My wife and I were lucky enough to work with Hannah in the Victra Verizon store in Flagstaff on Woodlands. She was more in-the-know than other reps we have spoken to recently in our search for new phones and a different carrier, to be sure.We both left with phones, tablets, and the support peripherals for a small fraction of retail due in large part to Hannahs knowledge of the promotions that were available to us.
Went to get a new phone added to our account. In and out in 5 minutes. Great customer service.
I was reluctant to stop in because its always busy and I didnt want bother them.I had purchased a tablet about a month or so ago and never got around to setting it up.I work for the National Park Service at the Grand Canyon and have some upcoming zoom meetings with colleagues in Maine, as well as training and classes with folks in California. I didnt feel comfortable setting things up myself since so many other people on the other side of the country were involved.Jeffrey was amazing as always! - despite being very busy he processed my requests very quickly and cheerfully - all while helping another customer and handling another problem over the phone.Hes a Master of Multi-tasking!He is EXTREMELY intelligent - has a vast knowledge of modern technology, figures things out quickly and knows how to explain things to people that are a lot less computer savvy.Hes patient with people who arent familiar with current technology and can figure out what theyre trying to say despite their lack of knowledge. He made great suggestions on what would be appropriate purchases for my specific needs and budget. Im editing this review because Victra remedied the issues for us, and were back to being happy new customers. There are still issues with our billing via the Verizon site, but those should be taken care of soon, too.Original message: Too many details to type here, but after spending hours in the store to switch over from Sprint and trying to get straight answers from the person we dealt with, we were confused about why our invoice was still so high. When we looked it over when we got home (it was just shoved in a bag by the employee) and then called Verizon, we realized we were charged for things the employee didnt do, for things that werent disclosed and for a $40 upgrade fee per line that we should not have been (we didnt upgrade anything; were new customers who had to buy new phones in order to change carriers), in addition to the $40/line activation fees. Were going to dispute these charges when the store is open again and we can get in there, and look for a refund, but be very clear about what youre being charged for.before you hand over your credit card.

One would think when presented with the option to open q new business accounts- with three new devices that more attention would be paid. The customer service here is beyond frustrating- and dont seem to communicate very well ... the phone company ...All said I will NEVER visit this location, and seriously am considering a whole new provider

What great customer service I received. Everyone was super helpful but Jeffery went above and beyond. He gave me his own cell number in case I had any questions about my new phone. The next day I did have a question and he called me back immediately, walked me through my problem and solved it for me.People like Jeffery are the reason why I am with Verizon. Evan at Flagstaff Verizon Wireless on Woodlands Village had been a great help for us every time we have been in. He helped us initially when we wanted to setup a shared plan and has also helped us to switch to a monthly prepaid service. He has been very helpful in answering questions any time we ask. I can’t explain how refreshing it was to see the level of professional with a touch of personalized interaction I had with Lynk He was patient and and help me with A very complex purchase and back up of information of a loved one I lost on to 2 new devices . I have nBeen a manager for over 30 year at a very large Fortune 500 company. I would love to have such a dedicated and professional team member. Don’t let that one get away .

Connor sent us to the other Verizon store in town thinking that they would be able to help us more, instead of waiting for the other Verizon people to answer the phone call we had to make to resolve our issue. We went to the other Verizon store across town and they immediately turned us away saying that they couldn’t help us.

Definitely the most scandalous cell phone store Ive been in. I love verizon but this store Ive had problems at 3 times. They claim to not be able to get into your account sometimes to help EXCEPT when they have the opportunity to upsell you then they have sure access and lie to you about what your new bill will look like. I keep giving them chances just to get slapped in the face .especially and even management. Just go to the walmart verizon.theyve made complaints on this branch on their own and even when you call 611 customer care theyll call this branch on their improper procedure, only to get argued with by this stores staff and people up top.particularly Ethan. Theyll never stop because no one is regulated them.and theyll rip your loved ones off. Im not the type to complain but Im telling you 3 times will get to you. Verizon is the best network though. Watch the woodlands branch though .they corrected some things but Ill never let any my family go there.just heads up

I would highly recommend Hannah when visiting Verizon. Hannah was able to help me find sales/promos that best suited me. She was awake to walk me through the phone selection, phone plans and my bill payment. Hannah was also able to explain my payments and monthly bill without leaving out details. Hannah also went above and beyond showing me the new features of my phone. The manager is also very helpful and called to check up on the new phone a couple days after to address any malfunctions with the phone.

