Zack, Tone, Brian and James did a three part move for me in Carmel and and Culver. It was a long day but they made it seem seamless. Their attention to detail, fast but efficient work made this a great day. Enjoyed working with them. Have used Two Men on several occasions and this crew, by far, was the best yet! Thank you guys!

From the phone call telling me that they were 17 minutes away to the goodbye, Lacy and Joseph were professional, efficient, and enthusiastic. They made a hard situation easy with their hard work and cheerfulness. I would definitely recommend them.

Ive used Two Men and a Truck multiple times, the most recent this past week to move my 83 yr old mother. As always, they were courteous, professional, careful, and fast; along with my organization in packing and their speed, we cut almost 2 hours off the quote, saving Mom quite a lot of money. They truly do the best job for the customer, making sure things are where you want them, and taking care to protect your possessions. I cant recommend them highly enough.

First if all I think the system on how the calculate the appropriate hours needs a big changed. We had to schedule with the lady twice and both times they underestimated the amount of time it would require which meant of course more money. I recommend sending pictures to better determine time. Or they need to ask more detailed questions.I know the guys were overwhelmed with the amount that needed to be moved but they missed a lot of things. I also realize there are a lot they can’t take. Which is kinda crazy but I get it. It’s unfortunate that due to liability issues there was SO much stuff they could not get.I really wonder what people do that have to move state to state.Our 2nd set of guys said they could not get some things that were on a shelf as they have to get on a ladder. My husband literally reached up and grabbed them when he got home and he’s not a tall man either.There were totes that were missed, along with other items. We’ve had to fill our own truck of with the remaining items and it filled it all the way up. And because of limitations we still have 4-5 large items in the garage they couldn’t get.We called to talk to a manager and was told someone would call us back. It’s been two days and we’ve not gotten a call back.Anyway for the price we paid, I would think they would have been a bit more thorough.UPDATE- they did refund quite a bit of money but no one called us or explained. Just one email that only talked about the high shelf and they could not use a ladder to get those things. Which is funny because 3 of the “high” shelves could be reached from floor level. Only one would you have needed a ladder.

The crew with Two Men & a Truck were amazing! We scheduled our appointment without any hustle. The movers were on time (early which was even better), very friendly, polite and professional. I set up a move for a family member who needed belongs moved out of house into storage for a week while hardwood floors were refinished. The manager (Matt) at Fishers, IN location went above and beyond. We had to change the return date 3 times and he really worked with us and was very understanding. All the moving crew was great too - courteous, professional and efficient. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Our group of young men that moved us were fantastic. They were fun and personal. They were considerate and did whatever we asked. We did note a few marks on door frames and the stairwell, but its nearly impossible to move furniture into a home and not bump some walls and door frames. The marks were minimal and can be easily touched up. They carefully wrapped and packed our furniture much better than we could have done ourselves. They even disassembled and reassembled beds. So thankful to have a great group of guys to make our lives so much easier during our move.

I called to get a free quote on a move. Matthew, the consultant I talked with, was super friendly, helpful, and made me feel not stupid about not knowing anything about moving. The price seems really good for moving. They took care of my stuff, the movers were really friendly, and they loaded/unloaded really fast. I’d give it a 4.75 only because they called/arrived about 2hours early so I felt rushed but it all worked out. Good people, good value :)

Would not recommend! Poor communication, lack of responsiveness and unreliable when trying to book a move, which led to a difficult situation. I feel like they lured me in with promise of availability but ultimately didnt have availability. I called and went through the detailed quote process after receiving assurances they had plenty of availability on my desired date. Once I received the quote, I emailed and left a v-mail advising I wanted to book. No response for three days at which point I received a text (no call) advising they didnt have availability. I called and was told sometimes it takes a while to get through v-mails and emails and the date must have filled up in the meantime. Lost three days of trying to get a mover! Just posting to advise you to be wary of poor communication on scheduling.

I cant say enough good things about the quality and customer service from Two Men and a Truck. I hope I never have to move again but, if I do, I know who to call. They were friendly, informative and moved my entire house full of furniture in less than 5 hours, including putting it all back together again. I would recommend them in a heartbeat

This was our second time using Two Men and a Truck for our move. They always do a great job being on time and moving efficiently. The movers arrived on a very cold snowy day ready to work. The office staff was very helpful in providing estimates and getting everything scheduled. The actual cost ended up being less than the estimate and thats always great to see on moving day. We are in a house where we plan to stay for many years, but Im sure when the time comes well use Two Men and a Truck again.

