Figured while Dashing would give it a shot! Why not what could it hurt? We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Frozen drink. Oh my goodness. IT IS SO GOOD!! I swear its made with fresh strawberries or something it has the literal taste of a freshly smashed strawberry in it. It is delicious. We normally dont like to try things at coffee places since neither of us drink coffee but 10 outta 10 will be back. The staff was very friendly also!

Love Biggby Coffee. The bagels are usually great, occasionally theyre only a little above average. The service is usually awesome, but sometimes the service is less than stellar.

This might quite literally be the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Cant even finish it. Bagel was alright. Maybe someone needs to come and retrain the KIDS who work here.

So its not bad coffee but I paid 5 bucks for 2 small iced coffees in tiny cups, thats my only issue its overpriced coffee not bad but not worth 2.99 for a small.

It is ok but not what I wanted. Waiter was very nice but the drink was not as good as I have had in the past. They did not know what I was asking for and I was going by what I ordered before. What I received was not the same thing. But it was ok.

Its just ok... its overpriced compared to a local barista or even Dunkin. I much prefer Dunkin. Matcha was disappointing-tasted like they skimped on most flavor & added hefty amount of whole milk. Her Coffee was likewise weak & given she had 2 shots espresso it made me wonder if that was prepared correctly. They do have a large variety of flavors & staff is always nice/great atmosphere but cost & quality are lesser.

Love the coffee and if you have kids get the magic milk.

Coffee is super good. Bagel sandwiches are good as well. Great service and my favorite barista is Chris. The staff remember what regulars like and make sure they are happy.

My favorite coffee shop in Findlay. Huge variety of flavors and you can get most of them in reduced calorie. You can also get a cup of whip cream with a dog treat for the pooch. Always greeted with a happy and friendly staff! I love my Biggby!

Coffee is amazing, so are smoothies, iced lattes, etc. Every time that I’ve gone, I was greeted with kind, friendly employees. Very generous!

Perfect stop for a cup of coffee. I ordered a small black coffee and tasted like a medium roast. The flavor tasted pretty fresh and seems like they use fresh roasted coffee but could be a tad bit better. I will be back.

Awesome service, friendly staff, great drinks. Usual visit (going inside) doesnt really take more than around 5-10 minutes, if that. However, I usually go during off hours. It seems pretty backed up when it does get busy, so beware. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend if youre looking for something quick to eat/drink before work or class.

A nice alternative to Starbucks. The prices are about the same. Staff is usually friendly, and the drive thru service is as fast as youll get for made to order coffee.

Good service and clean store but the coffee tasted horrible. My wife and I each had large nonfat lattes and the best way I could describe the taste was bitter and thin. No milk foam either.No wonder there are so many flavors you can add to your drinks here...they must need them to mask the quality of coffee used.

My favorite place to get coffee, whether brewed there are taking a bag to grind yourself, or already ground. Always delicious.

Just your average coffee shop (thats not Starbucks). They have a limited menu, but it was pretty decent. Im not much of a coffee drinker, I got a tea and it was good (but how do you mess up putting a tea bag in a cup of hot water).

So evidently guilting you into a tip for a cup of coffee while your card is being held hostage is company wide now? How is this ok? I havent even received my coffee yet to know if I should tip based on service! Seriously why not just charge the extra money and give that to the cashier? What am I supposed to be tipping for? Even though I really enjoy the coffee I will not be returning here.

Honestly, I walked in thinking the worst but I was pleasantly suprised. The ladies behind the counter were patient, professional and smiley. Ordered a frozen creme redbull and was astounded. Its a perfect blend of creme and an initial taste of redbull with a friendly aftertaste. Very impressed!

Lattes are the best around & the staff is great. Very friendly! Coffees good too.
