I know everyone has different experiences. But I had a very amazing experience here. Angel was the best!! I really appreciate all the work she did to make our transition from one carrier to another.The carrier we were with was sending me messages that they are gonna cancel my service if I continue to roam to much. It happened more then once. It got very frustrating. Because where I live we had service through the carrier. Just a fault in their towers I assume.When we got to Verizon Ms. Angel was super! Got us on the network with our numbers carried over, some bumps but managed to smooth it out. But Im happy to be out of the old carriers clutches. And will be paying way less then the other bill. All thanks to Ms. Angel and the crew there. Thanks guys! You are awesome!!
The sign on the door says they close at five. It’s 4:01 and they have locked the doors. Huh?!!Ok, a little history;I was in the other day to get a SIM card for my iPad and the young male Verizon clerk said that my iPad was listed in his computer, on my account, as a first generation iPad, even though it’s less than a year old. He said there was nothing he could do to help me and said I needed to call technical support with Verizon to take care of this issue.(My theory is that he pulled up my old IPad since I bought this new one from Apple and have never registered it with VW before….)Well I did call technical support and they don’t understand what he was talking about and they had my Sim card all set up in 10 minutes. Now I tried to get this taken care of four days ago and just finally, today, Sunday, resolved the issue after long hold times with Verizon and finally getting through. Since I’m leaving for the East Coast tomorrow I wanted to do an in-store pick up for the Sim card today instead of having it mailed to me so the representative on the phone said that would be no problem and that he would call the order in. Well the order went through but the store is closed, …even though the sign on the door says it closes at five and I was there at 4:01 PM. Funny how the employees ignored me at the door while closing blinds and I’m looking in, flabbergasted.I would have appreciated a quick, “Hey, we’re sorry, we’re closed, can you come back tomorrow?” Nope, I was completely ignored.Unfortunately the representative from Verizon on the phone call didn’t tell me the store closed at four and last time I was there, unsuccessfully, I saw the sign saying it closed at five.So needless to say I’m pretty frustrated and disappointed and I may be looking at another carrier for my cell phone service.Oh, PS, immediately called the Verizon call center to find a solution, but they are closed too. They also close after 4pm. 🤨Ok, I know, this is a first world problem, woe is me.What I might recommend is updating your hours on the door and training your employees a little bit better so that I could have had a good, positive experience and not had to Sherlock this whole quagmire and waste my time.Thanks and I look forward to your response.

This has to be the most poorly run example of a retail store that Ive ever seen. Verizon corporate should be embarrassed to allow Theita to manage a store; she is both rude and unhelpful at every turn. In a 15 minute period I got insulted, turned away when I tried to simply buy a phone, and actually was able to see other people come in and out of the store being treated quite rudely as well. After being told she couldnt do anything to help with my broken phone; I told her I was happy to start a new account and buy a new phone. She then told me they dont sell phones. When she finally told me I could set up a new account she told me I would have to wait or come back in 30-45 minutes. She stated she was busy managing the store which amounted to her eating a sandwich and walking around the store not helping customers. Whoever owns this debacle is allowing management to treat customers awfully. I saw a young mother be chastised for sitting on a ledge when there is no seating in the store except a couple of tiny wooden stools. Just an absolute joke of a store
Theita was completely useless. Made an appointment and waited for two days to be told that absolutely nothing would be done for me and to go across town. An issue that I tried to resolve with customer service over the phone who then told me to see my local store only to have absolutely ZERO help. Go to the retail store on Milton much more wonderful experience. The other version was so helpful and even helped me buy an apple watch separately from my issues.
This place does not know much about anything. Not like it used to be its a wonder they know who they are.
Worst experience I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this place I had high hopes for this store n made it my go to store for all my cell needs. I ordered an iPad that was financed a week ago I had to wait several days went to pick it up there was no SIM the guy that started working in had n odd attitude like he was irritated I went back a 2nd time I was helped by another that didn’t look he knew what he was doing their work station was dirty with water n soda all over I’m a very passive person but today these people weren’t professional.
Have been a local business in Flagstaff for 20 years using vz for about 13yrs of that. checked inventory online. needed to upgrade device. had everything i needed. checked their hours online... no indication of needing an appt. canceled jobs for the next 3 hours and went into the store at 10:30am. was told i could not be seen until 2:30pm. got into what was basically a argument with elizabeth payne who identified herself as the store manager. i regretfully used 1 curse word describing that i had taken off work to take care of this transaction. no posting of needing an appt anywhere and have never had to do this in the past, she used my one curse word to tell me i had to leave. which i did.i called vz customer service to see if we could resolve the issue. they told me to re-enter the store, accept the 2:30 appt. i did this with vz customer service on speaker. Elizabeth payne said she would not serve me. said i was trespassing and she was gonna call the police. she went so far to attempt to cover her name badge but only after i saw her name. i am now waiting for a response from vz customer service.what a truly disappointing experience. while acknowledging i used a curse word, i got to that level after being patronized and flippantly condescended to by and individual who could not answer basic vz company policy and procedure questions.vz phone customer care upgraded my device and completed my transaction in roughly 5-10 minutes. maybe the flagstaff store manager should be retrained in the big and crazy wireless phone world... aka, your job

