Nice place for shoes for the family. The store is clean and spacious with lots of variety and pretty decent prices considering todays economy. I didnt buy anything on this trip but its one of my places to shop for shoes.

I went into Rack Room to buy a pair of tennis shoes for my son, but ended up with like 5 pairs for myself as well! They had a cant pass up kind of sale going on plus the clearance items were included in the buy one, get one half off! The sales girl was so very helpful, looking up a particular color of shoes I have been looking all around for, even took the time to write down the item number for me! I never shopped much at Rack Room previously, but the great customer service alone is what will have me returning there again and again!

Cashiers were sitting when I entered and remained seated until you came to register. They were not friendly or helpful. My visit was not enjoyable.

Came by to grab some shoes and found things cluttered and unorganized. Surprisingly no one was at the front of the store to greet customers.

The store management and staff always provide excellent customer service.

This store is terrible. Ordered shoes for my niece for Christmas and they ended up ordering men’s shoes instead. Called the 800 number and was told they could return them but could not guarantee they would get here by Christmas. They did offer a discount that would be given when I return them at the store since it was a two hour round trip, and a mistake on their part for ordering the wrong shoes. Got there, and Kiara Thompson told me that since I didn’t get the name of the person on the phone, she couldn’t offer me anything. Wow. Think about that, they ordered the wrong shoes and could offer nothing for the mistake. 2 hours extra of my time, gas money, and now the shoes can’t make it by Christmas. Please, please go anywhere else to buy shoes.

The store is always nice and neat. Its easy to find exactly what I want. The ladies who work there are always pleasant, and super helpful.

We visited this location and walked out with two pair of shoes for my kids and three paus of shoes for myself. The only concern I had was the sales associate ordered the wrong size of Asics sneakers for my eldest daughter.

Shoe selection was ok. Customer service got this store a one star awful customer service. No one greeted me no one ask if I needed help of any kind. Just rude and unprofessional will not be returning.

Good selection and kind staff. I only wish the clearance section was more organized; maybe better aisle labeling would help. Other than that, my visit was pleasant. I found a great-fitting pair of sneakers and Ill definitely consider returning the next time I need shoes.

Great sale. I almost,forget about this location because its tucked away next,to the mall.,I have six children and I am,always in search of a good sale. I was more than,thrilled after leaving here.,I found just what my kids wanted and needed. They had the buy one, get ine half off sale and,clearance items. I bought 4 of 6 children shoes and,they loved them. Two 14 yr old girls, 2 pair each ( sandals and,casuals) and a 7 yr old boy and a 3 yr old girl. All,for less than $130. 6 pair of stylish shoes to their liking. I was so,happy as I had planned to spend,double,that.

This is a really nice rack room shoes. Its a very big and open store with tons of options. The workers are super super nice and are willing to help you with anything and the store is always very clean.

I went during a great sale! Sales associates did not bother me at all and let me shop peacefully.

Prices based on the quality too high. Customer no service assistants never even acknowledged I was in the store. As usual this seems typical almost every place I shop.
