Wish i was joking but i went to 3 different verizon stores in flagstaff before coming across this one. service was amazing, and Adrian was the one who made it that way. He is truly great, helped me in every way the other stores couldn’t. was extremely friendly and very inviting. He really took the time to make a connection with me and my friend and we left so much happier than when we came in. I now know if i ever need help with any phone issues, Adrian is the guy to go to. overall all staff were very nice but he made it the experience you hope to have when needing help. thank you Adrian you’re the man!

Horrible! Don’t go there! Jasmine went in circles trying to explain to me different plans… I had to ask for offers and ended up telling that I had to pay $10 for a device that apparently is free this month. She went ahead to tell me to call anytime and ask for her, when I called someone “very nice” answered and said they are unable to do that in that store. Save your time and call directly Verizon for accurate deals and promos, this store doesn’t even deserve a star maybe half of one!!!!

Should you go to this location, I HIGHLY suggest seeing Benito for your needs, I was not happy at all when working with another associate there, (Alex) almost to the point of canceling my order and never returning.However, Benito did a remarkable job at making a less than ideal situation 110% RIGHT he was pleasurable to work with, very kind and super efficient! We stood there for about 30 mins were never spoke to. Finally the asked who was next as soon as the guy realized we both had new phones. He couldnt get rid of us fast enough. I shattered the back of my phone. He said Get ahold of insurance really nasty.i asked for the number you can google it. My mom has a brand new phone the charging port has never worked right. He stuck a key in it and moved it around. Handed her back her phone and yelled next. We drove an hour to go to this one because of one employee Lindsey she is amazing. I will not go back to this store until she comes back from leave. At least when she us there you are spoke to and treated like a person. I wouldnt treat my rabid dog the way we were treated tonight. As soon as our contract is will. Changing provides. We have been lied to treated awful. So unhappy with Verizon.
