Had motorhome generator issues while traveling through Flagstaff. Found this shop online. They worked us in and within an hour they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Michael sure knows what hes doing with generators. Super friendly and reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend.

Michael squeezed us in, in the morning and we dropped off our toy hauler because our Onan generator was having problems starting and stay running. He had our Onan generator up and running and fixed by the afternoon. Excellent service.

Very knowledgeable! Onan generator would not start after we replaced fuel pump. They had it up and running in approx 20 min. Did some routine maintenance, and we were on our way in an hour. Very resonable!!

Very rude. Bad customer service. Took 3 lawnmower tries to find out how much it would be to fix. Kept them 3 weeks. Went in today to find out how much it would be to fix, he fixed them with out giving me a price and gave me a bill for 136.00. When i told him i only wanted aprice to fix them he got rude. I told him to give me the rims back with out putting in the tubes in a tubeless tire he said NO! I would have to pay. Got the tries home and both were flat due to tubeless tires. Ended up having to buy new tires without tubes. Stay away rip off

They obviously have lots of experience repairing generators. They fixed the Onan RV QG 4000 in my 5th wheel trailer in about an hour (it was a carburetor problem). They were friendly and straightforward and honest about the pricing before they started the job. The only problem with the shop is that they don’t have a very big parking lot. Otherwise great experience!

We live on the Navajo Reservation off grid and had a one year engine marked by rough genny behavior. We dropped off our portable gen across from where we typically stop for fuel anyways, and found that the store front has a very convenient load unload bay and we backed right in with our handy dandy backup tailgate cam. Suddenly there were helpers, who came to our rescue and helped us unload and load our generator. As I’m a traveling single mom with less capabilities than my generator, it was a welcome relief. I picked it up, it was cleaned and fresh looking, packed up and out in minutes. The transaction was an equal value to service maintenance for our vehicles. They gave us a complete service itemization and parts. We have another gen lined up already to see if they can help us with. If you have off grid garden equipment or solar having a handy shop like this on our supply route is peace of mind.

Tried to fix my Onan, didnt quite make it. Didnt find out until I was in Cottonwood. Im confident they could have finished had I wanted to go back.

We are from Germany and our Onan DieselGenerator in our RV stopped working in 95° F. so we couldn’t run our A/C.These guys fixed it really quick.They know generators for sure!We are on the road again,thank you!

Needed to have my Onan 12.5 diesel generator repaired on short notice John and Mike came through with flying colors. Diagnoses and repaired not just the gen but found that the fans in my inverters where seized and replaced them as well. Most shops would have told me that the inverters needed to be replaced. These guys are great and nice guys too!

John & Mike run a GREAT shop I have made many trips to them for years with three different rvs. The latest I drove from Quartzsite to get my Montana fifthwheel onan running GREAT JOB as usual.

We took our toyhauler Generator in to be fixed. They blew it up and charged us $500 in labor and said it hapens some times be vary carefull would not take any thing to them to be fixed.
