I have had my hearing aids about 7 years. No major problems until about 4 years ago when they were trying to get me to update. When I wouldnt upgrade, the service got really bad. I was told when I first purchased my hearing aids that they would supply the batteries for as long as I had them. Since I would not upgrade I have had problems getting batteries, sometimes as long as two months or more. About three years ago I received a call that it was time for me to have a another hearing test done. I first refused but the person that called me talked me into going. After having the hearing test, Mr. Kable came in the room and discussed the results of the hearing test. He was saying that I would benefit by updating my hearing aids. The cost was about $8,000.00. I told him I was fine with the hearing aids I had. I paid $6,000 for them 4 years ago and was not financially in the position to upgrade. Mr. Kabel became upset with me and ask me why I was there. I told him because someone from his office called and said I needed to have the hearing test done. Since then they have not been friendly when I go every three months for cleaning. The last time I went was about two months ago when I received a call to have another hearing test done. I decided to have the hearing test done in hope of getting batteries when I got there since I have been out of batteries for over two months. After the hearing test the young lady was asking me about upgrading and what a benefit I would get from upgrading. I ask her why would I upgrade with them when I couldnt even get batteries for the ones I have. She said she was not going to provide me with batteries that were over 5 years old. I told her that if I was going to upgrade it would not be with Kabel Hearing because of the service I have received over the past years. I would not recommend Kabel hearing to anyone. I know of others that that were going to see about getting hearing aids. I told them about my experience and told them I would not recommend Kabel Hearing.

At this time I havent received my hearing aids yet.But I have to say I have had a good experience so far with the staff of Kabel Hearing Center. They are friendly and knowledgeable and will answer all your questions even if they have to call the company to do it. I asked a lot of questions and the lady who was helping me had to call the hearing aid company 3 times and she was still smiling when she came back to the room and was really sweet to my wife and myself. I would recommend that you give Kabel Hearing Center a try I think you will be pleased with the service.

This team went above and beyond for us! We drove from several hours south for our appointment. Despite the fact that the office was shut down due to a snow storm (that we we unaware of down south) They came in just to take care of us because wed driven so far. Now thats service!

The best hearing test i have ever had. They are great about explaining things to you and very professional but keep it simple. Couldnt afford the new hearing-aids but ill be getting a refurbished pair. Think ive found my hearing center.

I was a little anxious about keeping my appointment because of COVID. I was relieved to see that they were only seeing one client at a time, and the technician was wearing a mask. She was courteous, professional, and efficient. I have been a customer for nearly four years, and I highly recommend Kabel Hearing Center.

Very thorough check. Friendly and helpful. We had responded to an offer for a $15 publix gift card and a free hearing test. Were surprised to find only $10 on the card! They called and apologized for the error and will send us another card.

First couple of appointments were fine. Picked hearing aids up. Not much training on use. Then the location near me closed so now have to drive approximately 100 miles round trip for appointments. Not very happy at the moment.

I had an appointment at 4:00. I got off work at 3:00. I went by the office to make sure that my appointment was 4:00.I went in at 3:10 and they told me it was at 4:00 I told them that I would be right back.I made it back to the office at 3:40.I sit there until 5:15 and then they called me back.When they called me to the back they told me that my appointment was just to get my ear aide clean . I knew that was not true because they called me Friday to make sure I remembered to come in for my hearing test .I asked why did they have me sitting there for almost a hour and half for something that I could have just drop off.After realizing that I was not stupid they tried to explain to me about being over booked and that the test I was suppose to have would take over an hour and they did not want to stay and do it.I told them that I had made that appointment over a month ago and I did not know when I could come back.I was told it would be over a month before they could see me again anyway.I know you get tired but what about me,working all day and having to sit in the waiting room for over an hour .The bad part is they did not care .I am highly upset.Are all patients treated like that or for some reason just me ?

A down right train wreck. They have trouble taking care of patients with respect and dignity. They have cycled workers on a weekly basis and are constantly in chaos. Either the owner is running another business behind closed doors or he has a kindergarten education at best due to the lack of stability in this small family owned business. I very strongly suggest visiting another hearing aid center if you are in the shoals area. Will not be visiting again.

My father went in to get his hearing aide repaired. Someone came out from another room and insisted that he try on a new set of hearing aides. Quote: These are the ones you need. But if you were to try a pair, which ones would you try. Long story short, he agreed to try a pair. He didnt not like them, felt like everyone was yelling. He Took them back the next morning. Was told he bought them and there is no return policy. He left them there. Today, he received a bill from a loan company for $5400 and 25% interest. The hearing aides are not in his possession. Elderly Abuse. Law Suit!
