Im so glad I found Next Gen Hearing Care. In addition to prvoviding great hearing aids, they also have a great staff! Stephen and Karen always make me feel welcome. Im a technical person, and I was pleased that Stephen was okay talking tech with me about my hearing aids. His knowledge of his product is top notch! I was so impressed with his warm and welcoming way of treating people that I took my 80 year old mother to him and had him fit her for her first ever hearing aids. She liked Stephen as much as I do! If youre in the market for hearing aids and just want good service and dont want pushy sales gimmicks, give Next Gen a call!

I just got my 1st set of hearing aids in December 2019, working with Stephen. He is very personable, kind, and helpful during this transition adapting to my aids. Besides being a genuinely nice guy, Stephen really knows hearing aids. I was a customer of Cincinnati Hearing Center for many years and bought my first hearing aid from them. Recently, I was on an extended vacation in Florida when my hearing aids bit the dust. As they were seven years old I decided to buy a new set rather than wait on repairs. When I returned home I needed repairs on my new aids. When I called Cincinnati Hearing Center to ask if they would do the repairs I wasnt treated like a valuable steady customer but instead received a very cold shoulder. I was informed that even though the needed part was in stock, I would have to wait until a replacement part was received from the manufacturer. Replacement parts in stock were only for customers who had bought the device there. At that bit of news I called Stephen at Next Generation and he treated me like a valuable customer even though I had never spent a dime there. In fact, he replaced the defective part with a similar part from his stock so that I didnt have to go without my aids, and ordered the exact part in, which he later installed. All of this at no cost to me. Just this week I had a similar problem and he fixed it immediately at no charge. Needless to say, he has a new happy customer for life! He obviously cares more about keeping a customer happy than he does about a quick buck. I will definitely turn to him from now on for all my hearing aid needs. I must give him 5 stars; I wish it could be 6 or 7 stars, hes earned it in my estimation.

Exceptional service and genuinely care for their patients. Not pushy about buying their products. They will find the right product for you that will fit your budget. You will not leave disappointed and your spouse will thank you for taking this step toward being able to hear them. Best thing is that if you get tired of hearing them, you can take the hearing aid out. Voila! Silence.

Next Generation Hearing Care Florence has been a godsend for me. Not only am I hearing things I havent been able to hear for years but my tinnuitis isnt even audible when my hearing aids are in. Wanted to give a shout out to “Next generation hearing center” in Florance, Ky. My father in law has had hearing aids before (at least two different sets). Dr. Steve Pomeroy and his staff have been wonderful to him and he loves his hearing aids. The technology is awesome and the Dr. Has done a great job in educating my father in law ( and my husband ) on how they work, maintenance etc. . In his past experience, he never had this. If you’re in need, we would highly recommend them.
