Awesome as always. The manager of that store is the nicest most hard working lady Ive ever met. I wish the other one was like that.

Gross. Always dirty. Boxes in isles with a lot of empty shelves. Never has enough employees. One line open no matter how long the line is. Employees are always mad or in a bad mood so dont expect help or friendly service.

Dollar Tree is always one of my favorite stores to go to!! Why? They got sum pretty cool things and best of all they only cost a dollar!! Lol normally very nice employees and yes they do ask that you wear a mask!!

Limited selection compared to the ones down in the Valley. But, got in and out quick. No complaints.

This Dollar Tree is usually unclean and disorganized. The employees are usually nice, but the management obviously keeps the store under-staffed at all times. Never enough checkout lanes open, always stuff in boxes instead of stocked on shelves, etc. The selection is good compared to other dollar stores.

Lady behind me NOT wearing a mask. I ask cashier, she says its a rule but she cant kick them out. Lady hears me. Says this is America. Starts to walk towards me. I say please get back.. she keeps walking towards me. Not ok!

This place is gross and trashed everything is a on the floor throw all over the place. The bathroom does not look like theyve cleaned it all day if not longer.

Just went in today to pick up some stuff for my daughters birthday party, and let me start off by saying that the whole staff was great. That being said, the store is a little messy, they have boxes laying around everywhere waiting to be stocked. I had a good time picking out party supplies, and the workers were very helpful.

Too many homeless and weirdos mingling around the property and trying to sell me stolen goods or harassing me and other shoppers for money . Makes shopping here uncomfortable. Hope corporate or the city of Flagstaff does something about this problem. Anyway, I prefer to shop at this location than the other one on Cedar Avenue due to a larger selection of dollar goods on stationary, seasonal, housewares, chemicals, Hallmark cards, drinks, and junk food. Overall, shop at your own risk at this location on Plaza Way.

Lots of cheap things for crafting.

Really good stuff, great variety for extremely cheap! I wouldnt go here for Quality items but I found it useful for a lot of other things like stuff for throwing a party like a baby shower and things like that you can find cheap decorations and really a whole variety of all kinds of different stuff. I think its a great place.

Love this store! This is one of the first places I go to every time I get my paycheck; love the deals, love the cashiers, and I always get my money’s worth. It’s all only a dollar!

Watch when you pick up cleaning products. Picked up a bottle and it spilled on my black canvas shoes. Caps were lose on a whole row of cleaner with bleach. My black canvas shoes are now orange. Took them 20 minutes to clean it up. BEWARE

So I go into the dollar tree to get household items at a discount, because I am on an extremely tight budget and normally something like this wouldnt upset me, but I bought a total of 13 items such as cleaners and an energy board so that I could look presentable and put together for a job interview that I have in the morning. well the cashier was apparently to busy talking to her friend to put the emery boards in the bag. like i said normally I wouldnt be uspet about this but the fact that I had to count change in order to purchase these items and then not receive them really pissed me off and when i went to call them about this no one would answer the phone. COUNT AND CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING THIS STORE . I will never be returning to this location .

Ok, this review isnt really about the store itself. But the property owner called for my car to be towed from their parking lot BEFORE they even opened for the day, from a completely empty parking lot, when I left it there for less than 10 minutes to go into a nearby business (Starbucks) whose parking lot was full. I had to pay a $90 drop fee to be able to drive my car to work that morning.I understand they might have problems with students parking in their lot, but to call a tow company when my car was parked in an empty lot for less than 10 minutes before they even opened for the day is just unfathomable to me. I will not support this business anymore.

I really just have to share and commend this dollar store. Seriously! I have not been to any other store that has been stocked the way this one is and the cleanest. Every store I’ve been in the shelves are bare and very messy. I live in Camp Verde and I will tell you I will be traveling to Flagstaff from now on when I need stuff, they’ve earned my business.Thank you!Roxanna Collum

The employee was inside and said the store is closed. Im here at 9.30 PM. I saw bunch of others were said no too. This is crazy. On the door it says open until 10 PM, so does Google. This is bad management or bad employee!!! We drove 30 mins to get here!!

Very rude to customers. The cashier bagged up our things line she was upset about her day. Snee just tossed everything in the bag.

Their website says they close at 10 pm so we walk in at about 8:50 and the girl shouts very rudely as we walk in... the store closes in 4 minutes,I tell her that their website says 10 and she yells back..its wrong. Is that any way to treat customers? what a greeting!! Like shes saying we appreciate your business.. we just walk out. Someone needs to teach these people about common courtesy

This store needs more workers or something. The cashier his name was Will he got through everyone pretty quickly, but the line was to the middle of the store. Get more cashiers or something

Worst customer service I ever had. I went to ask this worker for help, he had saw me coming and turned around to do whatever. The girl he was talking to took a phone call and went down an aisle to talk and plugged her ears. She most deff should have taken that call into the back room where there was no customers. After 10 minutes of being there, not one employee asked if I needed help, I had asked the guy if they had any pull ups or diaper and he said in a rude manner that it was in the kids aisle. Didn’t point, didn’t show me or anything. He seemed like he was bothered to be there. I looked twice and I went back and said sorry what aisle and he pointed to the aisle next him and I said I looked and he said well we don’t have any than.Guy was working July 19th 2019 around 11 am

I am leaving a poor review only because I nearly vomited in this store. I asked an employee where the bathroom was and they helpfully pointed me in the right direction. As soon asked I opened the door to the womens restroom I was hit with the most horrid stench Ive encountered in years. The trash can was overflowing, and the toilet was so full of filth I dont think it would flush if I had tried. I work in fast food, and if the bathroom at my place of employment were to be that dirty on my watch I would immediately lose my job. I feel like the stench is still following me, I had to go to the subway next door to use the bathroom. Their bathroom, for the record, is clean and smells nice.

Its small but farely clean. Lots of empty shelves. This is the first time Ive really been in a dollar tree in months. Im not sure if Im being fare.

Nancy at store 2679 went out of her way to accomodate when I needed 7 cases of certificate frames. She returned my calls and had the items on a cart ready for my review and purchase. Your company will do well to appreciate her Hustle.

There was a line with over 10 people. The line stretched into the isle. I counted 4 stockers on the floor, so i went and told the manager that the clerk sure could use some help and she did nothing. This is a prison, work release, Dollar Store. They get 1 star because everything is a dollar.

Steven is blatantly racist. He asked my friends mom if she knew how to read because shes Indian. When she tried to ask for a manager, he threatened to call the cops on her for trespassing. This disrespect of customers is unacceptable and the dollar store should be ashamed of an employee like this.
