Lost my laptop in pawn. Usually, they send out reminder letters or calls. Did not receive either and was not able to get my laptop back one day too late. The other location on 66 is better.

Horrible customer service. Everyone that was in there didn’t look happy. The guy who was helping found any small reason some even that seemed like he was just blowing smoke up my ass to not take my stuff. Honestly don’t go here. Flagstaff pawn is way better. They’ll actually do their job and find reasonable prices for your needs. Don’t go here. I promise you’ll regret it very much.

Went in to sell a laptop. Didn’t sell it. When I got home I realized they had placed a password on it. I called them for the password and they didn’t know... took way to long get access back to my laptop.Also, while I was in there waiting for them to inspect the computer, I was looking at the iPads and asked for assistance. They were all too busy talking to help. There was one person (possibly manager?) who saw me looking at the tablets case and asked if I needed help. Don’t go to the one on Woodlands.Ridiculous. I would give zero if I could.

I brought in a mid range expensive watch pawn, I came in on a Sunday night and the two employees were very friendly, but werent sure they could give me what I wanted for it. They suggested to come back when the GM was there, because watches were his thing. I came back when he was there and he gave me a pawn for more than I was looking for. I came back in a couple weeks and paid it off and would definitely recommend to anyone who is short on cash. I think a lot of people expect the shop to give them what its worth to them, not realizing its a business and they have to take on the liability of selling it if you dont come back.

Good place for instruments, Games/DVDs, but you should be very cautious with things like computers, theyre often faulty but will sometimes show no complications for a few months. The staff is friendly and they have very good deals.

This place will buy your items for $10.00 and expect you to pay $1,000.00 to get them back. Dont trust This pawn shop or ANY pawn shop.

I have been going here for years. yea the service does suck. The prices are good. but I think I will go with the one two star theme cause none of there electronics work ever period!! but you can take it back after you figure out its broken. They are good at that. Its a good place to get guitar stuff though if you want the low end stuff and dvds are only $2 JUST DO NOT GET GAME CONSOLES LAPTOPS COMPUTERS OR ANYTHING ELSE SOMEONE CAN BREAK AND SELL THEM CAUSE THEY DO NOT CHECK IT AT ALL

My name is Raymond and I was a long time customer of Superpawn in Tucson Arizona. I have spent many thousands of dollars in your stores here. Recently I was accused by Matt the store manager on Speedway, of being a re-seller and it was explained to me that I could no longer make purchases there. First of all, I am NOT a re-seller! I do purchase many items to send to my relatives in Europe. I do not understand why this is any of the store managers business. I feel very insulted by this accusation, and I intend to do no more business with Superpawn at any location because of the apparent corporate policy of treating customers rudely. I am so displeased with your operation, that I will be spreading the word about how I was treated to everyone I know.

Theyre asking for almost brand new prices on abused items to put an example I was looking for a worm Drive skill saw they had a few on display the table was broken on one and it was scuffed up and paint was everywhere asking price was $150 it sells brand new online for $179, yeah Ill pass!

I came in and sold them a shotgun. As I was leaving, I dropped 60 dollars. They put the cash in a bag. Put my name on it, and contacted me to come get my money.
