Drove an hour and a half from Columbia to buy my first pair of boots. Got there at 3:30 on a Sunday to find the doors are locked and all the lights are off. Even the times on their door show they close at 5:00.. that’s 3 hours of driving, time, and energy gone to waste. I understand it’s Labor Day weekend but there was nothing online or even on their door saying they would be closed. Disappointed is an understatement.

Greeted as soon as I came in the door. Had help with determining Jean sizes.Very friendly. Variety of hats, jeans, shirts and more. I go everytime I am in town.

Amazing place!! My boyfriend and I are from New Jersey and traveled to South Carolina for a family emergency, well my boyfriend Rob wanted a new pair of boots and we came here (ended up leaving with boots a belt and a wallet) The owner was such a great guy and his dog porter was just as amazing! We highly recommend this place for everyone. Such an awesome environment good country feel!!!

Ok guys. Hate to give a negative review .. But this was a pretty disappointing experience. I was trying to support the local boys but have to share this. Drove two hrs to go to the store and found a pair of Luchesse boots I liked. Rung me up and just before paying I ask about a half size change up, just to be sure about fit . I was told only “even” sizes are made no half sizes in these boots. Bad #1. I find out later half sizes in all widths are available elsewhere on line 😕. Really?Ok - Bad #2. I find out the online price from more than one source in the same exact boot is over $200 less than what I paid. + free shipping and returns 😕😕.Guys - you can do better. I don’t mind paying maybe a smidge more and like I said trying to help keep a local business going - one that I’ve shopped before. Plus it is a store where you can feel touch try on etc. so that’s worth something. But $200 spread is enough to make me feel really bad once I hit home and did some on line comparison shopping.I would say if you’re going to shop here def “let the buyer beware” !! Do your comparison shopping BEFORE you ring em up ..I think I deserve a return with full credit or at least a credit of the difference of how much I overpaid. I’ll rate another review here after I contact the store tomorrow to inquire about this - hoping I can turn my 1-star review into better...

Very nice, helpful folks. One gentleman helped my wife for nearly 20 minutes and was extremely patient. He was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in making sure she got what she wanted and made sure they properly fit. I am sure they have well over 1,000 pairs of boots. If you cant find something there, then you are impossible.

Great collection of high quality stuff. What makes this place the best is how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are. They were very courteous and helpful. My 10 minutes and two boots for a quick stop and wouldn’t have been possible if the staff wasn’t SO wonderful.

I went to the store looking for a specific boot. I told the gentleman working there several times I was looking for a specific boot and he kept telling me to just look around. There is no organization or rhyme to how the boots are displayed, There are no prices marked on the boot and I found the staff to be very unhelpful. While I was trying to find a picture of the boot I was looking for the gentleman that I was working with went to the other side of the store and started helping another customer. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The store was very clean and pleasant. The layout of inside was a bit crowded however. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I bought my grandson a pair of boots but I got the wrong size. When I bought them back, he pulled out several different styles of correct size and my grandson found pair he liked better than initial pair. The man did a clean swap, no problems. The boots are high quality for reasonable price.

The best staff, so helpful and friendly. They have the biggest sizes of boots that you can imagine and the smallest. If there is a boot brand that exists they probably have it. And they arent lacking in cowboy hats either, I have a massive head and they were able to find me the right size. They can also reshape the hat for you after you break it in. They really thought of everything.

Terrible experience with this store. Went in last week to look for some new work boots. They were friendly enough although a little pushy. I found a pair that I liked but just wasn’t sure they would be comfortable enough. The guy helping me said I could buy them, take them home and wear them around the house and bring them back if I didn’t like them. He did not mention that the store policy said no refunds only exchange’s. So today I went to take them back and was informed of this. Well the boots I had purchased were $300 and I picked out another pair that were about $200 and they wanted to give me a store credit for the difference. At this point I stated that I would not be shopping here anymore and the guy behind the counter got mad and accused me of bad mouthing the store. Then he started demanding my credit card saying he would refund my money and pay for them out of his check. I told him that was not necessary and that I would come back when the owner was there but he insisted so I gave it to him. After he gave me my card back he said it would take 3 to 5 weeks for my refund to process. So now I have $300 tied up and no boots to show for it. And these store’s wonder why they are loosing business to online shopping!

We stopped in for a cowboy hat, and left with a pair of boots for the fiance and a great fitting hat for me. Great selection and perfect customer service. Thank you gents!