The 5 stars are for EVAN AND CAMERON (movers) alone! They were wonderful with my move! Pleasantly personable, professional, efficient and smiling! I loved them! They kept in communications with me about what times to expect them, which was needed for me because my anxiety is horrible. I felt very comfortable with them!! I almost wish I could move again just to get them again lmao (jk, it was too expensive to do again). Whatever those two are being paid isnt enough - truly raise-worthy!!The only thing I have is that I received two quotes and the clerk went with the higher one, stating that something must not have been calculated but didnt know what. From the initial estimate process (quick and easy online survey, with a follow-up), through the final move, I had a wonderful experience with TMaaT.I had to push back my move day multiple times, due to various issues on my end. Each time, TMaaT were very flexible and rescheduled without any problem. Their policy for rescheduling is VERY fair to the customer.When the move day finally came, I received a phone call at the beginning of the window to let me know when they would arrive. The load was not only quick, but you could tell TMaaT take pride in how they handle your furniture. Every item was padded and wrapped in a way that meant I would not have to worry in the least.Unloading was even easier. TMaaT carefully maneuvered the furniture through my new house, removing a door from its hinges when necessary, and making sure that everything was placed well. The entire job was completed faster than expected and the movers made sure that EVERY step was complete before leaving. Truly a perfect experience, and I would recommend TMaaT to anyone looking for a moving service.

From scheduling to the actual move, the process was professional and easy. First of all, they called with an updated arrival time and were there when they said they would be. I had 2 stops which they coordinated easily. I had an upright piano which had to go up a steep driveway and then up front steps with a turn. They had it in, set up and on their way to the second stop within 20 minutes. My son reported the same quick and professional service at his location. I have used them 3 time now in the past 7 years and would highly recommend their services!

The team that helped us move showed up at the latter-half of the timeframe, but they made up for that in hustle. They didnt take their time in-between carrying loads. They were jogging back and forth and cut our quoted time by about an hour. Absolutely killed it.

Im a first-time homebuyer, and Two Men and A Truck did a MARVELOUS job moving multiple items from my parents house in central Indiana, including my childhood piano, to my apartment in Cincinnati, and on to my new house. She was prompt and very professional.The movers, Gary and Jonathon were prompt and courteous. They moved everything very quickly; however, a substantial hole was found in the back of a piece of bedroom furniture after they left. I appreciate how fast they were, but I think some care was ignored by trying to be so quick. Overall, I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again, but would emphasize that the movers not rush if it means damage to my furniture.

These guys are great! They do a free video walk through of the house you are moving to give you an awesome estimate. The guys that do the move are super professional, safe, and very fast. Ive used these guys twice! They also finish early, and I pay less than the estimate...always tip the movers! We used Two Men and a Truck years ago on a move and were very impressed. This time was a totally different story. The packers were great but the next day the movers came and they were terrible. They reeked of marijuana smoke, and took all day and night to move very little just two miles away. They eventually had to call in another crew to just finish the day, and then charged us for the extra time. The worst part was afterwards when the movers had put two of our table lamps in the cab so they wouldnt get broken, and they didnt bring them into the new house. When we reported this, their manager Ryan, asked for pictures of the lamps, which we provided, but ultimately he said the drivers didnt remember keeping them in the cab, so he said they wouldnt help us. I dont even care about the measly money lost to replace the two lamps, Im just appalled at the whole experience. Do not use them here in the Indianapolis area.

Two Men and a Truck has been wonderful through our move! We had a lot of setbacks and I had to call at least three times to push my move back and change times and the office team always did their best to assist me! The moving team called me and alerted me their first move was running late, which was fine, I was grateful for the heads up. When they got there they did a walkthrough to see what they needed to move and immediately went to work. They finished up in no time. The only issue (which was amusing) was that Google apparently didnt have our new address and it sent them 40 minutes away from our actual new address. They managed to get to our house though and apologized for the mistake. It was an honest mistake, and it wasnt their fault that Google didnt have the information. They didnt even charge me for that time and moved our things in within no time at all. It was a wonderful experience and they were professional the entire way through even with little bumps in the road. Id recommend them in a heartbeat!

Alex and Dakota were literally amazing! Dakota called ahead to let me know they were enroute and was incredibly professional right off the bat. Alex walked me through all the paper work in a timely and professionally efficient manner. I moved mainly heavy furniture from a house to a 2nd floor apartment and they were very delicate with each item. Could laugh and joke with them a lot and they were incredibly respectful. Dakota even informed me of an internal move service which I had never heard of. And as a lesser strong human I appreciated this newfound wisdom greatly. Also, even though they were delicate with my items, they didnt waste any time at all. Youd want to not only invite two men and a truck as a helping hand with your memorable items, but also to thanksgiving dinner!! 10/10 would give all my money too again. Worth every penny! Had a good experience with Two Men and a Truck. We actually had four men and two trucks, and they were very professional and dedicated to their work. It was a long day (8:00 am - 7:30pm) but they did a great job, kept me aware of some things that might lead to being out of scope (we asked them to move the boxes to each room rather than just staging in one room in the new house) and clearly communicated all the issues in real time. Good experience and hassle free.

