Great prices, great selection. Very knowledgeable staff per my experience. Wont say which is better between home Depot, Lowes, or Menards. They all do well so for me its a matter of whos closer. If you are doing a large project they do give an 11% discount.

The guys working were great by helping me get the 2x10x10 boards down and helped load them.

Sales rep David was great. Had to track down the yard help. Once he gave us his attention things were fine. Witnessed several yard employees standing around but no one came to help us. Finally I did get Marcuss attention and he helped finish out loading.

Bought a Whirlpool microwave. Was rang up for the correct black microwave but was given a white instead. I didnt realize it until I had it home and partially unboxed. When I went to exchange it for the correct color and asking for some sort compensation for having to drive 30 minutes each way, I was answered with corporate doesnt let us do that . I ended up just returning the microwave and will be ordering online. I understand corporate limitations but thats no excuse for not being able to take care of the customer, especially when a contractor can come in and buy the same microwave for a discounted price.

Recently I went to Menards to find tools and supplies for some home repairs. The store is not so easy to navigate, but the people working there helped me find exactly what I needed and could tell me how to use the products. I found what I was looking for (many thanks again to the staff) and the prices were right for my purposes. Thus the five stars.

Really enjoy this store! Always clean and usually find something i didnt know i needed! Watch for sales.. Can get good deals if your careful!

Doesnt honor product quality. Wants you to use own time and money to get product they sell that fails to go get fixed. Horrible customer service. Answers phones when they are talking to other customers.

NEVER SHOPPING AT MENARDS AGAIN. I HAVE A MEDICAL EXEMPTION FROM MY DOCTOR (that even the Hospital recognizes), AND CANNOT PHYSICALLY WEAR A MASK...I WAS KICKED OUT!!I WILL BE LOOKING INTO LEGAL REMEDIES FOR DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE ADA.All for a virus less dangerous than the common flu for the vast majority of shoppers. Complete Lunacy.

Very poor service, lousy help in most departments! No manager when you need one. Wasted over two hours plus mileage to pickup paid for item that was sold to someone else after I paid for it. All I received was an Im sorry no offer to get one from another store, I was told they dont do that! Wow what customer service.

Great place for all your home reno and gardening needs. Huge store with lots for everyone.

Visited the Findlay Ohio store today for the first time in over a year. Was told by an employee to put on a mask. I refuse to be bullied by Maskholes. Then I remembered why I never liked Menards and I left and spent my money at Lowes. I guess Menards can afford to lose money and customers. Never shopping there again.

Had a hard time finding anyone to help me this morning, which is very unusual. But, when I did they were very helpful.

Ive always liked menards, but this was unacceptable. I went into the store with my toddler daughter, and the carts which were supposedly sanitized (as the sign said) had use masks and dirty kleenexes in them. Absolutely disgusting. I can no longer recommend Menards to anybody during the pandemic.

Good sales today not too big on the whole rebate thing but they seem to have it down to a science

Went to tiffin lowes yesterday to get some estimates for fencing it was a pain in the butt,Menard was simple cut and dry we gave them the footage and some of our ideas and gave there professional imput,sales rep,Damien w,in the lumber department was great helped us save 1000 dollars on building materials, thanks so much menards, look forward to doing future business with you.

Store is fine, but cashier very rude; I totally understand mask policy, but when explained why friend and I were standing clear away from other shoppers with mask off for a few, she was totally out of line insisting we put back on. Mind you, we both have medical condition but she only said if that bad, shouldnt be in store...Really, we just wanted to take a moment to get fresh air and we made sure in a isle all alone...Maybe she shouldnt have a job!!