Stopped in while driving through town .... am a Verizon customer but was having a problem with Gmail on my phone and wondered if they might help. Took them only a few minutes to figure it out and it was fixed! Very helpful and knowledgeable young people.
Cannot believe they turn away long time customers unless and appointment was made. Very disappointing. As long as I have had a phone I have had Verizon, never heard of having to make an appointment before today at any location, however I’m leaving 3 stars because the staff was nice about it. Very disappointed that they are appointment only.

Terrible customer service!! Went in for two different issues, neither were resolved. Was told that I would need to call support for the first issue and then told couldnt help with the second issue, even though we hadnt even discussed it. Worst Verizon store experience. These issues were related to account issues that were online, so going online or calling was not going to help, hence the reason I went into a store.
Was told of a refund for the phone when I upgraded Two months later. No refund, the assistant manager told me he would resolve and would call me back. Also said he was too busy to work assist me. Seem to keep getting the run around.
Avoid at all cost!! Store needs new employees that are not rude and might be helpful. Theda and Kai were extremely rude to me. When I tried to call 611 to explain that I had spoke with them and was told to go to a corporate store, they told me to go outside to make the call. Didn’t even give me time to pick up my belongs. In today’s time we don’t need extra stress brought on by unkind rude humans. GET NEW EMPLOYEES.

I went in with the intention of replacing my lost/stolen phone through my insurance. The guy that was helping tells me that I had no available claims that I could make from the eight that we pay for annually. He fraudulently led me to believe that I had to buy a new/upgraded phone. COVID-19 precautions may have made it easier for him to do since customers arent allowed to touch any displays, except the payment kiosk screen. After getting the phone I had to call Verizon to ask if I truly had no available replacement claims and they advised me that I have several available to use. I am not happy about my phone being stolen but I am more upset that I was conned into purchasing a new phone the the employee at this store.
If I could give them zero stars I would. We just had a death in our family and came in to handle my grandfathers account. The employees were extremely rude screaming at us to get out of the store due to capacity which is understandable but we did not need to be spoken to in that manner, a note on the door or an employee available to check people in would have been nice. The customer service is absolutely terrible with Verizon we will never go back and will not be recommending them to any family or friends.

