve for heavens sake move FASTER!!, people have places to be. And its not waiting in a Starbucks line. Is what I screamed in my head the entirety of my 15 minute wait for a latte.

Horrible. Possibly the best place to go if you want to order a $5+ specialty and have them forget the flavorings and the extra shots. Best place to also go if you like when they dont clean their machine regularly and if you wanna chew on coffee grounds. 4th time theyve done this and everytime different employees. Screw this place; drive to Caribou.

Tried to go there yesterday—waited in the long line for 10+ minutes before I gave up and left. Went today and waited almost ten minutes—wanted the pink drink but of course they were out of strawberries. 🙄

My phone keeps thinking Im at Starbucks. Ive been to 1 Starbucks in my life and will NEVER go to another one. All I wanted was a Large Black Coffee but because I didnt order it according to Their lingo of sizes, they couldnt figure out what a Large coffee was. When I finally got it thru their heads and got it after Paying way to much, it was so bitter it wasnt worth drinking. I poured it out in front of them and walked out. They cant even support our troops.

They really need to get their stuff together in there! You tell them what you want, but they insist the drink you ordered and the drink they made are the same. One is titled MOCHA Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and the other is CHOCOLATE Cookie Crumble CREMÉ Frappuccino. TWO DIFFERENT NAMES with two different ingredients! Apparently the employees claim that they have the exact same ingredients - then why TWO DIFFERENT NAMES? Because he wanted to be difficult and continue first to say there was only the Mocha one, but when told to pull it up on the ap, he says theyre the same. No fella, you just dont know your job apparently. It would help if these kids were given a comprehension test so they know the difference in two simple ingredients. Rather than taking a drink I didnt order, I just asked for a refund. Honestly, since you have MANY drinks that are one vs the other only with a cremè difference, you should explain to these kids this so that they know because apparently they lacked in training. Now I know why I stick with Dunkin...

I will never buy this overpriced coffee. My phone only thinks I was here, due to it being inside Kroger.

The drinks were great but we waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks I understand that there was only 2 workers and they were busy but someone had 3 drinks behind us and got them before we did also another person got her drinks before we did too and there was a lot of confusion

The Starbucks is located inside Kroger. During busy hours, the parking lot can get very full and hectic so it is often easier just to go to other coffee shops with its own parking lot and drive thru. Easier access and less stressful. I wish they would build a stand alone building with a patio and drive thru because this location is not the type to sit and have a meeting or get some work done or to chit chat. It is more of a grab coffee and go.The staff is polite but can be unhelpful at times. They are understaffed. Overall, Starbucks is Starbucks.

Very small Starbucks located inside Kroger. People were very funny and friendly though. Not a great place to sit because of shoppers coming and going, but still a nice break.

The so called Starbucks in Findlay did not have the stuff to make a maccachio coffee so I ordered something else. They must not have had that either so they gave me a plain coffee and it sucked. Boo.

Went to Starbucks alot when I lived in San Jose,California. So glad I found one in Findly,Ohio to get my fix!!

A lot of miscommunication with other employees. They ran out of milk so they stopped taking orders but never told us waiting in line. They were not friendly.

Not as nice as a standard Starbucks. Although they have Wi-Fi there are no outlets to plug anything in.

For the third time, they were horrible. Drinks were not mixed properly AT ALL. Syrup was all on the bottom of the cup on one, which explained why the drink was flavorless..and the other two were watered down. This place has messed up one too many times and were very rude when I politely asked for replacements. Not going back.

Came here at 3:15 PM, we were told they were closed as they were standing there, and signs/website says open until 8PM. The young lady was very rude when she told us they were closed. Very horrible attitude when they should still be open as their hours say.