Findlay Ohio Menards 45840If your thinking about working for Menards I would reconsider going somewhere else. After being interviewed 3 times. I finally got the position I was looking for. When I was hired they sent me to NWO for a drug test. Human Recourse (Anna) explained to me once you leave Menards you have to go to NWO and take the test or you will forfeit your position. So I left went across the street and took my test. I got in there showed them my drivers license Waited 20 minutes. Went in signed the paper they sent me over with. Emptied my pockets. And hung up my coat. I Went in filled the cup up to the line. The nurse poured to much in bottle A. She put the label on had me initial it. Then realized she messed up the test and didnt pour any in tub B. After apologing quit a few times. She tells me Im going to have to stay an extra 3 hours. Then proceeds to tell me that I have to sign a just shy of a bladder form. As I was signing my name she was holding on to the paper. When I was done she grabbed it out from underneath my hand before I had a chance to put the pen down. I dont know why she felt the need to tell me that most people who do this are just trying to get out of a drug test... WAIT WHAT???? First of all thats none of my business. So I asked her if the candy and pop machine out in the waiting room worked. She said She thought so. So I went out tried to put a dollar in it but the machine was full of dollars and needed to be emptied. So I asked if any of the ladies had 4 quarters for a dollar. The nurse was like WHAT!! in a rude way.. so I asked again... She came out to the waiting room to tell me I couldnt have any extra water from the machine and I could only drink the water they give me every 15 minutes.. She couldve told me politely behind the plexi glass. Instead she had to come at me like she was mad. So I went out to my car to use my phone to let my daughters dad know I wouldnt be home before he goes to his 12 hour 3rd shift job, and to let my daughter know I wouldnt be home when she got off work. When I came back into the building I was bombarded by the nurse accusing me of leaving the property. The truth is I went out to my vehicle. I didnt go home, or to the store. I went out to my vehicle!!!! She told me I forfeited my test and I was no longer able to take it. I did take my test. The problem started with the nurse not doing her job properly. This error caused me to lose a job. Then Christine called Anna at Menards to explain to her what happened during my office visit at NWO. The staff not only made me feel like a druggie but Christine also invaded my Hippo privacy by speaking with Anna requarding my drug test. By law Anna is only allowed toI know if I passed or failed..I was told in my interview that there more like family then they are team members. I dont see how. I was terminated over a phone call to my family that I do truly care and love.Heres a tip... You should be taking hair samples or physically watching the person give the test. I mean if your that worried there are better ways to go about making sure you dont have drug users working for your company...🙄 And since Christina explained to me that she not only works for NWO but she also is employed at Menards as a team member wouldnt that be a conflict of interest?I use to love to shop at Menards not so much anymore. I had a kitchen picked out that we were going to purchase. But that was a short lived dream. Lowes here we come!!!

Not a bad store but I believe that there mask law is very anti American and on the communistic side. Not to mention nobody under 16 yrs old allowed in the store. That tells me they get to decide where and when my child is safe. Im the parent isnt that my call. Pluss I bought there mask then they didnt have what I went for. Very helpful. They took me right to the items I asked for. All in-stock. Not a fan of being required to wear a mask. Would have went to Lowes but they did not stock the parts.

My home improvement store if choice. Especially when they have their 11% rebate going on.

They usually have everything Im looking for.

Completely done doing business with them. I spent $80 on products there, $30 of it was with rebate money. The next day I returned $40 worth of products with my receipt and they said they could only give it to me with another rebate. Even though I spent $50 in cash. I feel robbed. They literally stole my money. If I would have known that is how they do business I would have made two separate purchases. 1 with rebate money and 1 with cash. I will stick with Lowes from now on. At least Lowes respects the military enough to offer discounts to them. Menards rebate is nothing but a scam. I can not even begin to explain how horrible and violated I feel after this experience.

There were no handicap riders available the checkout lines were way too long Im considering never coming back to your and I spend thousands of dollars every year and that store Ill take it all over. Im going to just start doing all my shopping at Lowes they have more handicap riders.

This is my first place to go for anything they sell in comparison to their competitors. Their rebates save us a lot of money. I appreciate that their employees walk you to where a product is if you can’t find it and you ask for help. That is important to me.However, It is dangerous that they do not rope off an aisle while they re stocking or retrieving items on high shelves with a lift and you can walk right beside them and they don’t always stop what they are doing. Safety is definitely not one of their high points.

I appreciate the steps they are taking to keep people safe during the pandemic. None of us want to wear a mask but I appreciate that they are more concerned about the benefits.

Very few of my reviews rate a 5 star rating but Menards does. I bought 2 furnace filters and various screws for a toilet seat. I just finished installing a water heater and they had just about everything I needed. I also get siding and roofing in metal @ a reduced price if you dont mind multicoloured panels.

Because I couldnt rate it zero stars. Wish they knew their own store policies before engaging with customers.

A great place to shop and save money. You do have to be careful with some items they sell. I find that most of the staff is friendly. They have a good return policy. I also like the 11 percent discount they offer. I have gotten a lot of free items by using the rebates. I have also done a little grocery shopping here as well.

Been a menards shopper for quite a while.was truly unsatisfied by there new covid policies I can eat right next to other families on a patio three minutes away but cant shop because my children arent allowed in the store letting fear rule there businesses.Lowes will get my business from now on.

Good place to shop as long as you dont need dimensional lumber. Have to go up to a counter then check out then go outside and drive out back to actually get it. So no guarantee you ca mm get a straight board. Going to Lowes now.

Had what we needed to set up our new propane heater.

We were at Findlay Ohio Menards and the employees we encountered were most helpful. They were polite and helpful. I wish I had noticed their names but we were in plumbing and flooring. At the checkout both female employees were helpful and courteous. We had been to Lowes prior to our arrival at Menards where we stood in silence for quite some time. They did not have what we were looking for either. Glad we kept moving to Menards.

So tired of poor customer service! Went to buy paint. Clerk said Let me know if you need help... Then walked out of the area. No one around anywhere for at least 10 minutes (maybe more)....we had waited long enough, so left and bought our paint at Lowes. As we were leaving Menards, we heard a man YELL HELP from the paint department... apparently he had been waiting a long time too.