Great phone service but this store is the worst paid for a phone online came here to pick up after I received the confirmation the phone was ready. Showed up was told it wasnt ready had to wait 10min as they sat on their phone came back to the door 15min later lady came and was told it wasnt going to be ready for another 10min. I had a bit of a wait, however the time they quoted me was accurate and it was to be expected considering the holiday shopping weekend. Christian was awesome. I had a bit of a complicated switch that i wanted to do and he took care of it quickly and easily. He was knowledgeable and straight forward. I will be back when I need anything else.
The few times Ive been here it takes a while to be approached even when its not busy. I am new to the sitting/checking in thing so I went straight to the front desk and she said how can I help you I told her and she automatically said take a seat, another guy came and checked me in. He rudely said I could complete this task on the Verizon app, and said it would be 40-50 minute wait with a long pause, like he didnt want me to finish checking in. Little do they know I tried three times with a (oops something went wrong) code, and I tried chatting with a live rep and there was a error every time and it would take me back to FAQ. Simple greetings and tone need to be focused on.
Its the Verizon store . . . They are all pretty much the same, but service and support seems inconsistent. I only need them every few years to activate a new phone. My last visit felt as though they really didnt have time for me.
This is the nicest version store in Flagstaff. The people are knowledgeable and fastish. They do try to get you to spend more money but if you come knowing what you want it will be fine

Worst customer service experience I may have had ever. Went to pick up an order of a new phone and accessories. As soon as I entered the door I was backed outside on the side walk by an arrogant employee and rudely asked what I needed. I had to then wait on the sidewalk for my order. When merchandise was brought out, I had to insist on checking that the order was correct while the clerk arrogantly told me several times it was right and was what I ordered. Turns out they gave me the wrong phone and accessories. I have 5 devices on my plan and have used that store frequently over the past years. I will never be back to this location and will tell everyone that I know. Being in the situation we are in today is no excuse to utterly drop your customer service and become arrogantly disrespectful to the public who still purchase products at your store.

I had a seriously annoying port in problem that I had started through Verizon chat online, I went in already annoyed but things turned around quick.Sarah helped me the entire time I was in the store. We had to get on the phone with no less than 4 different departments. She was patient and talked with me the entire time about what was going on and how it would be resolved. I felt very confident she would help get it resolved. In the end it took about an hour but my service was working and I was in good spirits. Great experience.
Posted a year ago... I hear you guys other customers, they are still bad.. and only comment as if resolved anything nor did anyone get refunded for such bad service, I surely never did. I went to store recently and NO greetings and no politeness offered in the staffs demeanor. Safe rudeness atmosphere even with more uncomfortable setting. Before store had benches to sit for 2 hours before being called. NO OPTION TO GIVE NO STARS!! THIS LOCATION DESERVES NO STARS. Even after I go back thinking the first times your workers had bad days, but nope they are just rude anyways. This team at this location does not deserve any commission!!! The workers are rude at this location. They explain stuff as if its your problem/fault and not theirs as a team of Verizon. What rude services they provide. I suggest Verizon get better team players; more human like so they can relate and have consideration like humans are. Your team treat others like trash like Im a criminal. I wonder if they treat their own friends and family this way. The prices charged by Verizon should provide better services, I think your employees need better customer relation training. They seem to want to be better then you when they explain situations, never their fault when customers have no control over the services provided especially at the prices you charge.
I was not impressed with how I was approached. Immediately after I pulled into the parking spot there were two employees standing outside, a man and a woman and I walked up to them and the woman basically sent me away. I needed help getting a new phone and seeing what I qualify for and the lady sent me away. She gave me a number to call and told me to come back and she’ll give me my phone. I’ve never been told that out of all the years I have had a Verizon phone:/Idk.... I was not impressed at all, if she’s not going to help me then why is the store open? #customersfirst

