Findlay Toyota really has things set up to deal with Covid 19. All employees on the sales floor wore masks and gloves. They staggered appointments so the dealership didnt get too crowded. Dustin the internet sales manager was great. He had the car I was interested in cleaned and sanitized when I showed up for my appointment. The process was easy and smooth. In fact he said most of everything can be done online ahead of time with very little interaction at the dealership if you know what car you want ahead of time and dont need to test drive. And free carwashes for life? Sounds perfect.

Had transmission issues and our technician was awesome. Fixed the problem, got us in and out without resulting in a second mortgage, and gave our dog a treat. Honest professionals who know what theyre doing and dont talk down to you. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I always feel like they did a great job with service. But I much prefer to service my Subaru, there they have lots more seating in the service area, plus sodas and coffee and good wireless. Much less painless place to spend an hour.

Its a very nice friendly atmosphere. No pushy salesmen but the one that approach my friend & myself was very polite just asked if we needed any help with anything. They had fresh coffee, donuts, & fresh popcorn which I thought was awesome because their was some family with kids. But, I had to wait for seven hours for an oil changed just because I didnt know that you have to make an appt. with them first. But, the rest was a wonderful experience.

I was visiting Flagstaff for the weekend and my VW was low PM coolant. VW has special coolant so I went to the parts department to buy it. The parts person asked if I just needed a top off. 5 minutes later I was done. Super friendly, courteous and helpful.

I believe they have one of the best internet sales team in the country in Cassandra and her brother, Dustin. They are the Donny and Marie Osmonds of Toyota internet sales; a little bit of rock and roll, and a little bit of country. They have a mastery of what the internet can bring to long distance trust relationships for purchasing a car without the purchaser touching it.....then they add a personal touch. Purchasing my Avalon from California and then driving to Arizona to pick it up was a marvelous experience for my wife and I. I would do it again except that I tend to own my Toyotas for 20 years and over 300,000 miles....and I own three Toyotas. Only the finance department had a little sales pressure to sale extended warranties but it is to be expected and the warranties are reasonably priced.