The beginning of my experience with Two Men and a Truck as the booking portion was handled professionally and the customer service was fantastic. The day of the move was a terrible experience. The four movers were some of the least professional and immature people I have ever dealt with. I actually received a noise complaint from my apartment complex because they were running down the hallway laughing and one of them was listening to music loudly on his phone. It was clear that they believed as long as they wrapped and padded everything that was all they needed to do to care for items. I watched them continuously bang my couch and recliner into walls and counters on the way out of my apartment. They broke a leg off of my dresser and nonchalantly asked if I wanted them to file a damage report; clearly they did not want me to and they were disappointed that I asked to as if I was responsible for them getting in trouble. I hoped they would be at least a little less careless at my new home but they were not. After I had given them the rundown of where things would go in the house, one of the movers just sat down in the truck and the others stood and talked to him, disappointing because I was paying by the hour. They did not wear masks or ask if I would like them to wear masks when we got to my home. They padded the entrance and then proceeded to ram everything through the door again, laughing as they banged into the door and wall. At one point when carrying an entertainment center upstairs they banged it into the banister and the mover laughed and said “oh man the other day when we were moving that lady we were banging into everything and we put so many holes in her wall, it was crazy”, in a bragging manner. They then broke two other legs on my dresser, a note they failed to add to the damage report I filed. At one point one of the movers just sat on my couch in the living room. It was an overwhelming experience to watch them behave without care in a house I had worked so hard to finally acquire. It’s upsetting thinking about it still over a week later. Moving is an already stressful situation and I made the decision to hire professionals to ease some of the stress, unfortunately that was not delivered by this company. Over a week after the move I finally received info about the damage report, $175 for a destroyed dresser and $150 for drywall damage. Damage aside, the amount of money that I paid to have five pieces of furniture moved, one of them now being unusable, is insane considering the behavior of the crew. Had we had a crew that exhibited at least some semblance of caring about my items and my home, this all would have been different. When I expressed my disappointment in the value of service I received and stated I would appreciate an additional partial refund, it was not addressed. I was told the check would be mailed and they would discuss the issues with the crew. After reading some other reviews on here I am sure I will be chastised for leaving a negative review, but this entire experience has left me feeling frustrated and defeated. I really hope this company cares more about their customers than the service and response that I was given.

Very pleased with two men and a truck. They wrapped the furniture in blankets, then wrapped in stretch wrap. They even hung blankets on entry doors to ensure they did not bump anything. They were very conscious of their surroundings paying attention to walls, other furniture. They stayed within the estimated time and cost. Would recommend them to anyone for your next moving whether it is a large home, to just a bedroom set, etc. I will definitely use them again for anything I may need moved. Very friendly and respectful!

Horrible place to work please to do not apply here if you value your health and sanity. They make you work 6 days a week every week and management is awful at their jobs so you end up working 12+ hour days 6 days a week and some days youre out there from 8 am until midnight or even longer. Absolutely atrocious management if they knew how to schedule people then half of their employees wouldnt have had multiple different types of injuries over months or years of working with them.

Went online and got an estimate and went through their movetrac booking system to book the appointment. Realized a couple days later that I needed to add a couple desks to the list and called to update. They said I never booked and couldnt accommodate on that day which was right before my closing date.

Easy to schedule and make any necessary changes. I had to change my move date and time, and there were no issues. They texted me a couple of days prior to and the day of move.The two guys moving my items were great! Prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. They both had great attitudes. They took very good care of my belongings. They wrapped my furniture and protected the entrance doors with blankets. They communicated and worked well together to get my place packed up and moved. Two Men and a Truck helped us with our move and they were great. Our moving day was frigidly cold, pretty sure the high that day was 8 degrees, but all the movers were super nice and friendly and got the job done fast. We were quoted 3-4 hours and they were completely finished in just over two. They were all very knowledgeable and tactful when it came to maneuvering the furniture through narrow halls and doorways; taking certain pieces apart and keeping track of all the tools, screws and bolts necessary to put them back together again. We really appreciated the help and are so thankful to be in our new home. We certainly plan to use Two Men and a Truck again for future moves.

MaryBeth oversold and over promised the abilities of the movers. They came late and arrived from a distant location, not local where I booked. They informed us after they had stuff on their truck that they could not finish and wanted to keep our stuff for 4 days, and then come back. Not acceptable! I hired them to MOVE us, not load and store our possessions. I had to move most of the stuff myself and then hire another company to do what they did not!