Terrible customer service here. Had to wait over an hour JUST to exchange a charger!! Quick simple deal, just for a charger. This place is ridiculous with wait time for something so simple. Scan and go. Couldn’t be that hard
I wanted to switch from At&t prepaid to Verizon prepaid so I went to the Flagstaff Route 66 Verizon with a new unlock iPhone that I had just bought. They Charged me for the first month of my prepaid account and then tried to transfer my phone number from At&t to Verizon and for whatever reason it didn’t work. They called customer service and they told them that I should wait 24-48 hours to let them transfer the number. I waited for two days and went to their store again. This time they tried it again and told me to go ahead and pay for my next month with At&t until they figure out this problem. They told me that they will call me the next day but they never did. I went there again a week later and asked for a refund and then they told me they can’t issue a refund for a prepaid account. They didn’t even apologized to me. I spent a total of 2h 30 mins in their store for nothing, paid $43 and never received a service. I called the prepaid customer care. They said they have asked the store to consider issuing the refund and the customer care will call me to give me an update on that in 4 days. That also never happened. I still haven’t gotten a call from Verizon. They stole my money and time without giving me a service. I don’t know how else I can get my money back.
I had a terrible experience with this store I have been a customer for over 3 years with Verizon and never had a person actually tell me that my account it was a fraud cant remember the name of the person from this particular store she is short black I think shes from Atlanta or Chicago Im not sure but anyways I was eligible to get an upgrade for my new line and this lady is telling me that Im not legible that I better call Verizon then my account is on hold for 48 hours anyways I did and then call Verizon and Verizon told me theres no need to worry about theres nothing fraudelent activity in your accountThen this guy ending helping me and get my new phoneBut I feel like she was discriminate people just because the way you look or something going on

Went in with a broken phone. They fixed it. I said the settings didnt seem right. He sent me on the way telling me He wasnt my tech guy. Found out two weeks later it was the SIM card. Been applying for jobs and voicemail didnt work as a result. The is just one of many awful experiences I have had at this SNARKY STORE. Phone breaks before its paid for. Of course. Built in failure for more $ from customers. Verizon you should be ashamed.

Horrible customer service experience. I didnt get the mans name (which should be your first indication that this place isnt ran right) but he had glasses, was probably 62, and had his hair down to his shoulders. I explained to him my issue with my phone which broke due to the case and screen protector not being set up correctly. Instead of trying to assist me he immediately got defensive and tried to call me out by saying thats the most protective case they sell. He seemed offended I would even suggest that they sold me the wrong case for my needs. I tried explaining that if that was the case my phone would still be working. He then told me to get out of the store and the 3rd party insurance company will take care of this. No sorry or any decent customer service skills that made me feel like a valued customer. When my phone came in the mail the next day I decided to take my business to the competing Verizon store on Milton to buy a new case and screen protector. I recommend everyone else to do the same as-well if they are looking for a Verizon store in town.

I went in when there was literally not one other customer in the store and 4 employees (one being the manager) all stared at me waiting for the other to offer up some help. ???This is the most unhelpful Verizon store I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in flag and been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and have consistently been met with this awful customer service at this Verizon location. Save your time and money and go to Best Buy! They’ll actually help you and you’ll spend way less!

I had been a loyal customer of Verizons for the past 10 years. I always paid my bills on time or even early. I even got the Verizon insurance on my phone. One day my phone decided it would no longer make phone calls or receive them. I contacted Verizons customer service. I sat on hold for hours only to explain my situation over and over until I got fed up with being given the run around. I ask to speak to a manager. The manager laughed at me after I explained Im paying Verizon for the phone, service, service access, insurance and Im not receiving these services Im paying for. So, I went into this Verizon location hoping the would help. The lady that greeted me was very rude because I interrupted her and her coworkers gossip when I walked in. For the 20th time I explain the situation again. The response I was given was uncalled for and insulting. Well if you werent a young kid you would have this type of phone or these issues. Thats when I decided to stop paying for a cell phone via a company with the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of conducting business with. Never again. Verizon may have the best cell phone coverage but they also have Horrendous customer service!
My experience at this store has always been great! Today I finally bought the new Pixel2XL that Ive been wanting for months. Clint helped me and its been great! Ive been coming to this store since it opened and have always had wonderfully positive experiences !!
The manager switched out my replacement S8 screen cover for the S9 cover which was the one I needed. They installed it for me and it looks amazing! Thank you for the great customer service.😊

I was a little concerned about the poor reviews of this store but had to go anyway. They must have seen those reviews because my visit was very pleasant. Trista helped me out and was nice as well as professional. I waited less than 5 minutes before being helped. It is safe to go here again
This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen, weve had Verizon for 12 years and we are now looking for a new provider. They talk about how they proudly serve the armed forces, well if they treat us this poorly I cant imagine how they treat others. Dont buy your phones or any other device from them, save hundreds and buy them elsewhere.
This location the employees do not know how to use the tools to do their job. Ridiculous i went in to get assistance and was told to use the self serv. Station if I wanted to do it my self I would have stayed home .
I love that they help me get to replace my old phone with a new one. Great customer service even though I know they are dealing with other customers. But Im a patient person so I just enjoy asking questions and they help me.