My phone of 3 years died and I had a very stressful week without a phone. Having health issues and always needing to be in contact with all my doctors its like having a phone is literally a lifeline. But Hannah was amazing and took all my worries away. And fixed my problem. I was able to get a new phone, keep the same number, didnt lose my contacts and saved the most precious things...my photos. Full of scams with no knowledge of how Verizon policies and promos work. I bought two iPhone X phones here for the Verizon “Buy One Get One” promotion. I was supposed to receive an $800 rebate 45 days later. I ended up selling my two perfectly working phones that were formally in use, thinking I was getting a good deal upgrading my phone. The salesman at Verizon was wrong about the promotion and I did not end up receiving my $800. There was no repercussions or remedy for THEIR MISTAKE. They told me I could return the phones, but I have already sold the phones that were in use before so I am now stuck with the new phones that I didn’t have the budget for unless I received the $800 rebate.There is also a very shallow scam feel that comes from the manager every time I have tried to contact them or work with them.While I was buying the two phones they said they were doing a huge bundle deal with device accessories. I was informed that I would receive 2 free accessories if I bought the phones. The accessories cost were $150 more and I got a “bundle discount” of $15. Luckily I looked at the bill or I would have been tricked into buying accessories I didn’t need.
On vacation broken phone Verizon came through
This place should NOT be able to use Verizons name. They dont know basic Verizon anything. They lie and say Verizon just changed their policy and now charges to transfer contacts. Seriously? Charging to do a basic SERVICE for customers? Bottom line, no, Verizon did not. This rip off store did. I called Verizon.I was in there forever the other night, Darnell, though polite, clearly did not know how to resolve the issues, who or how to call, or how to even transfer contacts.He had to use my phone to call Verizon Customer service because he couldnt dial out their number?What?10 minutes became an hour and a half.And when he transferred my contacts, I now I have a gazillion email contacts littering my phone contacts as if all of gmail was transferred. So forget ease of finding a contact...now just another mess they helped with. ...Horrible and then, of course, he cant fix it. He didnt even know what happened.I was literally left wondering several times that night (when sick and in the midst of a move), what place is this Ive come to? What a joke.Additionally, my brand new phone just out of the box (I took it out there in the store!) was also damaged cosmetically in the process of all his abundant help.And to make matters worse, did Ryan, the manager ever return my message? No. True to form for that store.Ive since reported this store to corporate.What I know, bottom line: to save time, money and stress, I will never return to this clown show of a store again.

Went there to get a new iPhone and they were all super helpful. Tevin helped get me all set up, he took the time to show me each phone and told me the differences between all three. Even though the phone transfer took a while they were happy to let me stay and hang out. Definitely will be going back to this location in town instead of the other version stores.
Well me n my sisters had a bad experience with workers at Wal-Mart so we were upset. I had to go to Verizon to do some stuff n the workers there were very nice n professional so just thought that our day got so much better
After coming to this store a week ago I came in today because I realized Hannah had literally just up sold me plans with no actual knowledge of the plans themselves. She told me the insurance company would replace my back glass for $30 if I got the insurance that day for $15 a month. On top of that she scammed me into getting the unlimited plan even though I use less than 5gb of data on average and had no real reason to upgrade, but I did because she told me the my bill would not change at all and it would only change because of the insurance. Little did I know surcharges and all of that would raise my bill close to $10, in know $10 isn’t that much but when you add $10 plus the $15 for insurance, plus $30 for the glass that I didn’t even end up needing. They have a plan that’s 6.85 for the glass repairs only which is all I need so if I would have got that plus the unlimited my plan would have only been increased by $17 as a posed to the $25. Above all she tried to get me to commit insurance fraud by telling me that the company would repair my broken glass even though I got insurance after is happened. I tried putting the actual date of damage and the company would not let me complete the claim because the insurance was not active then. I came in today, almost a week later and Miles, Dylan (aka Alfredo), and Connor, (sorry if I misspelled y’all’s names) helped me out and gave me all the answers I needed. Had any of them been the ones to help me out that day, I wouldn’t have had to return an angry customer and I could have went on enjoying my days. So thank you 3 for the help. As far as Hannah goes, I hope no one else gets scammed by her misleading happy personality. I truly felt like I had great service by her after leaving and look where we are now. Thanks again for the amazing understanding with my frustrations today and sorry y’all got stuck with some of the anger.Update: I called Victrs to file a formal complaint for the false advertising as well as attempted insurance fraud, and yet again, I’m completely shocked at the difference in customer service. Victra was yet again more than helpful. I can not fathom how terrible Hannah is compared to the rest of that entire company (not entire but that location and the courage person I talked to.

Pretty bad experience here. Person at the front desk spent a good 15 minutes calculating a price for us to upgrade our plan, something that we did not ask for! All we were there for was a replacement SIM card. Also tried to sell us a tablet with the upgraded plan, something we once again did not ask for. Feels really shady, and a less knowledgeable person could easily be deceived into getting things they dont need.
Hannah was super patient, friendly and professional. Will definitely go see her again if i need anything else.

Went to the other Verizons and they kept quoting me super high on my monthly even though i wasnt using all that data so I came in to this location. They were extremely helpful and managed to lower my bill and get me the most for my money. I later found out that the other locations GET PAID to put you on a higher plan . These guys dont thats why i come here. Plus, NO WAIT!

Ok seriously best place on earth! I walked in really freaking upset because of some issues that I was having with my phone and stuff but right from the get-go there was just so much patience given and even when I was so rude, I apologize to Tevin for my attitude😇, there was none of that rudeness being thrown back at me. The guy was just so nice the whole time and he was trying so hard to help me find a solution, he was even cracking jokes to make a better atmosphere!!!
