Customer service here was unmatched by any other place weve been to. They were so helpful with finding my little guy the perfect pair of Ariat boots that will put up with the atv riding, mud fights, hiking, fishing, and anything else he can throw at them. Will definitely come back when we visit again from Florida to get myself a few pairs

My son went yesterday to look at boots. Bought a pair that cost 220.00. When he arrived home he decided he didnt like them as much as he thought. Tried to take them back to get a refund, they wouldnt refund his money. Gave him 20.00 back told him hed have to keep the boots. That is not right at all, the boots havent been wore but to try them on. We will NEVER set foot in P & K again.

The staff is very friendly & most are helpful. Most of the items in here are way overpriced but there are usually real good discounts on the boots; which is the only reason my family still goes in there. The store is relatively small & cramped up & the fitting rooms are very inconveniently placed right next to where you shop for jeans so you are constantly having to move around people going in & out of the fitting rooms.

The staff is very helpful. I let the lady know what I was looking for, and she worked with me till we found it. Will definitely return. I highly recommend this store.
