I highly recommend this facility. It is clean, safe & easy to access. The manager Linda, especially, is a true asset. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I am a first time unit user who has mobility issues. She helped me with my tarp, the website & choosing the unit size. I very much appreciate this excellent service. Kevin has also been very helpful.

The lady who was there when my wife and I visited was very helpful with plenty of information to help us decide. She showed us a storage unit of the kind we wanted along with prices. Having someone who pays attention to your needs goes a long way towards you feeling comfortable about the safety of your items being in their facility.

When I moved my stuff in, I encountered an issue. Linda resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Her solution exceeded my expectations. When I moved out, she was very quick to get me processed and on my way. I am a repeat customer and because of Linda, I will continue to use this facility as needed.

Terrible storage facility. Uneven roads throughout, like will destroy your loads bad. No gutters rain pours on your entrance when carrying in and out. Terrible. Tight spaces all dead ends hard to turn around. Expensive as hell.

Our move-in with Linda was great but whoever she has working the desk now (an older African American lady), was extremely rude. We had issues with pricing as it varies every month per my bank statement and we decided to part ways. Did everything online and was told to turn the keys and lock in. Thats what I was doing. Kept saying she didnt care what I was supposed to do and said to keep them. Glad we moved our stuff elsewhere.

I spoke to the manager, Linda, when I was checking in, very pleasant staff and very patient with my very many questions. I have had the storage for about 3 weeks, no issues and Im happy with the service. Roads a bit rough inside the rental facility and I couldnt tell you exactly why, but overall, very easy to navigate.

I am moving to the Indianapolis area and needed a storage unit. I randomly picked Public Storage and am delighted with the experience I had. Britney M. was on duty when I went to get the unit and she was so personable which made me very at ease. There were a few expenses that I had not expected but Britney handled my concerns with empathy and explanation. Having worked in customer service for over 25 years, I was truly impressed by her ability to keep what could have been a tense exchange pleasant and friendly.The location is uniquely situated near some trees and water which made it quite charming and it is obvious that the staff keep it clean as there was no trash around. I believe my stuff is in good hands.

I had the pleasure of renting a storage unit from public storage on Allisonville Rd! Linda and Yolanda were phenomenal in helping me get the best rates and making sure I had everything I needed! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I went to pay my storage bill. The lady there was very polite and friendly. All the ladies there, Especially (Linda) are Very polite. The facility is clean and safe.

Great place. The staff (Linda and others) is very friendly and knowledgeable. Storage space is dry, secure and easily accessible. I would recommend this facilityUPDATE 8 months later: Just closed out our unit as it was no longer needed. Linda made the process easy and painless. During our time renting, company notified us that they would be painting the exterior building & allowed time and even supplied plastic sheeting for us to cover our items JUST IN CASE there was drift from the spray paint. We had no issues with paint/drift but appreciated the notification. We would definitely rent here again.

I have had a storage unit here since 2000, and the staff, especially Linda at the front desk, have been super. Very clean site and easy to access unit with pass code. Linda is always cheerful and happy to assist with any questions, unit repairs or billing issues. Prices are reasonable too.

I visited this property on Saturday 10/21/2018. I wasnt sure what size unit would best fit my needs. Linda was very helpful in my selection and making suggestions. Unlike other facilities Ive visited, the customer service was outstanding and appearance of the facility was very clean. One suggestion is that there needs to be 2 people on staff on Saturdays. One gentleman was waiting a long time while Linda was processing me, another gentleman came in and left, and the phone was ringing. Linda was very professional and calm throughout. I visited 3 other facilities prior to this and Public Storage was hands down the best!

Linda is the best..she really helped me get what I needed as to a space to park my tiny house for the winter. She is very friendly and very professional. Looking forward to seeing her again.

Linda was/is great! Really friendly, knows her stuff. Convinced me to upgrade to a climate controlled unit rather than the base unit I had considered. Really happy she did so. Now all my stuff will be in a better environment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this particular Public Storage. But then again, we have been impressed with Public Storage in the past. Always friendly and helpful people and they keep everything so neat, clean and well maintained.

This place is super great! The website is so efficient and straightforward. This was my first time to get a storage unit, but they had made it so I had zero confusion about the whole process. I needed the unit very quickly. They were so quick and accommodating that they were able to help me out within half an hour.But I think the customer service was my best experience with Public Storage. Linda was so awesome the entire time. She helped me out right away and made sure we were completely satisfied with the unit. She even came out and offered me some tape when I needed to wrap up my mattresses. She really took care of me. I feel really comfortable with these guys!! Thank you!!