The agent for the company immediately understood the virus that had rendered my phone unusable and was able to go into my phone and restore it to full operational capability. He was friendly and gave me some excellent advice on how to avoid a repeat of the problem. All this cost me only a handshake. I would highly recommend this Version store!
Experience here runs hot and cold, depends completely on caliber of person helping you. Ive had the best and the worst, solving problems or making matters worse. Shopping for devices is better, good choices. But when it comes to support results are inconsistent. Still I love my Samsung phone and hot spot, purchased here.
Every time I have to go to this store it seems that the people that work there have contempt for the customer. Went to the 3rd party store in the mall to get a phone case and they said that they would price match Walmart and best buy but they didnt have the case in the color that i wanted. I went to this location and they wanted to charge me $50 more than walmart best buy and the other location for the case. When I asked about price match they said we dont do that. The employees here have a very take it or leave it tone, from now on I will never do business here if they wont even make an attempt to earn my business.

I just left this store. I took two new phones down I bought at another online retail store. I needed to activate them and switch an upgrade from one phone to another. They said they could not help me because I bought them somewhere else. The information they pulled up was completely inaccurate. They turned on the phones but because of the upgrade transfer, they turned off one of my other phones, without telling me. Then they claimed they could not turn in back on without having the phone. That left my son with a turned off phone and no way for me to get in touch with him. They refused to help after that and were very rude. I called Verizon online and they fixed it all in 15 minutes. Dont go here unless you are buying a phone from them. Otherwise, they could not care less about you as a customer

Wow, store hours say open at 9:00, showed up at 9:45. STILL CLOSED. Guy behind counter indoors, looks out at me and gives me a thumbs up. WTF does thumbs up mean? Hung out for 10 minutes, no response. Such reliability. So customer service. Wow.
Every time a go to this store, it is a minimum 30+ min for the most simple issues. They always want to touch your phone and do it for you... High turnover in employment so you are most likely dealing with a noob, who says let me take your phone to the back means they dont know what to do. The phones I want or like are never in stock. Return policy is. Negative or requires a restocking fee. Purchased a tempered glass cover for my S7 edge, they insisted they install it. Well he didnt clean the screen correctly and had a grain of dirt or sand under the glass, was on my pocket and the glass shattered under pocket pressure. Declined a replacement or refund claimed phone was struck. Mind you it has and had an Otter box cover. Just horrible service.
Staff is usually very helpful. Occasionally you go in and get someone who doesnt know whats going on, but mostly a good crew over there.
Awful service they wont give you your phone even though I bought it online and dont take temporary IDs so dont even bother not to mention people on the phone said the temporary ID is alright but when I went in they did not stick with their word. Just skip the store and do things online they obviously dont want service. Also employees are very rude and dont answer the phone. So I would suggest not going here and do everything online these people dont deserve the business when they act so unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!
One star to current management team (0 stars to the General Manager who seems to thrive on discrimination {510 brown hair, 200lbs, beard). 5 stars to the individual employees because they want to resolve your problem, not involved in feckless drama. If you need true customer support, visit 2625 S Woodlands Village Blvd. Bought my new phone and was out the door in no time with everything I needed. Very Professional.
Seriously can’t even cancel a device in the corporate location? My wife wasted 33 minutes for a one minute conversation. So many problems with Verizon’s structure. No wonder Verizon lost 400,000 between 2016-2017 then another 24,000 customer lost in the first quarter of 2018. I swear every time we go in there always new employees. Turnover must be expensive.

I was having issues with my car charger that was sold to me by another store in town (TCC horrible!!) So I decided to try this store out. A real Verizon store!! Amazing service and understanding of what customer service is. They have gained a customer for life. Thanks for the service Gents.
