I’ve been a post-paid customer of AT&T with a data hotspot plan, and wanted to switch to Cricket as a new customer. I also wanted to bring my own device and use the SIM card in it. I wasn’t sure if my device was unlocked, or how to work the details so I wouldn’t be double charged during the change over. The service guy made it all work, and by porting my number over I had a glitch free change. This would have been hard to do over the phone!

I sometimes have challenges with my phone. Every single time I come into this store, the representatives always fix the problem. They are extremely helpful and I would recommend this store to anybody. The very best in the West in customer service, being helpful and expediant.

Amazing service! I went to the other cricket store closer by campus but the service was horrible. Unlike there, this cricket was quick and reliable. Perfect!

Store was open on the website and hours on the front door. Showed up and the store was closed with no notice on the front door. Called and nobody answered. Inconvenience that is.

They took 2 months of payments at one time and refused to refund one month. We had to dispute with our bank. Canceled our service with them.