Quick set up in a new storage unit. Had no difficulties while there and once I didnt need the unit anymore the move out was fast and easy with no hassle. Linda was very nice and provided me with quick information to help.

My experience has been over all positive. I tried to rent a unit near my home, but nothing was available at what I thought was a reasonable price. The agent recommended I go on-line to obtain a cost reduction and advised the Allisonville Rd might be a good option. I reserved my unit on-line and set an appointment for 9:30am check in which is when the office opens. Even though I was 5 minutes early, there were several people ahead of me. The agent was professional, and worked as quickly as possible to get everyones questions answered so she could get to me.As it turned out, the unit reserved was a 10x5 foot, which would not accommodate my motorcycle. The move to a 5x10 foot (deep) was an up-charge. We prepared all the paper work, and she allowed me to drive home and measure my motorcycle to insure it would go through the door, prior to committing to the contract. This was great service.Cons: I gave 4 stars for the web interface. It should clearly state 1) the size of the unit and the associated cost. 2) That the lock I brought could NOT be used; I had to purchase a $20 special lock to secure the door.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had in the last 2-3 years with regard to speaking to someone, whos interested, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful too. Im talking about Linda. I wish I had a business because I would surely try and get her to work for me. My wife had a very satisfying experience with Brad, who took care of a paperwork issue in a friendly manner.Renting a storage space is kind of like buying a home, with all the legal docs which have to be explained and signed, only much less signing. I would highly recommend you look here first and save yourself a lot of time.BTW the facilities are up to date, clean, area is neat, and have a good system to keep my belongings secure.

The staff is super friendly and tried to match a better price I found elsewhere. They werent able to get even close to the better price I found. The facility and units are clean and well maintained.Price is higher than most storage facilities. The 1st month free doesnt really help much when the additional fees are applied. First there is a $24 admin fee. Then you are forced to pay $11 per month for insurance. Last but not least they make you pay for their $15 locks! Also gate access is only until 9pm daily. No electrical outlets anywhere.

Linda, the office manager, is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and congenial people I have encountered in a long time. She has a very pleasing and positive personality and she always make my contact with Public Storage fun!I cant say enough about her and the Fishers office is very lucky to have her.Donna Horton

We were delighted with the courtesy and cooperation of this facilitys staff. We required a triple unit and it was available for a reasonable rate which we were promised would not change. It did not. The grounds were well-maintained especially during a snowy winter and Linda even drove us to our unit through deep snow and ice to retrieve important documents. At all times, the staff remained helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. We had other Public Storage units previously, but this timewe were satisfied with the service, fees and customer attention we received.

It would have been 5 star because the customer service has been great but I’m very upset that the rates were no prorated. I paid $60 on the 1st and moved out on the 4th expecting it to be prorated. In my opinion that just stole money from me. I will never use public storage again or recommend it.

Moved into a larger unit at Public Storage that will cost me $20/month less than another local competitor (smaller space too!).The ability to reserve a rate online and schedule time to register at location made the sign up process easy.The staff, Linda and Tana, were awesome and super helpful. I would recommend this location to others.At this time, have just started to move items into unit. Dont anticipate anything but a positive experience.

Linda was great and very helpful when we got our storage unit. She seemed generally interested in making our move in as smooth as possible. She explained everything well. The facility is clean and seems to be kept up well. We had to rent a second storage unit, and unfortunately, Linda wasnt working. The other manager wasnt as helpful. He was quick to remind me that we wouldnt be getting any online specials since we already had a unit. He did get everything processed quickly and efficiently, though. Were hoping to not have to store things for very long, but if we do, it seems that our things will be safe, secure, and well taken care of at this facility.

Toni and Linda are gracious property managers and go out of their way and the extra mile to serve your needs. Compared to the usual staff these days who are more focused on their phone than you, they are the exception to the new normal

Today she when I was in to pay for our unit she was training Carly and talking to a long winded customer on the phone while I waited for her to finish the call. I could tell the customer was asking a lot of questions that where pretty much common since in nature. However Linda answered each question patiently and professionally. After she got of the phone I congratulated her on how she handled the caller. She said all our customers are important.Then she introduced me Carly and who has a great smile and friendly personality and I concluded my business. My wife and I have always had a great experience when visiting this location.