They did an excellent job with our move. From the initial call to get the quote, video chat to give an estimate and the actual move we loved using this company. I spent an hour with another company giving a walk thru for estimate, but 2Men uses video calling to create a quote to save you time. The movers worked extra hard the day of and were enjoyable to work with. Hopefully we don’t move for a while, but for sure will use 2Men next time we do.

I was called almost 3 hours before my scheduled appointment time and asked if they could come. I rushed to get the keys to the new apartment. When 3 men arrived I was told the job would take 4 more hours than what was quoted?? I was moving literally 2 minutes away from my current apartment. So that I didn’t have to pay the $822 (almost a months rent) they said I could agree to NOT have them rap my things (which was supposed to be part of the quote) when I booked the move. Whole move was flawless! Casey at the office was fantastic to work with. He even gave me a follow up call to make sure we had everything set for our move. Allen and Isaac the movers were extremely polite and professional! Not only were they on time. They made an extra effort to ensure all of our items were moved. Will definitely reccomend to friends and will use again!

I cant say enough good things about my experience with this company. I hired them with an estimated move time of 7 hours and at the end of hour #3, one of the guys announced that they were done and working on my invoice! They were kind, considerate and made sure I was happy at every turn! I would move every year if I knew these people would be involved! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Keep up the great work!

Called to finalize my schedule for moving, the first customer service rep I spoke with hang up on me. I would have given a one star rating, if not because of Josh(cannot recall what his name was). He was very professional and made it clear as he walked me through the final procedures. He also gave me the soonest possible schedule for my moving. Thank you!

I was nervous from the beginning regarding me move, but the minute these gentleman stepped foot on my property, I felt taken care of and in good hands! From the moment they started loading, there was no doubt it was going to work out. This was the best moving experience Ive ever had. They worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently and finished the job in much less time than was allotted. We will be using them again for the 2nd part of our move in a few weeks and I am confident it will go equally as smoothly.

We hired two men and truck to help us move into our new home. It was the first time we have ever hired professionals to move us. Best decision ever! Setting up to have a piano moved was easy over the phone, but then I got a call from someone in the office that they wanted to change the pick up time of my piano from a.m. to p.m., but it would be delivered the same day. This was stated in a text as well as a voicemail. They were late to pick up, making my sister late for work at an assisted care facility. Then my piano did not show up as promised and no one called to tell me it was not going to be delivered that day. I finally got ahold of someone in the office and they told me I was confused, that it was never scheduled for same day delivery and I would not get it until next day and they could not tell me when, because it was in front of truck, which was full if someone elses furniture that had to be unloaded first. Then someone from office called next day before 8 saying I would get my piano between 8 to 9 a.m. I hear nothing, so I texted them and the office now said it was not coming until afternoon. Then I hear it is not coming until 3:30. It showed up before 3 with no phone call letting me know they were on their way so I could lick my dogs up. The movers themselves were polite, courteous and careful. My issue is with some sort of manager named Casey that lied to me repeatedly through out ordeal to get me to be ok with whatever they were doing. I was eventually offered some money back due to putting my piano on a truck with someone elses move. They did not offer this until I became upset with their shenanigans. Who knows where my piano was for over 24 hours when it was 3 hour drive away. I am glad it arrived finally and nothing was damaged. And the other thing that upset me was they made me pay full price when picking up piano, before it got here. Then they said they would give me a discount since they packed it on a truck with someone elses things only after I got upset. I will not use again or recomend them.

I had a great experience with my move from beginning to end. From my first phone call, I was provided with a lot of information and once I completed my list of items to be moved, I knew exactly what the cost was going to be - there were no hidden fees. The movers I had that day, Matt & Zach, were awesome! They knew exactly what they were doing, they hustled and actually finished in less time than was estimated - which meant I paid less than what was estimated. And I havent found one mark on the walls in the new house from moving all the furniture in. I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck every opportunity I get.

It was a small move and they didn’t hesitate to take it on and treat it like a large and expensive move. Attention to detail, polite, transparent, efficient, and with tremendous care. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of move around town.

Absolute dream to work with! My family and I moved a three bedroom apartment on the third floor to our new home in about four hours. It was exceptionally fast, nothing was broken, and the gentlemen that they sent out were very polite and fun. It was nice that they were helpful not only with the move, but also keeping our spirits up. While I dont plan on moving again for quite some time, you better believe that when I do, I am hiring Two Men and a Truck again, not to mention pushing them on anyone I know thats moving. Absolutely worth every penny!And please dont forget to tip!
