I worked for this company in 2010. John Urban, the District Manager signed me up for an AT&T plan so I could more easily sell their phones. I had Verizon at the time (still do) because it is a more reliable service, especially in Flagstaff. I would need to walk all around the mall just to activate lines because AT&T didnt have service at the kiosk they sold phones out of. On top of it, the kiosk was directly outside of the Verizon store. John Urban advised me that I would not be responsible for the bill for my work phone and that I just couldnt be selling AT&T with a Verizon phone in my hand. Being only 19 or 20 years old, I reluctantly agreed to carry this ugly Sony Walkman phone while I was on the clock in good faith that I would never see a bill. I ended up quitting the job after being denied almost $3000 in commission that I was promised I would receive after working there for 6 months. After a year it was all excuses. I never received the commission I had earned. On top of it, I was sent to collections for a $79 AT&T bill that wasnt even supposed to be in my name! I recently paid off that bill in collections and that is what prompted me to write this review. These guys suck. Do your self a favor and spend a few extra bucks a month on Verizon. I have been with them for 18 years and it has been worth every penny.

What an amazing crew! I was trying to switch over to at&t from a very small phone company. I ended up spending four separate days in the store working with the manager and one of the sales associates. My old company was making it extremely difficult for me to switch over but they were super patient and helpful and worked with me through the whole process! I have now spent enough time in this store for a lifetime but am so grateful for all the help they provided me!

I went in to switch from Verizon and James helped me with a few questions. I brought my dad in later that day and James helped us set up our business account! He answered all our questions and was very patient. I highly recommend going to him!

Went into this location 12/13/18 @ 10:45 am the two young male employees were sitting at a table playing with their phones no customers in the store. I wanted information on Directv, they said I need to call DirectV because all they did was pay bills. With no one in the store they had no disire to be help full in fact it seemed like we disturbed them. How can AT&T sell a line or products that the local store has no idea about. Where is the customer service ? I’m glad to be a Verizon customer!!!!

The worst service possible. Absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful and overall not worth a visit. The guys who work there could not care less about helping a customer. I will never go there again because of the lack of customer service.
