I’m from out of state and adventured to this coffee shop.The quality of coffee was exactly what I was looking for, and the server was very kind and personable!I enjoyed my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the year here. The first, warm sip gave me that feeling of completion followed by the taste of pumpkin pie on my tongue. 🥰☕️ Very dramatic, I know. Lol

Cute local biz - the coffee is like jet fuel! - it’s usually only one person operating, so if there are a lot of fancy drinks being order (to each their own), then it takes a few minutes! But I don’t mind waiting here

I go here every Sunday when I pass through their custom drinks are sweet and delicious (especially the coconut chocolate one) and I especially enjoy the cold brew. It is strong and brewed well, and is I believe slightly less expensive than Starbucks.

Great coffee options on-the-go. Usually theres only one or two people working so if you go at a particularly busy time it can take a little longer than some of the other nearby shops. However, they have a friendly staff and good coffee selection.

Jet Coffee tastes great! Even my husband loves it and hes picky about his coffee. I wish it was closer so I could get it more often. Its just a little drive through coffee shop with a drive through on each side. Every barista has been super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth stopping at if youre driving by!

We bought 4 coffees and could not be more disappointed. The large latte tasted like hot milk with no discernable coffee taste at all. After 3 drinks I gave up and called it a mistake. The other three coffees also did not have coffee taste and were not worth the calories. When you cant beat a mediocre Starbucks there is something wrong. What a waste of money.

The best coffee there is in Florence, and most places Ive been too. Its a nice, convenient drive-thru setup that gets you what you need quickly and easily. The coffee consistently tastes amazing every time, and youre getting more bang for your buck compared to other coffee chains due to the sizes. Come often enough and youll get a free drink with every 10 drinks ordered. All of the employees are fantastic and friendly people (particular props to Trinity for the amazing drinks). Make sure to drive on by and support the business; other coffee places should take notes.

Good coffee and prices are good. I couldnt give 5 stars cause of the time they close at 6pm that is at the busy time so hard to get there on time. They need to stay open till 7pm

I love this little coffee place. The girls are awesome with helping find options for my diabetic diet and they always have a smile. The coffee tastes so much better than the other place in town and their prices are very fair. I love being able to drive up and get a great coffee from awesome people. Bonus is that we are supporting locally owned business.

My husband and I love this place. I get the white cloud and he likes their vanilla lattes. The girls are always nice and the service is usually fast. There is one girl that takes a SUPER long time to make a drink but we started going elsewhere when we see that shes working. Well give her some time to speed up and then try again.

Every experience I have had here has been perfect! The girls are so nice and helpful! I love that they take the time to make sure each cup is exactly how I want it to be. This is my only coffee stop in Northern KY!

Its really an amazing little place where you can get some really good coffee. the cool part is its a drive-up window with two sides to drive into so Jet Coffee is SUPER FAST AND YOU NEVER HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE. THEY usually serve a Highlander grogg or a Guatemalan brewed, as well as all kinds of other lattes and Specialty drinks. Right now they have a red velvet white mocha for Valentines Day. You can also get muffins and things like that. They have a rewards card. I love their fast service and interesting coffee selection. Especially a fan of jet fuel which is 6 shots and Irish cream and tastes good. Only 4 stars because I wish the coffee was a tad bit stronger.

I was overzealous and ordered a 24oz White Russian latte and it was DELICIOUS. I dont enjoy Starbucks coffee. But Jetts coffee actually takes like COFFEE! And their muffins are giant and amazing, I tried the Coffee Cake flavor this morning but they also had Blueberry, which Im sure is amazing too.

True Seattle style coffee! I love Jet! It makes me think of the PNW every time I visit!

This place is amazing. You drive right up to the window, place your order, and off you go. No trying to find a parking spot, no outrageous prices, friendly staff, awesome coffee, and locally owned.

Surprisingly great coffee. Cosco muffins are moist, cake-like and decadent. The drive through is convenient, as long as you notice the location from Dixie Highway.
