I’ve been looking for a decent storage facility for a while, I have yet to put my things in storage but I was so blown away by Ernie (customer service main facility) when starting the paperwork for my new unit. He was so delightful over the phone and very upfront about price and everything in between. He made sure I had the right unit for what I was storing, went over pricing, was not pushy or anyway bothered by any questions I had. Again just very happy with the service I received! Keep up the good work Ernie!

I rented a unit from here last year, an I do say it worked out well for me. It was surprisingly affordable, seeing how clean the storage space was. The managers were easy to get along with and the staff was very helpful. Shout out to Ty, thanks alot man!

Friendly, kind, answered all questions, showed me how to use lock, passcode to get in gate, their office is open, dont have to deal with answering machines and leave msges. In hopes that a person will return call.

Rented a 10 x 10 for extra household goods. Pricing is competitive. Units clean and accessible. Staff is courteous and responsive. I was very happy with the experience.

These guys are great as is their facility! Super clean and nice. You get your own code to get in everywhere and everything is like-new. Their rates are better than other mediocre places. You wont be disappointed. They also accommodate active duty/deployed reserves military. Just let them know and they will help ya out.

Facility is brand new - spotless, well lit, easy to access. Has a huge elevator and carts for moving things to the second floor, bathrooms and all the supplies you’d ever need. Monitored security cameras guarantee your safety when you’re there by yourself. Personnel are great - professional but friendly, and walk you through everything as well as telling/showing you. There are lots of storage places out there, but this is one of the best.

I was very pleased with the ease to reserve a unit on line. I was equally pleased with my move-in experience. Ty was most helpful with explaining all of the details and setting up my account.

Stored a vehicle here for the winter months. The place was always well lit, it was reassuring knowing there were passcode gates and cameras everywhere. Unit was clean, kept weather out. If I had to find a complaint, it would be that the unit locks they make you buy are weird and a little finicky; I always had to wiggle mine a bit to unlock it.

Awesome customer service! We had to switch storage units last minute with a semi truck delivery, they took such good care of us! Fast accommodation and took care of our special circumstances.

The location is clean and well maintained. Temperature and humidity are well controlled inside the building, and i never had a single billing or service issue. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

This place is so caring, honest, great prices, and excellent customer service. JaNelle Howser was fantastic. She was very prompt and the person you want to chat with. I feel like I could sit down and have a cup of coffee with her, she is that amazing! I tell ya this is the place to go if you need boxes, supplies, or a storage space! 😊

Five stars all around. Storage Sense Fishers held my stuff while I was deployed. Easy to open the account, the guy that helped me (cant remember his name) went through made sure I understood everything. Facility is clean and temperature controlled. Standard storage locker sizes, provided carts make moving belongings very easy. Covid doesnt make anything easy but Ms. Houser quickly responded to my emails. Very much recommended storage for the Castleton/Fishers/Carmel area.
