Harbor freight is a good place for people who are not looking to spend an arm a leg and a left toe to buy something. But they do have good product..even tho everything is made in china not a big fan of them. I bought us general a big tool box and it look nice and very strong..best investment ive done in a long time. 4 thumbs up in my book.

Had some great deals we wasnt expecting. Pricing was amazing! Had to buy a few tools. Also they have huge packs of batteries for like 5 bucks. Being a tech guy with lots of wireless devices having a stash of them is always a good idea.

I have not shopped much at Harbor Freight Tools, maybe twice in my life, but Im going to start coming back to this store, in Findlay, OH. The people were super nice and very helpful. I found so many deals on things I needed (and lots of things I didnt), that it was hard to stick ro my list. Just remember that you get what you pay for, so spend a little more for quality and do your research on the items you want/need. God bless America.

One of the better harbor freight Ive been to. Staff is more than willing to bring any heavy items all the way to your car. Also if youre an android user there is a fantastic app that allows you to select what coupons you want to use so you dont have to lug around that catalog. The coupons are also searchable so no more fumbling through each page!

Needed a vacuum pump for my A/C system. Had them on the shelf and were cool again. Bonus, used a 20% off coupon. Didnt have a couple small items I thought would be handy to pick up while I was there, but Im happy.

Picked up need tools for projects, at work.

Bought a chicago compound miter saw less than a year ago. The switch went bad. Removed the switch and took it to the local store. They looked it up and said the saw was almost a year old and that there was nothing they could do for me. I was given a phone number to call to attempt to get a switch. I called that number and was told that I would have to contact Chicago Tools directly. I attempted to locate a phone number but every time I google Chicago Tool or Chicago electric tool company it only refers to harbor freight. Meaning Chicago electric tool is Harbor freights own brand. Yet they will not back them. I only cut about 30 times with this saw. I have spent almost $500 on 4 tools and WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE from Harbor Freight!

Went in to buy a bench I called in earlier for. Drove 48 miles one way to get it. It is in the floor I get the paper that says take to counter to purchase they have a lot of them and the girl laughs and tells me hahaha you can’t get it. I said I drove all this way cause you said you had it. She said we can’t sell them. I said it says you have it and you said you had it. She said we can’t sell them. And walked away. I will never send anyone or buy anything this place is a joke

This is one of the nicest Harbor Freight stores that I have been in. The store front is clean, the aisles are large and well lit, the shelves are fully stocked and the items are all fronted. When you walk in you are greeted with a hello from a store employee. They had what I needed and pointed me right in the direction when I asked where an item was located.

Purchased a $150.00 leaf blower at Christmas for my wife. She finally got a chance to use it the other day and the motor just clicks. Wont run. When I took it back to the store to exchange it for one that works, I was told that Ive had it too long and they cant help me. Im sure I will never shop there again!

Im currently a new homeowner so all the tools and things that Harbor Freight has to offer makes it even a more appealing place to stop on the way home from work.

You have to watch what you buy here. The prices are cheap for a reason, the products are usually cheaply made. On the plus side they have a decent warranty on some of their products. Some of their hand tools have a lifetime warranty on them, similar to a craftsman warranty. I generally buy small ticket items here that way I am not out a lot if they break. If it is a power tool I generally stick with a good name brand one from somewhere else, especially if it is going to get used a lot. I can also sign up for their catalog and get decent coupons in the mail.
