I have been wanting to leave my review of Target optical for a while now. We had the absolute best customer service from Ben in Target optical. My 3 year old son needed glasses and the first place we went to look was Target optical. To be honest, we had planned to shop around at other stores after Target, however Ben was so patient with our son and so knowledgeable that we ended up buying two pairs from him that day. We plan on coming back every year to get glasses from this location.
The technicians were very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable! I am very excited about getting my new glasses!
Libby and Ginger were wonderful..so helpful.. I would recommend this optical shop to everyone..Dr Myers has been my eye doctor for yrs.. I would recommend him also.. His office is apart of this Florence store also.. Great place..great friendly people.!!!
Went to Target Optical today and got what I liked. The employee was fast writing it up and paying after insurance applied. Great rates. Great job to the employees.
My eye exam was very professional and I was seen quickly. While choosing a new pair of glasses, I was offered different options and they even helped me with questions about my eye insurance! My contact lenses were shipped to me, and my glasses were ready to pick up in only 5 days. Overall a great experience!
I had done my online shopping for coach frames and went to lens crafter and spent more than needed on glasses.... came to target and found several cute frames and the lady that helped me was super sweet and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go here from now on!
I dont recommend the doctor. I couldnt use either pair of glasses that I bought because the prescription is so wrong. I returned one pair but should have returned both as they cannot be worn. I think the glasses themselves would be fine to purchase but with an accurate prescription from elsewhere.
I booked an appointment a week ago for today and got a call today that they are not able to pull up my insurance info. I spend around an hour on phone with my insurance provider to get the member Id etc and finally when I gave everything to target optical, I found out that they didnt spelled my name correctly even though on every call I spelled my name alphabetically. I finally got annoyed and cancelled the appointment.
Optometrist named Jim is hands down the best at this place. Killer service and fast work
Dr. Myers is an unstoppable force of excellence. He does a great job and his staff is always top notch.
I ordered contacts from here and 3 weeks later I reached out to find out if they ever came in. It turns out they did in fact come in a week earlier but they forgot to call me. I then asked if I could come by and pick them up that afternoon and they said they would be open until 6 pm, I showed up at 5 and it was already closed SMH. Terrible experience!
Walking in Ginger was incredibly rude. Like I didnt belong there. They were behind on their appointments I even arrived early for paperwork. 40 mins after my SCHEDULED appointment I was taken back. The doctor couldnt figure out my prescription he kept blaming the equipment for being dirty or my face being wrong against it. The prescription he gave me was not even correct. He was rude. unqualified. and you should avoid seeing him. He argued with me about what my insurance covered when I looked it up personally to see before my appointment. He let me know after he had already done the appointment he was charging me. Then when trying to get contacts again Ginger was rude. Slow. and they are way over priced with insurance I have never paid out pocket for contacts but they were going to be 200$ for a year.. no thank you. run far from this place!
Easy experience in getting eyewear. I plan on returning to this store as long as I live in the area. The men and women who work there are efficient and courteous. The prices are wonderful.
The staff is excellent and very professional. Fantastic experience. Found my new eye care provider.
I was at Target, shopping on a slow Monday early afternoon. I noticed the optical area was empty and there was a sign saying Walk Ins Welcome. I decided to proceed. The man working (I don’t know his name) was friendly enough and started to check the book for an opening, but the woman jumped over him and started saying they were very busy and the examiner needs a lunch break. She told me I should really make an appointment. Well, ok, rudeness but please take down the sign saying walk ins welcome. Especially when the entire place is completely empty. There’s an eyeglass place on every corner so no I won’t be back to the place that doesn’t seem to want customers bothering them.
